Pros, the pedi was great. The people were very nice.Cons, The dip however was the worst experience Ive had getting my nails done. It took 2 1/2 hours. All my nails are a different shape, there is randomly one nail with a different color, and they are rough like sandpaper. Ive been getting my nails done for over twenty years. This was the worst.

I’ve been going here for a couple years, after trying several other nail places both downtown and Uptown. This is now my go-to — great service, good value.My only complaint is with making appointments. They are completely useless, as they’ll take walk-ins as they come without checking the appointment schedule. I made appointments for myself and a friend. The friend waited for an hour in a pedi chair and never got her service.

This salon is horrible. The manager is not professional and picks and chooses who he wants to accept for mani and pedi and doesnt take next person in line. they are never on time, always a wait time and their salon is nasty and gross. lots of other salons in the area.

I’ve been coming here since 2017 and I love this place and the folks who work here. I usually get only pedi, but the times I got mani shellac I loved it as well! Shared with my friends and they all only get their nails done here since. Great service, fair price and really nice folks! They have added precautions since the pandemic started and I feel comfortable coming here!

Going here is one of the highlights of my routine! All of the employees are so friendly! I always have a positive experience here and cherish getting to see their smiling faces every two weeks!

My toes are beautiful! Above that, the attention to detail in the pedicure service, friendliness of staff (hi Trang!), and the ability to fit in last minute walk-ins was above standard. I felt comfortable, and am relishing my pampered feet. The affordability of the super deluxe pedicure helps as well.

Learn from my mistakes: If the eyelash extensions cost ⅓ of what other places charge, its not a bargain. Something is wrong.Id come here a couple of times to get eyelash extensions from Lisa, and they were pretty good. Then the last time I went in, I dont know what happened, but not only were the lashes too thick, but many of them were glued to the skin on my eyelids instead of glued on my eyelashes. It hurt, and the pain would have gotten worse if my eyelashes had started to grow out, pulling my eyelid skin with them. They next day, I went to another place and paid $65 to spend 1½ hours getting them removed (which broke a lot of my natural eyelashes), and then one of my eyes was infected, so the next day I paid $25 for antibiotic eyedrops for my eyes. I went back to Golden Nails and asked for a refund of just what Id spent on the extensions, but they would only give me a gift certificate for the price of the extensions, not including the tip—and that was after I argued. I dont want to go back there, so now Im out a lot of money and have a useless gift certificate.Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because at least I did get the gift certificate. Maybe I can sell it below face value to someone else who wants their nails done, or something. Mistakes happen, but I wish they had returned my actual cash money that I had paid, especially since the ordeal ended up costing me a lot more money.

I’ve tried so many nail places here in seattle but I always end up coming back to golden nails! The facility is super clean/covid conscious and the staff is beyond kind! They always do a great job whether it’s a pedicure or dip nails. The prices are super reasonable too. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and every friend I bring ends up becoming a regular here! I also don’t write reviews often so this says a lot!!

This place is fantastic! Went here with my colleagues! The people are super sweet and most importantly, they prices are damn reasonable and they do an amazing job! I got a gel.mani and a pedicure with hot stones for less than 45$!! They even massaged my neck for a few minutes for free! Definitely recommend this place!

I called around 1pm on a Sunday asking if I could come in to get my nails done and they told me to come at 4:30 instead for an appointment. I showed up at 4:30 and they didnt know about my appointment, they were too busy to help me, and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I was very disappointed because I am flying out tomorrow morning for a business trip. Ended up going to a nail salon down the block.

Love my chrome nails! ... always wary if trying new places, but such a lovely girl, Snow, and she listened to what I wanted, even though I didnt really know what I wanted, (!) but she recommended treatment to my requirements! I was very pleased. Not a high tech looking place, but just go with it. And she gave me small neck/shoulder massage after the nails, great!.Will definitely return when Im back in Seattle😁👍

The staff here are so friendly and fast. Ive never sat down to wait for a pedicure chair. I have always walked in and selected my color and was seated immediately ready for Mani pedi. Thats without an appointment. They do a great job on my nails!

I decided to switch from my usual nail place because they dont do dip and Ive been wanting to try it. It was my first dip experience, as well as my first time at Golden Nails, and let me just say, Im hooked! Everyone there is so friendly and professional, checking in at many steps of the process to make sure everything was looking the way I wanted it to! The quality of manicure provided is excellent, and HOLY SMOKES the price! $35 for a dip mani?! Best price in town! Or out of town! Ill definitely be back :)----UPDATE: I just had to switch a key off of a pretty sturdy key ring, and my nails are still PRISTINE. 10/10 for quality and durability!

Favorite place to get SNS nails done and a pedicure. Very transparent about their pricing especially for pedicures... I love that I can get a $15, $20, $25 or $30 pedicure and all are amazing depending on what kind of time you have. Ladies are really sweet and caring. They do a great job.

Good prices and friendly staff but the gel manicure I got was pretty sloppy. Lots of air bubbles, some streaks and uneven nail shape even after I asked for the nails to be filed again.

The workers are very kind and sweet however when I went in for a full arm wax I left with a lot of bruises on my arms. It is not a cute look. Halfway through my wax they switched workers on me and it felt rushed. I would reccomend scheduling the waxing appointments instead of walking in so it is not rushed.

Super friendly and they do a nice job with both fills and pedicures. Depending on who does your pedicure, you may get a super long foot and leg massage. The eyelash extensions are devine. Lisa does an amazing job. Just plan on getting them filled every 10 days or so. Totally worth it to me!

Super kind, gay friendly nail place in Lower Queen Anne.Went in for a midday gel polish mani, and I was treated with prompt service and good conversation. In and out in just under an hour, and honestly they did the best job Ive ever seen with gel polish. Left with them dried and no mistakes at all. These folks deserve your business.

Been here several times and I have to say they have the best price for a basic mani and pedi in the area. Today I decided to do something different and got shellac on my nails. The color turned out real nice thanks to my nail technician recommendation on the color.I higher recommend this place.-The price is good.-Theres a lot of color to choose.-The service is friendly.-There is almost never a wait or at least the numerous time I have been here there is no wait ( I normally go on Saturday mornings).-Its easy to find and theres plenty of street parking at a reasonable price.

Really cheap but you get what you pay for. There was a group of us with appointments but when we arrived, it took about 45 mins after being seated at the pedi spa for them to get started. The nail polish was pretty old and came off a couple days after.

My favorite nail salon. They offer a variety of services including regular mani/pedi, shellac, and SNS dip powders. Everyone I’ve ever had do my nails there is great, and paying the extra 15 dollars for a 20min massage is definitely worth it!

I made a reservation for me and my friend to go in at 6 PM they guaranteed a reservation over the phone. We went in 10 minutes early for our reservation and they asked us to pick out a color and sat us down we waited 10 minutes before they came over knowledged us again. Then 20 minutes for them to start my pedicure as my friend I invited to come with me to get a pedicure waited 35 minutes until someone finally came over and asked if she want to start her pedicure. Worst Customer service even after such a terrible nail service at least let us know if you were too busy accommodate even before taking our reservation. Would give zero starts if allowed.

Mmmmm, my regular acrylic nail gal is on maternity so I came here and can only say that it was so sub par Im not going back. Damaged my real nail at the cuticle with the efile (I can tell because its very pink at the line), and its thick at the cuticle which means he was lazy and inaccurate with the file. Pedi was good though.

I never go anywhere else for my nails. They always do an AMAZING job.
