While this shop may have the better price, the customer service is horrible.As a woman of a certain age, I will not pay to be insulted. I do not joke with people.I will NOT recommend not return to this shop...ever.

Surprisingly bad service, considering the name is best nails. went in for acrylics, and had to stop the session about halfway through because the nails were so bad😭I had to ask multiple times to stop because the lady wasnt listening. when I went back to try to figure it out, the receptionist was very rude and didnt end up getting any help, recomend avoiding this place lol

I really enjoyed going here to get my nails done. They were all very friendly and gave me better nails than I had hopped for. I will definitely be going back. 🙂🙂🙂

My nails paint came off after 25 minutes of her painting/ peeled after I left. Also had eyelashes done/ they came off after 1 day and took all my natural eyelashes off;(

Being new to Seattle sometimes it’s challenge to find new service providers after moving.I live in west Seattle and tried 3 different locations, so I decided to get outside of my area and search for a place that values quality and customer service.It must of been my day to happen upon Best Nails. I called made an appointment a short time later, T was working with me.What a talented amazing woman! Definitely found my new home! They made my day and moving to Seattle so much happier.While checking out, I was looking at the other ladies getting their nails done and, daaaamn they are all super skilled and so nice there.I absolutely love this place! ❤️🥰

Friendly. That is what matters most and these guys are so wonderful, very kind. I have been to many salons and this place has great quality as well as service. I will definitely be returning to this salon. Im not sure what the other reviews meant by lack of selection because they have many colors, options and services to choose from. Their massage chairs were wonderful and the water wasnt scalding hot. Gentle with my feet and my hands. Love it!

My two friends and I got off work on a Saturday and called in to see if they could fit us in for nail service. We were told absolutely, so we arrived about 4:30pm. We had reservations that evening in Tacoma at 7pm and assumed we had plenty of time. I was way past due for a fill and had a couple acrylics missing, so the technicians decided to remove them all and put on a fresh set. The lady who reapplied my acrylic took absolutely FOREVER, and she applied it so thick that I felt like I had legitimate eagle talons. After about an hour and a half of her applying and shaping my acrylic I was passed off to a different technician. This lady then spent another 35 minutes hand filing the thickness of the acrylic down by about 50%. Finally I had to tell them to cash me out because we were extremely late for our reservation. The lady tried to tell me she could paint nails real quick, takes no time. Umm, no. Everything at this salon apparently takes inhumanely long and I had no more time to waste. So now I have unfinished, fleshy colored acrylics that are square and not oval like I repeatedly asked for. I was then charged $34 for removal of a couple nails and an unfinished, unpainted set of acrylics. My normal nail salon charges me $25 for a full set, in the shape I requested, fully painted with shellac, and in less than half the time I spent at Best Nails. One of our friends had to stay behind because despite the fact we had been at the salon for two hours her tips had only just been applied. She ended up giving the employees a piece of her mind so they offered us free service for our next visit, but I still will not be back. Ill be going somewhere else this afternoon to have shellac applied to my nails like I thought I would have done yesterday with my new set. I would stay away from this place unless you have completely cleared your schedule for the day only to have your nails half done.

They are truly amazing here and Im definitely going back. Well worth the money because they are the only place that have gotten my nails as short as I want them with a cute oval tip to look like little claws 😈😉😄🖤

My daughter went here on Sunday with her friend. She requested a full set, the price was fair, $28. However, the technician who worked on my daughters nails did a horrible job. She left out of the nail salon looking like she needed a fill. He did not shape her nails correctly and the paint job was messy. I cant speak on the inside of the salon or the other nail techs there but, this man should not be allowed to do nails at all.

I love this nail shop! I go here for shallac manicure, my nails last the full two weeks. They do an awesome job, and are always so nice! I feel like they really make an exrra effort to apply the gel polish to make sure they last for me.

Ive been getting my nails done with acrylic for 10 years. Been to places all over seattle and this one has been my favorite so far. The owners are a couple who are super nice and hilarious. I bring my son with me and all the workers love him. It makes me feel like home. Also gotten the best full sets. Thin enough that theyre similar to real nails, but they stay on and done break unless i dont get a fill soon enough.

Randomly went to this nail place when trying to kill time in the area. One of the best pedicures I have ever gotten. They sat me down right away and really made sure to do a good job. They scrubbed my feet so well and were very friendly. Everyone in the salon said hello and smiled. If I am ever again in the area needing a pedi I will definitely return!!

Tina did a great job with my brows and my nails turned out okay aside from the shape. The prices on the board obviously arent accurate as I had a gel refill and brow wax and my total was 41 dollars. I was clearly oveecgarged but in too much of a rush to complain. Also as my nails were being polished, two of the other ladies came to hover over the tech. It was weird.

My favorite place for many years. They are like family here. I cant say that about any other place Ive been. Absolutely love these guys.

The first thing I noticed when I came in was the dirty interior. The floor tiles were extremely worn and scuffed. There were a lot of nail polish and old dark marks on the floor. The walls, however, were painted a brilliant orange and was probably the best aesthetics of the whole area.The parking here was atrocious and tiny. There were probably about 5-6 stores in this tiny plaza sharing a single ten-slot crowded parking lot... I would not recommend parking here. Youd better be off parking at the supermarket parking lot nearby. However, you risk a parking ticket if you do.The employees welcome you when coming in, it was a ten minute wait without an appointment. It appears that if you dont have an appointment or not a regular, you get treated extremely differently. I assumed that the employees believed that I was not going to be returning but they were rude and the vibe was as if they wanted to get my nails done quickly and over with.My nails were done by a man named Jonathan(?) and he kept picking up phone calls and speaking to other people while he was doing my nails. I originally explained that I wanted some white acrylic nail extentions with specific lengths. He totally disregarded my requests and kept talking on the phone. For some reason, he used a tan (NOT WHITE) color and the extentions ended up really terrible.The pricing was terribly overpriced and was just NOT worth it. I would not come back or recommend this place to anyone. Youre better off skipping this place.

I wouldnt recommend this place because when I went to get shellac nails there the lady seemed impersonal. She didnt ask me what I wanted done but instead proceeded to soak my nails. I dont mind the lack of small talk Im all about result and not even a week later my nails started chipping. Also she didnt get the whole nail painted and was rubbing off the nail polish with remover but I had a hang nail so that hurt. They also dont rub hand lotion on you at the end which most places do.

My friend had her lashes done because it was recommended by one of her colleagues saying it was $30 to get lash extensions done at this place. They used Kiss brand clustered lashes (you can find at Walmart) and use lash extension glue to do her lashes. After it was done the glue clumped together and the lashes are glue so close to her lash line that it is touching her skin. It is NOT supposed to be like that. My friend called immediately after the service to return back and requested that they should remove it for her because it was uncomfortable. They said its still a fresh set so wait til the next day to remove it. I came back with her the following day and they say her down on a chair and used something to place on her lashes to soak and prep it for removal. It looked like oil mixed with Vaseline. We waited an hour and my friend kept wiping her eyes because the stuff they placed on her lashes kept dripping down into her eyes. The lady who did her lashes came out and and told her it was going to be at least an hour or 2 to remove it since they had just did it yesterday. Then she switched up and said she would give my friend the medicine to take home to put on her lashes to remove them herself but it would hurt if she does them herself. And then she proceed to say that she should leave the stuff on overnight and it will come off. I demanded to see the product they use to remove eye lash extension. She brought the bottle out and I was livid! It was a bottle of Super Bond Hair Removal! My understanding with this product is that this helps the hair extension on your head, NOT YOUR EYELASH EXTENSION. I immediately told my friend to wash it off and demand for a refund. I didnt start yelling but they lady starts yelling at me telling me I dont know anything. If she had her eyelash extension license the correct way they she wouldnt be doing something that could potentially ruin someones vision. Which by the way I told her to pull out her certification and didnt have it out at all. My friend had to pull over to let her brother drive because after her eyelashes were put on it was burning her eyes and she couldnt see. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DONT EVER GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE. They dont care for their customers the right way.

WAY overpriced and the prices on the board are NOT accurate. The nail tech was rushing trying to do my friend and I at the same time and even messed up the polish. She even noticed it herself and made NO Attempt to fix it. Paid $107 and then my nail broke 3 days later. I am very overwhelming disappointed with this place

Ive been going to Best Nails for years, and they are my favorite place.

I came in and told them I only had an hour. She assured me she cld do my nails and toes in that time (because instead of enjoying my pedicure... I would be getting my nails done.) After my pedicure complete with bloody toe and lopsided toenails.... I explained what shape and length I wanted my nails... And Got Neither... Then after an hour and 45 minutes shes finally done filing and keeps insisting I need gel topcoat on my White tip Acrylic nails... I guess to add that thickness to their already short squaty appearance. So after 2 HOURS and 20 min... She tells me my grand total (to limp out on my still profusely Bleeding Toe, nails looking worse than when I got there) IS $60!!!!!!!! Yes. When you can literally see out the window the place across the street has manis for $10 and pedis for $12! Luckily for them, I was in a hurry to get back to Portland, where they value their customers, but I will NEVER COME BACK, and want to make sure I warn others as well. If you look at the station in front of the door, my Blood Stain will be there Im sure because they ignored it like it happens all the time... Didnt even sanitize her tools... Just stick em right back in her cup! Ugggghhhhh!!!!

Cindy wanted to do my nails her own way and wouldnt listen to how I wanted it. She didnt really do a good job anyways.
