Its pretty bad. Very neglected. Staff isnt even trained at leasing. Just basics. Trash, gang activity, children are unsupervised quite a bit and very disrespectful. Cant even get a simple work order done. Doesnt maintain itself within the landlord tenant laws. It is literally the ghetto. Anyone saying otherwise is lying. A lot is documented but never addressed. Dont come here unless you like infestation of all sorts. The parking is Horrible!!!! My personal friends and family have made several reports to the health department Just from what theyve seen with their own eyes as far as rats and garbage. Its everywhere. The landscapers do the Bare minimum too. No one cleans behind the buildings and Ive been here 10 years. Garbage all day everyday. Visit at night and walk between buildings. I saw small children on the main road on scooters at 730 am. Oh, and addicts are accumulating here along with homeless. I grew up in the projects and it wasnt even this bad.

I love my apartment. When I walk outside there is garbage everywhere tho. The maintenance staff works hard to keep up with it but its continual. Its sad that many of the people that live here dont respect the grounds. They throw garbage wherever its convenient. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. Parking is definitely an issue. The office staff is friendly despite what Ive seen people have said in reviews. Communication on issues could be a bit better but overall I like it here. Oh also not everyone that gets Section 8 is trash😁

This apartment complex is by far the worst i’ve ever experienced! the office is completely unresponsive to calls or office walk ins, don’t expect to be greeted or helped if you don’t pronounce yourself at least a few times! the parking is terrible! you’re guaranteed to spend a lot more money getting your car out of towing because of this asinine parking ordeal. This entire complex is so poorly maintained! The whole apt ground is infested with trash rodents and roaches because there’s litter everywhere you turn that builds up everyday! it’s a shame and truly disgusting how neglectful the owner and staff and resident are! there’s no value or respect whatsoever! other residents should be fined at this point for how much garbage is thrown carelessly EVERYWHERE!! save your money and sanity

They have 0 parking for guests. Every time I visit the guest parking is full all the time... they need to give 2 parking lots each house instead of 1. Because the owner park their car at the guest spot and let their own parking for their guest. You know why Because its hard to find parking other than yours.

This place has been a nightmare from day one! They wouldn’t allow us to view the apartment in person even after we put our deposit down and turned in our application, claiming it was because of Covid. (I should have left it and requested a chargeback from my bank card after this first red flag, but I regret moving in constantly instead). They kept making mistakes on our application and demanding we drop everything to fix it immediately or we would abandon the application and they would get to keep our deposit. They tried to drop our application because our old apartment manager had closed the office due to Covid and THEY couldn’t finish the background check themselves. (Which really felt like they were just trying to steal our application fee/deposit).They list on their website that the buildings all have elevators, which I didn’t discover was a lie until after we paid rent and got the key because the whole not allowed to view the apartment because of Covid even after we have your deposit BS. Like 1 out of the 20 buildings in the place has an elevator so they think it’s ok to imply all the buildings have elevators on their website. (I’m disabled and that was a big reason I chose to apply here). The day we moved in our oven was broken already before we used it even once, and I had to call King County code enforcement to get them in to fix it because they ignored my maintenance request for a week! (Yes you will have to deal with King County because it’s unincorporated King County despite the Seattle address, so your protections as a renter are much weaker). They towed my friend’s van while parking where they told us to park while moving our stuff in. (I guess a handicap individual taking a short break while moving in isn’t allowed). There’s no handicap parking anywhere near my building, which I need. They give 1 parking spot if you have a 1 bedroom with 1 adult or 4 bedrooms with 4 adults, which is completely ridiculous to not even offer larger households more parking! My roommate that works as a delivery driver had to park on the highway out in front of the complex and her car ignition was stripped out, so she was unable to work. The guest parking is constantly filled by cars that never ever move for months, so there is literally no parking for family or friends to visit to the point that most refuse to visit me anymore because of PARKING!The children’s park is right next to a filthy stinky overflowing dumpster, you could literally have 1 foot in the playground and touch the dumpster hut. If the wind picks up trash gets blown into the playground. (whoever designed this was a complete idiot and clearly has no respect for children!).The gate to the dog park has been broken off for over a week and no signs anyone intends to fix it, the broken gate hasn’t even been picked up from the middle of the ground. The icing on the cake is after outdoor covid restrictions have finally been lifted nationwide they are still playing covid restriction games with the OUTDOOR pool! They only allow 45 minutes per day and one household at a time with no guests, and the spots get filled very quickly so good luck getting a turn. Telling fully vaccinated people they can’t enjoy an outdoor pool (which is chlorinated too) because of Covid is the laziest excuse I’ve ever heard in my life! (Never mind that they inconsistently don’t care at all if 30 unvaccinated children are running around the playground without masks, so absolutely no internally consistent logic to the random covid restrictions they pull out of their rear end). It’s clearly just some bully power trip thing at this point. Then they sent us a survey online this week that only allows 150 characters as if anyone could fit all the problems with this place into 1-2 sentences, so I’ve decided to make sure they know my real opinion of this place. This place is garbage and I wish I could easily leave but I’m still locked into a lease and moving is extremely difficult with my physical disability.Don’t move in here, it looks nice from the outside, but it’s a trap!

The management need to enforce rules regarding tenants cars so that guests can have more parking spaces on the property. As a guest of a tenant, I recently had to park my car on the busy street on a rainy night. Then I had to walk all the way to the farthest corner of the property just to visit my friend. Thats not really very inviting to guests.

I have lived in this apartment for 11 years and I have seen this place go from well managed, decent place to live to completely mismanaged cesspool. Things went bad after 2015 and it keeps getting worse. There’s only one parking spot, and there’s no where else for a 2nd car or for your guest to park and the towing company makes an absolute killing here (I suspect they in cahoots). I can not stress enough how disappointing this place gotten over the years and I really really suggest you look else where because I am doing the same after 4+ years of misery.

0 zero star! worst place on the planet. I applied for 4 bedrooms apartment for a family of 4. These people took the application and money orders.I attended the tax credit meeting, gave all my documents including bank accounts and more and they lost my documents twice. Later, one of the ladies called me saying you have been approved and they were waiting the appartment to be inspected before I can move in. I called a few day later to check on rather the apartment has been inspected another person told me that I didnt yet approved. Same thing happened a second time, a third after giving my landlord a date of me moving out, they called me saying youre over qualify. You cant move in. They almost left me and my three daughters homeless age 4,5,9. Bad management starting from receptionist Martha to Manager Renée. JUST BECAUSE ITS LOW INCOME . SAD AND DISAPPOINTED

I aint even lived there, but by visiting family members, the repair people never came around. The office people looks like they live hours away from the community. The security walked up on me trying to impersonate a Official King County Officer. The plumbing is bad in the Skyway area period. And the property is right behind a digging site. So a landfall wouldnt be a surprise. The whole 1 way in, 1 way out thing is a emergency hazard. This is a complete public housing failure in my opinion. But I did see some community unity when the pool area was open. But I overheard a lot of grumbling from residents that its hardly open in the summer time, and clubhouse events where just when its convenient to the office staff, like they are an authority.

Dont let the outside fool you. The management at this building is terrible and is in need of new face that actually oversee that things get done. The maintenance men clean early in the morning which is nice, but never come to repair in a timely fashion. One maintenance man came to my home a few weeks ago at 6:30 in the morning attempting to demand that he come inside of my apartment based off an issue another tenant had and when I told him he needed to come back at a different time since he had just woke me up he began to be rude. Theres a lot of fixing that they need to do to ensure that children are safe in and out of the building. There are also electrical problems that they deny and will not fix. I honestly wouldnt suggest anyone live here, if it is your only option then I guess. As a tenant you will get treated better elsewhere.

I really didnt mind living here at first, until my van got broke into!! And the parking!! They tow everyone regardless if you live there or not!! Sad cause its a low income complex and you pay hundreds of dollars even if your car was towed just hours ago. Dont dare come home after sun down cause you will be in your car all night looking for a parking spot, not even joking.... If you park your car on the side of the building due to no open parking it will get towed. They will also tow you for no reason. They will tow your guests. My family and friends hates to visit cause they would get towed!!! They tell you to have visitors park in visitors parking spots but them spots are always full!!!! Dont move here unless you want to pay for your car to get out of the tow shop every other day. Which the apartments have a contract with!!! Thats why i moved as soon as my lease was up.

What can I say that others havent said already? If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.Like you, I read these terrible reviews and thought to myself This place cant be that bad! Look at all the nice pictures. Most people only leave negative comments anyway. Please dont make the same mistake I did.I never actually lived in Creston Point, but I did go through the most ridiculous application process. They claim its because they are a MFTE property. Dont be fooled. They just have no idea what theyre doing. The MFTE property Im currently residing in had me apply online, and I was approved the next day!The leasing agent handling my application appeared to be genuine and caring at first. I was told to come in with a $200 money order so I could place a hold deposit on the apartment. After submitting it and filling out some extensive paperwork, I was told Id have to make the 40 min drive back there to provide him with my social security card (why was I not told to bring it in with the $200 money order??). After doing that, I was told I had to come in once more to fill out some more paperwork. I shouldve taken this as a sign, but I thought nothing of it. I figured I was in good hands. I took time off work to make the trip, trusting the words of this agent who continued to reassure me that the apartment was as good as mine.A week later, I received a voicemail stating that my application had been denied, and that Id be receiving a refund within 10-14 business days. 25 business days went by, and I still didnt get my money back. I had no luck reaching anyone from the leasing office no matter what time of the day I called. After leaving numerous voicemails, I spoke with a woman who assured me that Ill be contacted. Another week went by. Still nothing...There is no excuse for what I had to go through. Creston Points management is disorganized and conniving. Dont be fooled. Continue your apartment search elsewhere.

Nieghbors are loud & have no respect for other tenants; most children are wild & parents have no control over them or condone their behavior - its like a wild uncontrol village in a 3rd country. The secured buildings have a lot of trouble: sickening odors & smell from body odor & waste; elevators often not working; management is un professional, sometimes rather curt, but usually friendly, but unable to do anything about the trouble & bad behavior of the tenants & their children. The focus of the residency seems to be on the Somali population, who have their own representative on site. They also hold an annual religious ceremony for about a month that is disruptive, loud and does not take the peace of the other tenants in to consideration & management cannot stop it, as it takes place late at night into the early hours of the morning. The garbage & recycle areas are always smelly & overflowing, which invites rats & other rodents!! Some units have bedbugs which infest other units & people put these infested furniture out in the halls of the secured buildings.

Im not a picky person. I could probably live in a cargo container so long as it didnt leak and had somewhere to plug in my computer.Me and a roommate lived here for 6 months starting last October. The application process was relatively straightforward, the way to handle it was keep calling in and checking up basically daily. Living in a standalone unit was good for the most part, save for the loud shouting or arguing many of the other residents seem to prefer in lieu of cellphones, and the fully sick beats blasted out of numerous car subwoofers at various times, day or night. The parking situation was tight but not impossible, though on football nights I had to park all the way back at the main office because of all the visitors. The people keep to themselves for the most part, which I respected and returned in kind. The unit itself was a bit rough around the edges, but a damn decent place for the price. All this would still net 3 or even 4 stars, but Im rating this place as I am due to what happened 6 months after my roomie and I had moved out. As one other reviewer wrote, I was contacted by a collection agency, demanding repayment of around 600 dollars - our entire 6 month stays worth of power billing. When I stopped by to figure it out with the staff, it turned out that most of the staff has been replaced, and the power bill was marked in the system as delivered to me. I never received any such bill, or any warnings, calls, emails or any other indication that something was amiss until today, Oct. 4 2016. As it was explained to me, Seattle City Light passed the 6 months bill onto Creston management, who then made no attempt to contact me or my roommate and simply sat on it for 6 months before passing it off to a collector. Whatever the issue was, it could have been resolved sooner, faster, and in a far less stressful manner if there was any sort of effort at communication by the management.Oh and the dumpsters were always overflowing.

First things first Ive lived in these apartments for 8 years now and i have a really good understanding of these apartments and I have to say it changed for the worst! i wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to have a safe, clean, friendly, and happy place to live! that video Creston point made is a BIG FAT LIE!! the apartments are dirty, they only have 1 maintenance guy so it takes a couple of days for him to come to you. The children here are DISRESPECTFUL!! they run around in the streets purposefully make dents into cars, curse at you and one time Ive even had these 2 kids throw eggs at my house for NO REASON! the park is NOT a safe place for your children its over run by disrespectful black children who will fight you over a swing! the somalian children play all over E, F, & G building! also BEWARE if you plan on coming home after 10 pm you will not find any parking spaces because some people who dont even live here park and leave their cars! but luckily the security has improved and they tow away any cars that dont have the Creston point yellow tab (that you have to place in the front of your car!) oh if you lose it? its $50! what a rip off! anyway if you live in C,D,E,F, or G building (especially in the back) there is a Renton recycling facility there and its SO NOISY!! i barely get sleep sometimes because the noise is unbearable! The pool is nasty and there is kids that pee in the pool and people continue to swim in it without realizing! one good thing is that the maintenance crew keep the outside of the apartments clean sometimes. if you live on the 2nd level or 1st the neighbors above you will stomp and make a ruckus! i cant sleep at times because of this! thank god i am finally moving out of these apartments! Ive had to deal with this for 8 YEARS! imagine that! Ive begged my parents since the day we moved in to leave! The new management is HORRIBLE! they let CRIMINALS & SEX OFFENDERS live in these apartments and they dont even tell you! they dont even care if you have bad credit or a horrible history of housing they will let you in! The cabana (which is a rec center) is full of disrespectful black kids! they will tell you to get off the computer and deliberately turn it off so you can get off! The garbage place sometimes gets SO FULL of garbage i think sometimes the garbage companies dont come! also the pets here especially dogs literally POOP EVERYWHERE and the owners dont even pick it up! Sometimes the owners even let their dogs loose and they terrorize the children! I WARN EVERYONE WHO IS EVEN CONSIDERING TO MOVE IN HERE TO NEVER EVER MOVE IN!
