DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They have 2 printers and only 1 works. The line is long and they are understaffed so nobody can assist you if you need help. They don’t care. The wait is at least 45 minutes after the person ahead of you, because the printer is OLD so it takes everyone a lot of TIME to work the printer. The printer is also difficult to navigate. You have to email Office Depot, receive the email from them, and then type the code from the email into the printer before you can press print. You do this with every, single, document. Don’t waste your time.

We had unfortunately not received an item we had purchased from Office Depot through UPS. This location has amazing staff that were willing to help every day to help us get our package. We were eventually sent a new one and refunded from the first purchase. Every time we walk into this store we’re welcomed and all questions are answered with no problems.

The employees dont care to help customers. Last time I was in to laminate my vaccine card. I was the only person at customer service, at the counter itself. Four employees walked by but no one would help. It took over six minutes to get someone to come up to me. I went in today to get ink for my printer. An older person was talking to an associate who had helped her with an item. I was standing in line waiting for the cashier to check out the person before me. When the previous customer left, the woman jumped in line. Instead of telling her where the line is, the cashier looked at me, obviously impatient to get back to work with my one item, looked her, an older retired person with no where to go, and helped her instead of telling her where the line goes. Of course there was an issue with her card, and I had to wait ten minutes while the line grew behind me before a second cashier came to check me out.

Super happy with their customer service. I bought a pretty expensive office chair 3 days ago from this location, and after using it for 2 days it started to lean hard. Called this location and an employee named Michael told me to bring the chair in so he could look at it. He checked it out and helped me exchange it for a new one. Quick service and super helpful. Thank you!

Customer Service was out of the park. The individual who helped me out with printer ink today was fantastic + made my day. Ill absolutely be back.

Update: No Thanks Emma, I am tired of your companys generic copy, paste answers to negative experiences. I am not wasting any more time on this subject. You should be able to look-up the store, investigate and take appropriate actions as needed...you shouldnt need my help. This experience was a really bad one for me, bad enough for me to stay away from future purchases from you guys . 5/29/2020Ordered a HP printer online thru Aurora Ave North store. To begin with Office Depots online coupon code did not work during checkout, I was extremely disappointed, yet I went ahead & placed the order after checking product availability. No other store near me had this printer in stock expect a few South of where I lived. I then drove 23 miles to the store, when my wife and I walked in no one was at the front of the store to greet or assist us. I was able to see a female employee to my left, at the back wall breaking down boxes and she had an obvious look on her face that she did not want to help us. She looked away hoping another employee can assist us. A few seconds went by, seeing no other employee was available to help she came up to the front, she asked how she could assist? I then told her “Hi, I am here to pick-up my online order for Dennis” she then radioed to someone in the back and they replied “the printer is not in stock” then explained that I would not be charged for the transaction. When she was done, I said “Thank you” and we walked out. When I got back in the car all I could think of is “I gotta drive back another 23 miles empty handed” because someone did not do inventory.

Copy and print center commits to jobs they can’t perform only to notify you when it’s too late to take an alternate route.Use these guys if you want to be hung out to dry at the last minute.

Fairly large store. Easily accessible to get in and out of. I went right after school started for the year, and you could see the selection is usually huge, but had been overrun from that. A little pricey, other non office supply stores have lower prices but not the large selection. Very nice employees and found what I needed.

Helpful staff.

Helpful & always-available staff to answer questions or help you find a product. Checkout can be quick or slow just depending on the time of day and who else is in the store. They always have the products I need, from office supplies to electronics. We come here a lot to get supplies for school projects. Very good service! Last week, I came to buy a printer for my boss and didnt have it on the store. I was told to order online and one of the staff members was able to help me on the process .

This office depot has a good selection of office supplies. The store is clean.However, Like many office depots, the service here is just alright. Obviously its not as bad as the one in downtown (which was shut down recently), because its still open. But the management should really focus on customer service. I routinely purchase things for my office but i dont feel like my business is appreciated here.

Staff in the printing dept. are wonderful. Kelly is a Wonder Woman and does not quit until you have exactly what you want...while executing a superb job of multi-tasking keeping the many customers happy. Jordan is also great to work with. I changed to this store because of their awesome customer service and fair pricing. They also carry a label size very important to my business, that so far has only been available only online at a hugely inflated price!

I am stuck at Office Depot/Office Max a ton for work, all over the country, but this was the happiest one Ive ever been at. The staff were enjoying themselves, they were a good team and incredibly helpful, and their positive attitudes made everything really smooth. Tabitha managed a massive print job with a big smile and a ton of graciousness.

I stopped in for a few things; the most important being an ergonomic foot rest. The manager saw my rather puzzled expression and asked if she coild help.While they arent in the store, there is an excellent variety online. They ship directly to your home which is relatively new for Office Depot. I was able to place my order quickly and be on my way.

I usually don´t have any complain about the store. People in there is polite and helpful. But last time I was there, I asked for a printing and coil binding work. It seemed that it was going to be a hard work, so they asked me to wait 4 days for my work to be done (which I wasn´t expecting that). ¨We´ll call you¨, they said. They didn´t call me. I went 3 days after and they told me they called me but never reached me, that they have lost my file and the coil binder machine was broken. I needed to send the file again and wait for their phone call again. Unfortunately don´t recommend printing and leaving work to be done for later.

I have gotten excellent help on copying and binding services from a number of different staff at this Office Depot. Staff have been competent, friendly, patient, and game to assist me with whatever project Ive brought it -- and they work on the project til they get it right. Often enough staff have had even higher standards than I have. And they do it all with a positive attitude.

Great customer service. Ive been asked about the rewards card for years but this was the first time anyone bothered to sign me up or explain it. Nigel and the other person that helped me were both out going and friendly.

Shannon gets high praise from me, and I want everyone who has ears to hear about it. Hes a tech with imagination as well as solid knowledge, and importantly too, patience and a gift for listening. He has been taking care of my computers for as long as I have been a customer at the North Seattle store. I recommend that Office Depot gives him reasons to remain in its employment.

Always has what I need, although I do look it up on the website before I go. Pricing is good if you need something immediately. Otherwise, pricing can usually be better on Amazon. Service is usually good or better.

Always have excellent customer service here. It doesnt matter if they just opened, or if it is almost closing time, the people that work at this location are really friendly and helpful.

I brought my flash drive in to get blueprints made here and it was incredibly slow- so Im going to have to give this place just an average rating....Also the storefront and general atmosphere is one of antiquity and not of modern technology

Probably one of the best place when it comes to just office supplies and we got our office chairs from these guys and they are great.

I bought an Epson WF-3720 cartridge package 3/19. My printer would not accept the double black cartridge. I took the whole thing back for a refund but was told it was nonreturnable because I had opened the box! What??? How do you get the cartridges out without opening the box!?!? Is there something Im missing here? Anyway, Im out $90 and will never, ever patronize this store again. I prefer Staples anyway.

Office Depot has changed for the better. Their self serve printers have online access to Google drive and other online web storage. Store your docs on Google drive walk in slide your card, log into Google drive, select what you want to print and blam youre done! Used to be most places you either had to bring a thumb drive or rent computer time in addition to paying for printing.I half heartedly placed an online print order expecting a long wait like before but this time they got it done ahead of the anticipated time. I know where Im going to print stuff now. I looked around and it looks like they have some pretty good sales going on now too.Looks like they have newer staff all around maybe a new manager..I dont know but it just felt much improved all around.

This store was great. They were friendly and knowledgeable and when the product I was looking for (that said online was in store) couldnt n found they price matched it for me.

I walked in at 7:45 pm and was told that they were closed because they close at 8. I said that it was 15 minutes until then and they sighed and told me to make it quick. Once I grabbed the one item I needed others had come in and wanted to print something. The employees told them that it was too close to closing and the system wouldnt let them login. (Obviously a lie.) The man who seemed like the manager was turning people away at the door. A very bad customer service experience.

The sales person gave me the sale price not reflected at the store. He also offered to ship it to my home so I would not have to carry it. It was a win/win situation.

Staff is very friendly but awful Gift Card selection. No Amazon cards and no VISA cards. Basically impossible to get my employees any GC’s they’d use from this store.

Old store lots of poorly used space. No well labeled, difficult to find what you need.

There is no concept of customer service. There are 4 employees visible. One of them is a cashier and there 7 customer in line. All other employees see us, however, none of the drop everything and try to come help the cashier and ready to pay customers. I walked out and spending my money at amazon.

Every time I go in this place nobody is in there they must have a really hard time keeping good business and Im assuming it is because of horrible customer service every time Ive been in there the employees are standing around doing absolutely nothing and they are extremely has intent to help anyone with anything.
