Jamie is the best. Our tenants have let us know how well she does taking care of them.She also did a great job selling a house for me.

Very shady. Broker lied about carpeting in home and wanted us to sign a minimum year lease without even considering our situation... Son with eczema, bad allergies. The home we were approved for definitely had tenants with dogs and when I tried to bring up the smell, Lori denied it without even considering the concern. We backed out of the lease and are very glad that we did. We would have been responsible for the condition of the carpet, regardless of if it was the fault of the previous tenants or not! She said at first the carpet was two years old, and when we asked again, she said it was only a year old... Well which is it? No thank you, we can find somewhere else to rent before we start looking to buy. Sometimes, people dont want to work with you and just want to rent. Well, guess what? Were going to buy from another agency from someone with some actual integrity.

Disappointed. We had looked at leasing a property, and had informed Jamie Schoenmakers, a broker with this management that my wife cannot get an SSN since shes a dependent. We were assured that it wouldnt be an issue and we were asked to shell out 100 bucks for the application. However we were later told that our applications were not considered because they couldnt run a background check on my wife. We got no response from them as to why we were asked to waste money if the outcome was predetermined. We deserve to get our money back.Avoiding these folks in the future!

I lease a home from this company John L Scott and I have never had any problems with them. I absolutely Love my home! I only wish I could pick it up and move it to Whidbey Island on 40 acres! Thank You Jamie Schoenmakers and all other staff members!

Jamie Schoenmakers, a broker here and she is a pathetic mistake of one to. She was rude and stole our $100 and told us we were not being considered, and she has no respect for Veterans. Beware!!!

Rude and unprofessional owner/broker. The only reasonable person was the accountant. Would not recommend this company!
