Terrible building to live in. Management is unresponsive, took 3 months to have blinds put into my apartment (none when moved in), each maintenance request took days to address, packages would disappear from the mail room as no security. Would not recommend at all.

Is a very good genuine person off the bat towards the owner, property manager Mariane :) is soo nice direct gives me help when I need it always smilin just met her the most genuine experience I’ve ever had out of any property manager always keeping it genuine and real as a person needs the up most boost a property manager can ever get well respected and respectfully nice as a person.

Scheduled an in person tour for Friday, human confirmed via email, I called to reschedule, and a different person said they don’t do in person tours and he was confused how that happened. Not going to sign a contract without being able to see the unit or building whatsoever. This is all a sign - I should not move in here.

I LOVE this place. I have not had any theft problems beyond what I have had in other Seattle apartments. My apartment is nice and modern with awesome looking concrete floors. Management is nice.

As mentioned in other reviews - There is constant theft and vehicle break ins. I chose this place because it had a secure entry and garage. Have had vehicle broken into and packages stolen despite that. Apartments themselves are nice but cannot recommend based on lack of security and management not instituting a permanent solution to the problem.

TLDR; quiet, management is slow to fix things, and the garage door was too loudThe good;quiet, within walking distance of most of lower Fremont.Concrete floors.The bad;The quiet garage door broke and was replaced by an Extremely noisy new Garage door that would wake me up at night.no on-site management.Maintenance man made a mess while fixing the kitchen sink.Maintenance man bickered with me when they did a sloppy job and didnt fix the root cause of the sink issue.Concrete floors, not completely flat and often too cold, winter made them colder.Cadet heater was broken when I moved in, in February, took 2 weeks to fix.

Vehicle break-ins. Storage locker break-ins. Stolen bicycles. Stolen packages. This is what happens here at Rev Fremont. Security is minimal and building management does little to prevent future violations. Do not consider this building if you plan on using any common areas -- parking garage, storage units, bicycle racks, lobby package delivery, etc.EDIT:Everybody whose rent is setup with auto-pay had double rent pulled this month -- about 20 people. Management says reimbursements are being sent out, but most people are now overdrafted on their checking accounts.

I didnt mind my space. The apartment was decent size for my dog and I.

The location is not great. Although there are a couple of decent restaurants in the vicinity it doesnt change the fact that its in one of the sketchier parts of Fremont with rundown RVs parked all along the side streets and an interesting assortment of needles and human feces constantly decorating the adjacent section of the Burke.The apartments inside are fine. Some of the fixtures (like the patios) are quite cheap.Apartments facing the terrace and the restaurants can get quite loud at night.The management company was terrible. They had issues double charging tenants for rent. There were numerous break ins and thefts in the mail room and garage. They didnt return the security deposit and didnt actually seem to have retained any of the move in records when doing the final sweep.

Poor communication with residents.
