Fantastic! Jenny is fabulous. Heidi pretty darn good as well. Clean shop. Nice associates. My hair cut/perm....havent felt thispositive about the health of my hair or how very easy it is to take care/style my hair/new look in a while, thus I feel better as a woman & how I face this crazy world we all now live in. Ta Da! P.s. I referred my husband to Jenny as well. Very satisfied!

Mani- Pedi done in 1 hour which was great. Had to wait about 10 minutes with Appointment for party of 3 on busy Saturday. They did great job and gave very nice leg, shoulder, arms and finger massages.

My friend and I had a really good experience here! We got matching full acrylic sets and our nail techs were so friendly and checked in to make sure the shape was okay and that we were comfortable throughout the manicure. Even after one of my pals nails broke off soon after, they were very nice about it and fixed it for free, and remembered me and asked if I liked my nails. Definitely coming in again!

Clean efficient place to get a haircut. Staff is polite and understands your instruction well. Wouldn’t burn a hole in your pocket to get a haircut while coming out looking good.They are for both men and women.

Hands down the best place I’ve ever had my nails done and eyebrows waxed! Kim is the absolute BEST! My nails are always the perfect shape and she ensures the color is on point. She gives the best hand and neck massage, better then any massage therapist.She never rushes and always takes her time to ensure your are relaxed and refreshed. My eyebrows are on point and she gives you a face and scalp massage all for extremely good prices! You must check this out you won’t be disappointed! Tip Big she deserves it!

I really loved being excitedly told on the phone to come in because walk-ins are welcome and the second me and my alternative looking boyfriend came in, about 20 minutes later, they refused service, didnt offer for us to have a seat and wait until they were free, and shood us away with a Were busy. Probably the most unprofessional thing Ive ever experienced at a nail salon. I will be telling all of my west Seattle friends to avoid this place! HORRIBLE!

This place is wonderful. The ladies are honestly fantastic. Huge shout out to Kim. She does everything with perfection. From my nails to my eye brows. I have been coming to see Kim about every two weeks for the last two years. Definitely recommend!

This is now my go to nail place I love it here it’s great they had a wonderful service I got a full set of acrylics and they only cost $35 which is great and it’s five dollars per two designs which is a lot less than they usually cost In other places!

Good food, but extremely overpriced..

Lilly was THEE sweetest manicurist Ive ever had. She was concerned with not hurting me, double checking that I loved each step (ie: shape of acrylic fill), and my polish colors. She made small talk and gave me compliments. I will definitely be returning to her desk. The shop is in a great location, the different stations were separated in the building nicely, and there was laughter coming from all the workers and their clients. Love love loved this place!Only note, for acrylic design: they do painted nail art but not jewels or ombre. I happily chose a more simple design.Thank you!

I was recommended from a female receptionist in my chiropractor clinic 10 mins away, she stated that Kin was amazing. I was excited to find out, so I called in to book an app and asked for the prices. First time she told me 35$ for UV Gel pedicure & I told her I’ll call her back since I was figuring which shop to choose best. I called back 5 mins after and made sure of the price she repeats 35$ pedicure gel color. I told her okay I’ll be there 10 mins. When I got there it was a pretty spacious hair salon in front and in the back was a small area for a nail salon. 💅 Kin was nice and did her job well even tho it was getting late. Left her a nice tip for her effort ♥️.Problem was at the end of the pay the manager which is the same lady I was on the phone with randomly changed the prices and told me it’s 45$ !! Which is out of line. I called other shops they were 40 and I stopped by bc of kin & the manager confirmed pedi with gel is 35$ TWICE !! How do u change the prices like that?Came in with great vibes and end up leaving pretty shocked & upset. They only take cash too so I only had a 50$ bill which the left over was suppose to be for Kin. But obviously she messed up on purpose & didn’t even apologize. How ridiculous they handle their business. They deserve a 1 Star 👎🏻 the star is for Kin not anything else. . .The chair I was in got stuck moving forward and doesn’t go backward so it wasn’t as comfortable. Kin did a great job with my pedicure so it made things bit tolerable. I just wanted to get in and get out. End of review, I Am Not Returning Here. Thx but no thx, super dishonest & bad management. . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Have gone 2 times to get completely different haircuts and she nailed them both. The head and neck massage is also AMAZING.

My nails started lifting 3 days After I got them done. When I went back in she glued them back on like press ons and told me to come back in a couple of weeks for a fill. They fell off the next day.

Every nail broke but 1, over charged! Was offered a toothpick(that I never got) to clean under my nails when she was done!

I have been going to this salon for 11 yrs.twice the last 2 times I have have had a haircut . I have gone back about 7 days later to ask for a little trim on top.iwas charged 7 dollars the 1st time.today I went back again 7 days later. The top was very flat.to their defense I dont like my hair dryer because I have very dry hair. Today when I went in the manager didnt say hi. She always talked to me.rhe sweet girl was great. Also I was the only person getting my hair done. I asked how much. She said she had to ask the manager,who wouldnt even come out to tell me know I had to pay 14 dollarsIm glad theres anew salon opening in Westwood village. I feel that the manager is a controll freak.she acted like a wanted something for nothing. Like a want to go back take the time and pay more
