Such a fun small shop to get your nails did. I enjoy a nice relaxing Deluxe pedicure. The ladys here are really good at what they do and know how to make you relax. I have been here before and will definitely be here again

Always friendly and they have the best deluxe pedicure I have ever had! I stand 8 + hours for my job, and the deluxe pedicure is a treat for my aching legs and feet. The salon is clean, comfortable and the employees are friendly. I highly recommend them :)

They are the best. I have been a lot of places to have my nails done. They are very professional. They also have Jenny nails to where you can go sit in the medical massage chair. You also can get champagne while youre getting your nails done. If thats not for you they also have amazing smoothies.

Felt like I was in a pedicure revolving chair. They did a good job and they cranked out the people ... It was summer and they fit us in after the nail salon I had appts with dumped us hopefully when I go back it wont feel that way.

Ive been coming to Jenny Nails for several years for my pedicures. Great massage. They are the best by far to me. Friendly, cheerful staff, love the homey feel there.

Ive been going to this place for more than 2 years. In the past theyve done good work, but the last 3 times Ive had my nails done there theyve done a horrible job. I am not good at doing nails and am certain I could have done better. See pictures.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to, and I especially love their pedicures which come with a sugar scrub, pummace rocks and parafin wax. They also wax eyebrows, however I have never done that there. They have a wide variety of colors and all of their services are short and sweet, not to mention incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Five starts, for sure.

Clean, spacious place. All of the staff were very friendly. Kim did my brow wax and pedicure, she was great! The pedi included a scrub, massage, foot mask, and hot stone massage, it was wonderful! Very reasonably priced.

I love this Jenny Nails. Customer service is great and it feels comfortable in the salon.

They did an OK job on my nails, but they do not sterilize or properly clean their tools. The lady also cut my cuticle pretty bad and it wouldnt stop bleeding. She made it seem like this is something she does all the time. Not a relaxing environment with the guy gaming on his headset and multiple TVs in the front. Find another nail place

The associate clipping my nails, cut my toe and did not tell me she did so. That is, until I notice I was bleeding profusely. She just kept on clipping the rest of my toes as if it never happened. I was amazed and quite upset that she continued on without telling me that my toe was bleeding. I got up and walk out. Bleeding all the way to my car. I rushed home and took care of my toe. It was painful and throbbing and I could not put pressure on my foot for two days. I would never recommend Jenny Nail Salon

After leaving very unhappy with my service. I found out the wrote themselves a tip and charged it to my credit card without my permission! Terrible customer service. Credit Card Fraud. Dont go here.

Very disappointed. I chose Jenny Nail over a massage spa because the massage that comes with the mani+pedi is ALWAYS SO AWESOME...but tonight they half assed both massages and I also have to go home and finish the terrible manicure that was so rushed through. I feel like I wasted $35 (hate that feeling).

Very disappointed with Gel polish done at the location on 100th. Service provided by the owners son was very rushed and didnt include a hand massage as customary. Even more disappointed three days after the service when all the polish peeled off.Called to ask for a refund because I dont live in Seattle. Owner wouldnt speak to me but spoke with the husband who refused to refund my money. Glad consumers have recourse with credit cards. Called my credit card company and they are disputing the charge for me and refunding me.Just say no to unethical business practices! 😡
