I went to get fingerprints done for my BRN license renewal. I did not have to wait, although I went at 1pm on a week day and no one was there. Brigitte was very professional, efficient, and gave great instructions on how to continue to renew my license. She even asked if I had any questions, which she was able to answer. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend Live Scan Santa Clarita.

This bussines pays 3 dollars to clients to place positive (5 stars reviews) in this GoogleA sign is posted in plain view ( will deduct 3 dollars from my fees if you give me a positive review Is that legal? )I believe those reviews to be truthful and went to have a live scan 5/29/2019, 3 pm.I brought with me my SERVICE DOG ( very hot day .couldnt leave her in the car either) the secretary asked me if it was a Service dog i said yesNext a man come into the store from the street and in an altered behavior and tone of voice ask me if my dog was a Service dogI ask him wby did he ask ( he did not identify himself )he said he was the bussines ownerHe demanded to see DOGS Service dog documents and to take the dog out of his Store I felt offended and decided to leave 0given his Tone of voice Rude behavior t. AND POOR COSTUMER SERVICE and told him soHe come out to the parking lot and took a picture of my cars Plate # in a threatening mannerWill file a complaint with authorities
