I hired CRC in 2006 and havent looked back. They have always provided my practice with the best customer service I could ask for. They are reliable, always there when we need them. I really appreciate having a dedicated technician for our office- Nick is amazing. We can reach him via email phone or text and we always get a fast response. So even though I know CRC helps thousands of offices in our area, we always feel like we are their only customer. They work with my practice software seamlessly. They also deal with my software companys tech support as well as the internet and phone tech people so that I dont pay a team member to be the go-between. I truly appreciate that they are proactive in letting us know what situations will need to be handled in the coming year so that I have time to plan ahead financially. Celeste is easy to work with in regard to invoices, billing, and helpful with any long lost paperwork you need drummed up. If you are looking for a company that will handle everything, so that you can focus on what you do best and not have to think about all the computer and networking issues, CRC is your group. Lastly these guys are just fun to work with- James, Toby, Nick- computer guys with personality!

CRC is the best IT company Ive worked with. They have been taking care of our dental office for years!
