My experience was terrible. I made an appointment for 3pm, and they made me wait for an hour. And they started taking care of another customer who arrived after me. they did not offer water. were not educated. bad experience

I absolutely love this place! I came here a few years ago when it was under different ownership and it is nothing like that now. This place is my go to and I frequent here at least twice a month. Chi and Tina are the only people I trust with my nails! The other day a coworker offered to pay for me to get a fill with her downtown and I refused. No one takes care of me like these ladies! My shellac acrylics and pedicure look perfect every time. They always remember every detail I tell them about my life and the service is always speedy. I have watched people treat them so bad and they have nothing but a smile on their face. I have been coming here for years and I have no plans of going elsewhere. Chi, Tina and Kelsey you are amazing! Though everyone I have worked with here is amazing. Prices are good, the space is clean and plenty of parking. The reviews on this page are from old ownership so ignore them and give it a try! The hours listed on their Yelp is also wrong and I am pretty sure they are open 10-7 most days. If you want perfect bails that hold up call these ladies! You will not be disappointed.

Love this place! It doesn’t smell like acrylics and they are super friendly. The pedicures are great and shellac actually stays on for 2 weeks.

I havent been here in about 10 years because the previous owners didnt do a great job. But the new owners and staff are awesome! This is one one of the best mani/pedis Ive had in a while and great price too

This is my mothers favorite place to get her toenails done. The ladies listen to how she wants them and are always attentive and polite. Going here with my mom is a treat.

Im not sure about this place yet. I received a manicure on Saturday and my nails are chipped and broken today (Wednesday). Im going to go back for a shellac manicure, but right now Im not impressed.Edit: The shellac Mani/pedi was much better. Nearly perfect and a good price. I will come again.

Honestly, this is the first review I think I’ve ever left online because my experience was so terrible here! My ex gave me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi here and I was happy to have that to use before I leave for Costa Rica inna few days. Well that excitement faded pretty fast! First of all the place was empty on a Friday afternoon and that alone should have told me something. The place I normally go, NT nails on linden and 130th is always poppin on a Friday afternoon, rain or shine! The girls were pretty meh, not much of a greeting,ow energy and two sat on their phones while one started my toes. Everything was fine til the toe flower. I wish I’d taken a pic of it. It wasn’t even a flower, just some splotches! Even when I go to random spots, if I ask for a flower, it’s always something nice, even if not what I expected and I’m always happy, this was my first bad flower experience. It wasn’t a flower at all, so they took it off and I showed them pics of basic toenail flowers that any other shop does, and they said my nail was too small? (I wear a size 11, and a large woman, Nothing about me is small, so that was just weird, my toenails are huge and nail artists have put up to 4 flowers on one nail in the past.) so whatever, I am like, ok, no flower it is! Lol. Anyway, the girl starts doing my hands and instead of walking around to do my left hand, she pulls it across me. I’m fat and disabled and it hurt and I’ve never had anyone do that before, they always work on each individual side. She also didn’t even cover me with towels, put one tiny towel that barely covered one leg and proceeded to cut and shape my nails over my clothes, which are now covered in my dead skin, even though I asked MULTIPLE TIMES for another towel! Then she cut me and I bled, and it wouldn’t have been a big deal but then she cut me on a second finger and it wouldn’t stop bleeding and I’m holding it asking for a warm towel and she’s still tryna do the mani! She then sprays my bloody finger with ALCOHOL! WHAT?! IM BLEEDING, OUCH! The blood then drips down onto my clothes because remember it’s my opposite hand and there’s NO towel over me. It was all just so gross and unsanitary, I just asked for a band aid, Gave then my gift cert and left. They didn’t seem to care at all that I was bleeding or having a bad experience, they just wanted me to leave. I wasn’t unpleasant, didn’t raise my voice, and was super patient given what was happening and they clearly just didn’t care! Didn’t even get my bails finished or painted, the shape job was awful anyway and now I’m heading to my spout NT nails to get a toe flower and get my nails fixed and be in an environment where the technicians actually care about their clients and are welcoming and nice. So no I wouldn’t suggest this place, and frankly I think I should report them to the health department for how poorly they handled my bloody hand. I’m a healthcare provider, it was beyond unsanitary and I just hope I don’t get an infection from that place. Oh and did I mention the chemical smell is the worst of any nail salon I’ve been in, I got light headed when I walked in. It was bad. Entire experience was bad and I’d give a zero if I could.

Horrible! Dont waste your $. They rush to get your nails done to get you out the door. You have to tell them numerous times to fix their mistakes & they get annoyed as if its your fault. I honestly dont think all the ladies there are licensed nail techs (I went to cosmotology school, I know what nails should look like when done by a professional). They expect a tip even if they dont deserve it. I told them how disappointed I was with their service & they didnt seem to care.
