Arrived at open, but was told there wasn’t a tech for another hour to look at my leaky tire. Came back the, they took my car and took 3 hours to look at a it. They claimed there was no leak, and tire was fine.By the time I came to pick up, my tire was already halfway flat. I took my car to the Mr. Tire Service Center located at 29598 Sussex Highway, Seaford, Delaware 19973 yesterday, April 10, 2021 to have a new battery installed. They were very busy, so I offered to come back today, April 11, to pick it up. I handed my car key to “Eli” and left. Today I called to find out if the car was ready. I was told that it was. When I got there, Eli couldn’t find the car key, or the package that had my invoice. Eli looked around for it at the counter, but he was in no hurry to find it. I overheard him tell a coworker that somebody else had done the work, and my car key might be locked in that person’s tool box. I asked for the tool box to be opened, but Eli didn’t have that key either. Eli strolled around turning things over, pushing things around, and opening cabinet doors, but he couldn’t find my car key. I asked him to break the lock on the toolbox to get my key, but he refused to do it. I called the police because the reasons I was being given as to why I couldn’t pay my bill and drive my car away weren’t making any sense. Eli had some things to say about how I should be showing him more respect, and how it was an accident, but nobody was giving me my car key or giving me a bill to pay. My time was being wasted. I pointed to the interior store camera and told Eli I would subpoena the footage if this problem ended up in a courtroom. He then pointed to a computer screen and showed me that the camera had been turned off. Eli seemed to enjoy doing that. How does that kind of “accident” happen? How does an auto service center lose a customer’s car key? It would seem to be important for an auto service center not to lose a customer’s car key when the customer has left the vehicle overnight for service. The car won’t start without the key. Eli wasn’t particularly bothered by my problem, except for the fact that I was still in the store and I wasn’t happy. The police officer took down the information and gave me a ride home. I got my spare key at my house, went back to Mr. Tire, paid my bill, and left. There was no reduction in the bill for my lost key. I am reasonably certain that my car key is locked in an employee’s toolbox who wasn’t working today and who couldn’t be reached by telephone. Don’t go to that Mr. Tire service center. Don’t turn your car key over to Eli. He won’t make much of an effort to help you. You will waste a couple of hours and then end up solving the problem yourself.

The young man in Seaford de Branch was very kind and pleasant. He had to do the front desk and the garage. He needs a 5 star raise. His name was Cody.

Had an appointment today at 12:00. Arrived on time. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and an alignment. When we arrived we were told they couldn’t do the alignment because they only had one tech. Ok fine do the oil. We wait two hours (my fiancé, me and our infant son) and when they finally bring my car back around they tell us they couldn’t do the oil change because the oil was “bone dry” and they didn’t wanna end up in handcuffs if anything happened to my car, but said they topped off our fluids 🤦🏻‍♀️ Why did it take them two hours to tell me they couldn’t change my oil? Spoke to corporate and they don’t know either. I use to recommend people to go here but never again and I will never be back. The man at the front counter was rude and really had an I don’t care attitude. Terrible customer service.

Most of the reviews here seem to be obvious fakes. Eli was unenthusiastic, unsympathetic, and had a general attitude of not caring about anything. If you take your vehicle here expect price gouging, bad customer service and extremely long wait times up to 7 hours for a oil change. He did not even want to re-print a receipt for me. I felt like I was a bother to them and my time did not matter to them at all. He tried to get me to buy a new oil pan for around 700 when it was not needed. These people will rip you off and disrespect you. I will never go here again.

Considering the virus we werent allowed to stay inside so it was kind of hot outside. But the service was excellent Yokohama tires are really nice the off road. I plan on going back to buy a spare did a nice job

I called and the manager Lisa answered. I asked if they had my tire size in stock, Yes! Can you do it while I wait, Yes we will be waiting for you to show up to get you in right away. Changed my tires and alignment while I waited in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend you give Lisa a call before you head elsewhere!

After a whole night of worrying about my popped tire and my tire pressure being so wrong even tho i got it all checked yesterday and everyone said it was good to go. i made it up to Mr Tire on a spare in the rain. i was greeted right away and they were very thorough with me. i felt so comfortable even for someone who doesn’t know a thing about cars and tires and everything! absolutely amazing!

They need to update there computer system for I did an online sign up for service and come in and nothing. Service is alright and store is kind of clean with the exception of the rest room

Just got my brakes and rotors changed and the service was great. Got me in on a few days notice and got me in and out as quickly as they could. Lisa was great! Very Knowledgeable staff! Would recommend to anyone! Will be a return client!!!!! The work that was done was excellant! 5 STARS

Poor customer service and snotty repair job.My Step Son came in this morning to have front tires aligned. He was quoted $120.00 5pm PM comes and the job was still not completed after 7+ hours. He receives the bill and its $240. No real explanation of what was done and why the charges were over double. And to top it off, the tires are still not aligned, they are much worse..

I drive a fleet vehicle for work and needed new tires. I had never used my fleet card, except for gas. I wasnt sure how it worked. The staff at Mr. Tire took care of everything. Lisa was fantastic. They made the phone calls, got approval and ordered my tires. The service was prompt. I did not have to wait at my given appointment time. The waiting room was neat and clean. I highly recommend this Mr.Tire to anyone needing service.

This location is run well with certified mechanics and helpful managers.After replacing all 4 tires, alignment, flush the radiator fluid, and oil change, the staff went above and beyond my expectations to repair the hydraulics of my spongy brakes, making them safe again.This work on the brakes corrected a problem that another repair shop previously was unable to properly flush or bleed the brake lines.This Mr. Tire visit was convenient since I did not have to return again later for brake service.The waiting room was very clean and the amount of time to complete all of this work was what Lisa said it would be.It suited me well to set an appointment ahead of time the day before and schedule service for the early morning.

Price of oil change with coupon $14.99 plus $2.90 for recycling fee. Final cost $$26.68Other charges for shop supplies. Why do they give a price for a service then add bull##$# charges. NOT AN ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE!

I stopped by to get a patch on a tire. There was a nail stuck in it. Looked worse than it was. Andrew was the one who helped me out. He greeted me with care and concern getting me in and out in a timely manner. The mechanic Corey took the tire off and patched the hole quickly and efficiently. He explained the process and was very courteous and pleasant. My tire is as good as new now! Ill definitely be back if ever needed.

This was the easiest and best departure from my money. The staff was friendly,courteous and answered my questions completely. The premises were neat and clea. The customer waiting area was inviting and completely stocked. After being turned away by the competition, this was indeed a pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to recommend this establishment to my family, friends and others.

I had a set of 4 snow tires shipped to Mr Tire in Seaford, DE for install. Lisa called and scheduled an appointment same day. My Suburban rides amazing on new tires with an alignment. Lisa and tech where great to deal with. I will be back in the Spring to change tires!

My battery died in my car and they took me right away to get a new one!! Def recommend they are amazing

Lisa was wonderful. C: She helped me understand that newer tires on my dads car have sensors in them to indicate to the driver when the tire pressure is low or there is a leak within the seal. Her knowledge is admirable. She even gave us a discount to rotate the tires.

The man working in the bay was very friendly, grave concerns regarding the appearance of both rear tires and the fact that my man friend should have taken care of this mess.....🤣 i didnt have the 💔to tell him there isnt any man friend.

Had to get my tire fix cause I had a flat that morning, when I called, Lisa Shoaff she was very pleasant on the phone. I told her what time I would be by to bring my tire, I was running a little late but she waited for me right at the door. She did an excellent job of taking care of me. Lisa and her lead tech were amazing! Had a flat at night and called the next morning. She got me in immediately and they fixed everything within an hour. I was literally in and out and still in time for work! I would definitely go back for any of my tire needs!

Mr. Tire was very helpful in selecting the correct tires for my vehicle. The tires were ordered and Mr tire promptly called as soon as they came in to schedule a time to install them. The tires came in quickly after being ordered. The store has a nice display of products available. Comfortable waiting room is a plus. Store is located in shopping mall, take a short walk to shop while your a being installed is nice too.

Made an appointment for 1pm for an oil change. Arrived a little early but they seemed like they didnt know I had an appointment. As of the time this is being written I have waited over an hour and a half...they still are not done. This was my first visit here and I can safely say I will never return

Excellent quality service. Got my cars oil change and was in an out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place.Edit: Just went in today to look at an oil leak Walmart reported. The people at Mr. Tire took a look and realized that it was only a residual leak from the people at Walmart not cleaning up after themselves. Definitley get your oil changed at Mr. Tire.

I went in to get two tires plugged and they did a phenomenal job. while my tires obviously showed that I needed an alignment they didnt recommend to do it until I purchased new tires in the future. very honest and trustworthy is how I would describe the crew working there.

Left my truck there at 2:00 for a bolt in the tire, simple patch job. I was told it would be close to 5 due to being backed up. At 4:30 called and told sorry we close at 5 youll have to bring it back Mon. Rather then say we cant fix it today they waited until most other shops were closed and told me sorry you brought it in too late. Never again.

The workers here are very honest I went to Valvoline in Milford a few months back and they tried to sell me a whole bunch of extra unnecessary things and ignored things that were very important. Lisa, at Mr. Tire in Seaford, told it to me straight and told me that I didn’t need a lot of things that Valvoline had me believing. I think I’ll continue using Mr. Tire from now on. They’re much more affordable than the other options and the people are very nice!

Got a screw in my tire somewhere between north Carolina and Delaware. I googled tire places around the area and saw Mr tire had good review. After my experience today, I understand why. Will was very polite and professional. The guys got my car back on the road in no tire. If I lived I. The area this would be the place Id bring my car for everything.

Its no doubt in my mind the maintenance side is good here but the front desk is VERY unprofessionalShe came to the front desk with talking on her cell phone after I had been waiting for 10 min (no exaggeration)Took my coupon never looked at it and said you cant get this discount. after I asked her to read it she realized she was wrong and gave me the discount with another smart comment.

Most dreadful thing is hearing how much stuff is wrong after taking a car for service, but this were the first to call and say the stuff you wanted done some is unnecessary and your bill is cheaper than you thought. Honest helpful polite convenient. Only people I trust for my family and would drive longer to use them!

Professional, fast, friendly service. Will was very polite and answered all of my questions concerning my car. Second time brought in my truck for an oil change. First time wanted to charge 89.95, had coupon, got it for 59.95. Second time, I had a 20% coupon, not allowed, I had a $14.49 oil change mailing, not allowed. Told me 1 1/2 hours, called at 2 1/2 hours not done yet. Manager acted as if doing me a favor. I will find another place for oil changes. A car dealer would be better than Mr Tire.

I came in around 6:30. The guy will up front was very polite and very knowledgeable. He was the only one there but he went out and looked at my tire for me because it was loosing air. Then he told me to give him 15 minutes and hed get me taken care of. I went into the waiting room and sure enough within 15 minutes he was back with by car and my my tire had a plug in it. I didnt expect to get my tire fixed tonight because it was close to the time they close but he went out of his way to make sure I got my car back on the road. I was calling a few different places getting quotes on a full synthetic oil change. The guy who answered gave me a quote and the explained everything that was included in the package which is way more then I expected for the price. He was very nice and set me up with an appointment on my day off.

Came in for an odd sized tire that no one seemed to have and only one place could get but it was going to take a week. Will located a tire for me and was able to get it here the next day. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.

When I called to get new tires, Lisa recommended a better tire than I had suggested, with a much longer warranty and was better in many respects, for just $4 more per tire than I was originally planning. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me, answering all of my many questions, suggesting options such as a free flat-fix plan, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Overall, exceptional customer service - I will definitely recommend this location and Lisa to my friends.
