Kathy (the owner) has been doing my nails twice a month for almost 3 years. Shes FANTASTIC! I bring her ideas and she turns them into beautiful reality. Its a consistent and pleasant experience every time. The pedicures are delightful and on point. The entire staff is wonderful. I highly recommend giving her shop a try!

The staff here do a wonderful job. The woman who does the pedicures (sorry, I’ve never gotten her name) always does a quality job and, every time, checks in about if I like the color (I always do gel polish on my toes). The pedicures are always luxurious and relaxing! I highly recommend.I usually do gel nails but wanted to mix things up for my birthday. I believe I worked with Priscilla and she did a fantastic job! I asked for something a little out of the box and she expertly walked me through how we could get the effect I was looking for; she was able to help me make great choices and I saw how invested she was in helping my nails turn out beautifully. I trusted her creative choices and skills, & she did not disappoint... she did a stellar job! Thanks so much, y’all. I have been a returning customer and plan to keep things that way!

There’s a reason this place is always busy. Quality of service and cleanliness is key, but i go because the work they do is perfection. highly suggest doing some of the nail art they offer, my nails turn out beautiful and instagram ready every time i go. Pro tip: CALL AHEAD!

The most unprofessional, unwelcoming nail shop I have ever experienced in my 25 years in getting my nails done. Rude, unprofessional, and inconsistent! Im a forgiving type of person and gave them several opportunities to resolve the errors of their ways but from the owner to the staff yelling at a customer is never OK.

Called to check on availability and was given a slot for the same day. Staff was friendly and helpful. My manicure and pedicure were perfect. I had gel polish added to my toes and fingers which was painted perfectly!!! Really felt at home here. Shop was super clean.

Meh, you get what you pay for and some gossip about your nails in a foreign language to your face. Yes that is a HAIR stuck to my gel manicure. meanwhile on Thursday I have a job interview (applying for a job where part of my duties will be serving meals). NO i did not order hair on my french manicure. I tipped 3.50 for a $31 cost in cash because I dont like to stiff people with taxes.

Nails look great. Service was great. However, an additional $10 was added to my bill. I know this because I used a prepaid Visa card that had $250, spending $35. When I went to use the card again, for the specific amount of $215, it was declined. After checking the payment history, they added the additional $10. I wrote clearly with black ink, including cross out lines. I will not return for this illegal reason.

This place is awesome! I always leave there with beautiful nails. They always take their time with each of their customers to make sure that each come out with perfect beautiful nails. Every visit has always been fun and relaxing. I highly recommend this salon.

Good service, went in to get my mother a gel manicure. Amazing selection of gel colors, including magnetic colors that look like cats-eye stones. After the manicure was finished, the woman doing her nails gave her a hand and arm massage with a nice moisturizing lotion. Good service, quality work, but could not fit a walk-in acrylic set, which is understandable!Thank you, Creative Nails!

Good prices, convenient parking, wish the techs were more consistent. Ive had 5-star manicures and pedicures from some of the gals, and 2 star manicures from others.

Cathy did amazing fixing up my nails from another place. She asked and listened to what I wanted. This is not a quick sit in shop. Cathy actually cares about how your nails look when you leave her shop so she takes her time. Wonderful service.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year and I wont trust my nails with anyone else, ever again! I get a fill every 2 weeks.They do the best acrylics and manicures and I once I found them I couldnt have been happier. They are friendly and professional and yes, sometimes busy, because they are so good. So I always call for an appointment and never have to wait.!

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. I had to go and have it redone today by someone else. Mostly because the woman put so many coats of polish on trying to fix her errors but when I rubbed one foot against the other at 11 last night the Polish peeled. It was Goopy and sticky. The scrub and moisturize with the deluxe pedicure was lackluster at best. Watch the woman staring off into space and barely rub at the scrub. Comment from todays pedicure person was that she was surprised they left so much callus on my heels. I was surprised too since she never picked up a callus remover in the process of my pedicure.

Don’t waste your time and money. Place is so dirty, workers are unprofessionally. Also carelessness, and don’t caring work. Last is they are too mush talk to each other own native language.

Im new to the area . Ive had the most worst experience ever. She was rude and i told her she was hurting me told me to relax and made me feel so uncomfortable Im pregnant too. Never again !! I tried so bad not to cry

So clean, friendly, talented, pedicure was very relaxing and was just what I needed after a busy day. Very reasonable prices. Have lots of OPI colors to chose from and they also have gel polish. Will be back! 💗

Great staff and services! Shellac Polish lasts anywhere from 3-4 weeks. I love the extra little massages they give with their nail services.

Had a pedi and full set done today. Very happy and will come again. They were very busy and tried very hard to accommodate each customer amd not turn anyone away. Had the new cat eye put on my nails and its GORGEOUS!!!!

Every time I go here I set up an appointment the day before at least. When I get there the day of my appointment, I still have to wait for half an hour! Setting an appointment is useless!! People are nice but they need to have a better way of dealing with this!! Then the lady told me her employee is late thats why my appointment is getting delayed. I got places to go and a schedule to follow thats why I try to set up an appointment at a designated time!

Fraudulent nail salon. Charged me twice for one set of acrylics that were ugly and refuse to give my money back even after showing them statements. It’s just the principle

The owner of this place was horrible! She was rude and rushed me. I have Parkinsons and she showed no mercy! When she asked for payment, she had the nerve to demand that I tip her more than I did as well as for the ladies who gave us our pedicures as well. I was floored! My daughter took me outside and went back in to yell at her for the way she treated me. I will NEVER go in that place again. Watch out for the owner!

I have been living in the area for about 8 months and was looking for a new nail salon to go to. I am not very happy with my first time coming in. When I came in I was bubbly and excited to be spoiling myself with some nice nail TLC, I got Acrylics and the requested for them to be short. I explained I wanted the tips of the nail to be about even with the tip of my fingers. When she was cutting the tips down to size they were uneven, angled, and she didnt even check to make sure the lengths of each finger were the same. When I asked if she could cut them shorter she told me not to worry and proceeded to put the acrylic coating on top. When that was done she began to sand off the dried power and multiple times sanded down the skin on my finger tips instead (Ouch!). Once sanding under my nail was completed I asked her to fixed half of the nails because they were crooked and too long for my preference which took about 30 more minutes because she had to sand down the nail and the hardened powder, if she had cut them down when I had asked earlier this appointment would not have taken an hour and a half. When she fixed the lengths and angles they were still off I kind of gave up trying to tell them how i wanted them because i was obviously not being listened to or understood. They just yesd me and continued doing what they were going to do. Before I went to wash my hands my technician asked me if I wanted a gel top coat or normal and I asked for the normal top coat because i did not want to get the up charge of gel. When I came back to my seat after washing my hands another technician tried to tell me my nails would be prettier with the gel and had my technician have the gel top coat ready for my nails to be done. I once again declined the gel because I did not want the up charge of $3 (They werent going to tell me about the charge unless I asked if there was one). My technician then proceeded to try and paint my nails with the gel top coat. I had to stop her and said firmly and slightly irritated that I DID NOT want the gel and I wanted the normal top coat. While my technician painted the normal topcoat on my nails the technicians next to me began to whisper and covered there mouths when speaking and every so often looked over at me while they were talking. I have no idea what they were actually talking about but i began to feel uncomfortable and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I waited about 2 minutes for my nails to dry left $31 dollars ($1 tips because I hate stiffing people) and got out. I am going to my old salon about 45min north of here to get them fixed tomorrow. Thats how unhappy I am with their service.
