I was looking for a new SUV, and like most people I did research online and settled on 2 dealerships. Toyota of Massapequa reached out to me after I submitted inquiry on a Highlander SXE they had in stock. Upon arrival, salesperson Carlos Andujar was waiting to show me the vehicle. During the test drive he explained all of the safety, driving, and entertainment features that come with the model I was looking to purchase. While going over payment options I like that all parties involved was up front and honest. I had 3 payments remaining on my current lease (not Toyota). They were able to get me out of that lease early and into my new Highlander the same day. I’m happy with price, especially with the shortage of new cars that’s available currently. This happened a few days ago. I went in to test drive a car after seeing it listed online. It was listed as certified, no accidents, and a great price. I loved it after the test drive and wanted to buy it. My sales person, Joel, started to get everything ready for me, but came back and said that the car was a no-go. Car actually had been in an accident, was not certified, and did not even have the title. This was extremely disappointing. Joel was very helpful throughout the experience though. He was genuinely sorry about what happened. He offered me the same vehicle in a different color, less miles, but more expensive. He listened to all of my concerns about the ordeal and how I preferred the other car. He helped to get the car to a slightly more affordable price, and made sure that the car would be spruced up nicely so I could love it as much as the one I originally wanted. Joel was friendly, and kept us updated throughout the process, and offered water and small talk. He introduced us to Colby who knew so much about how the vehicle worked. I wish I could give the staff like Joel and Colby a separate 5 stars. I could tell other customers in store really liked their sales people too. They are great! I even got a happy birthday email a few days later from Joel! Thank you!I just think management needs to make sure the online listings are correct and actually have the documents necessary to fulfill a purchase. It will save a lot of stress for everyone involved. Also the whole adding 2000 down payment which is not included in the price listed online is super confusing and misleading. I saw other people mention that in reviews and I agree.
The experience was great from start to finish! The receptionist was extremely patient with us as we had to find the right information about our vehicle.. Scott from service gave excellent service by explaining what the Corolla was in need of because of the mechanics who were in charge of repairing. We are so glad that we had excellent service and will be coming back for other repairs. Thank you again!
Our lease was coming to an end very shortly and we had to decide whether to lease another vehicle at this time or do a buyout on our current lease, which had very little milage on it. Because of the current shortage of cars at this time, prices on cars are totality outrageous. So, we decided to buy our leased vehicle. Ramon Nunez, our sales rep agreed and made the buy out process as easy as possible. I recommend him highly. And when prices come down to an affordable level, we will definitely look forward to working with Ramon in the future.
From the minute we walked in, Xenia Pena was so warm, welcoming, kind, and so helpful. We been car hunting for so long and honestly, it felt so right being there. The car we wanted was available and she let us test drive it; she wasn’t pushy or anything. She was straight up with the pricing and the fees. This was the best car purchase experience we ever had. My Service Representative Sebastian was courteous and helpful. The service was estimated to be completed within 2 hours and I received a text exactly 2 hours later that the service was completed.

This was my first experience with Massapequa Toyota. From the initial phone call to the follow up texts. This dealership has been amazing. I showed up on time. Check in was fast and easy. I received a text and a call when my car was ready. Pick up was even easier. I highly recommend this dealership for their service Dept. I cannot comment about the sales floor as I never stepped foot on it. But I will return to Massapequa Toyota for all my future services.

With everything going on, it’s not the best time to be looking for a car as there is global car shortage. My initial start at Massapequa Toyota was fine. I was waiting for my car since it was on back order. I called 4 wks in to be told my original salesman had left. It took 4 more days to finally receive a call.Needles to say, it didnt go well. Fast forward to dealing w Ty.. He is INCREDIBLE. Every dealership could be lucky to have a salesman as Fantastic as he is. Polite, knowledgeable, informative. He went over everything in the car. Juan De Leon was super helpful in tracking down a certified preowned vehicle within our price range. With the lack of inventory, we had to wait a few weeks longer than we originally anticipated. Juan was attentive and informed us of when new stock was available.
Dropped off car night before for 7:30am appointment. No update from service representative. Followed up at 2 via text with no response. Ended up going at 4 and was advised car needs another hour to be serviced, because they were working on figuring out a rattling noise since 8am, which I find hard to believe. I am advised they need another hour to finish an oil change and recall. Was disappointed so asked for my car back immediately. Was advised I would get it back in 30 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour for just the oil change to be completed. First time having bad experience there else I would give 0 stars.

Very shady when trying to sell you a car. They wouldnt tell us the price, saying the window sticker wasnt accurate and then trying to charge 15 percent over because of the shortage. They wanted more than $6,000 over sticker price thinking they had us cornered. Sales manager was extremely rude, saying he wouldnt work with us because we wanted to pay what the car was worth. I would suggest staying well away from this place and their bad attitude.
The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The car I wanted was available. The support staff were helpful in getting the car ready. I would come here again.

Employees were all very nice, polite and friendly. But! When I made the appointment, they asked if I would wait or drop off and I said I would wait. When I left for the appt I discovered heavy traffic so I had my husband call to say Id be late and they thanked him. When I got there, they asked me if I was being picked up or could I leave the car overnight because they were running late. As I expected to wait, I had no way to get home. I waited there for over 3 hours. They had it noted in their system that Id be waiting. They had 3 contact numbers in their system. They SPOKE to my husband. Why on earth would they not reach out and tell me they were overbooked and to arrange a ride home??? No matter what reason weve gone to this place, to lease a car, buy out a lease, pick up a car or get service we are never out of there in less than 3-4 hours. They can be as nice as they want but they are inefficient and my time gets wasted.
The experience at the Service Department was very good, however my experience with the salesmen was not good at all. They are very unprofessional, careless and not helpful at all.
I waited for 3 hours for service maintenance. I think it was done 2 hours ago because I saw my car parked inside the venue after an hour & a half when I went to the waiting room. Then after an hour it was gone, that’s when I noticed they parked outside where the cars are done. The other people were taken care of ahead of me even I was earlier than all of them. If I didn’t ask if the cars parked outside are done, I won’t be taken care of. It happened last June 2021 too, when I have to wait for more than 3 hours.
I was able to get to get a next day appointment for an oil change for 8am. Marcia checked me in and I made myself comfortable in the spacious waiting area. About an hour later my oil was changed, tires rotated and fluids topped off. Marcia explained how many more free services I under my ‘Toyota Care’ coverage. A very easy and painless experience.

Dont waste your time. All their used cars cost $3,000 more than the advertised price. First, there is the $1995 downpayment not included in the price. Then, there is the $695 dealer fee. Then, you have to finance through them at a high interest rate with additional fees. How could anybody trust them to do the right thing?

There were busy and I didn’t haveAn appointment but I was in and out in a fair time. Honest with me about my problem. Service writer was very helpful. Complaints: had yo wait almost 10 mins in line out front before I was taken. I was chartered for maintenance that was free and had to be corrected by the service person. I was charged for looking at my problem (a tire loosing air) as well as for the new tire itself. Also charged a small sum for tire weights, think that should have been includedOverall the service was good for a Saturday morning,but can’t give it five stars for the reasons stated
Great service as usual. Drove over a nail and ended up with a fast leak in one of my tires. Went to Toyota of Massapequa service immediately where they were able to take me in. The tires were purchased last year at Toyota so they were able to cover the new tire under the road hazard insurance as the tires were under a year old. They got the new tire installed and I was on my way in no time.
Unfortunately I had to pull back from my deal for personal reasons and this is by far the only dealership i experienced without being pressured and deceived and the refund process was smooth with the manager and salesman Colby.
Staff initially very friendly and attentive. I was helped by Raymond and took a 2018 used 4Runner on a test drive for about 5-10 minutes. Everything was great up until the time came to talk about prices. I was told that prices for the 4runners were non negotiable?. I got up and left right there and then and no effort was made by the dealership to keep me from leaving.I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this dealer because I didn’t feel like I was valued as a potential customer.

I usually never go directly to dealerships for service and my experience here reminded me why. I called to see if they could take it quickly for an alignment. The representative told me yes they had an immediate opening. I arrived and they took the vehicle, booked me for service, then told me 1.5 hours until ready. It has now been 2.5 hours. The only call I received was to tell me they checked my filters and they needed replacing. I arrived 45 min after that call and they were just removing the filters. I received a follow up call to talk me out of my initial bad review. They should put more effort into actually meeting expectations.
First time having my car serviced here. I was very impressed. Check in was quick. Service desk was professional, knowledgeable. Waiting area was clean with enough separation to be safe. I certainly recommend.

I got my pre owned Dodge Durango from them yesterday and the sales person was Carlos andujar and he was very helpful and friendly and gave all the information I asked for, the car was clean like new car, I asked him to wash and clean 1 more time before I take home, he did that as well . The finance guy Willy was very helpful and clear . I had best experience getting car from them.

I called about a car i saw online and arranged an appointment. I clarified the stock number and price. When i showed up (mind you, i travelled 30min to get there) I was told not only did the price not include $1995.00 down, but also there was a $650 dealer fee. Oh, and if I wanted to pay cash, there was an additional $2500 price adjustment. So, a $22000 list price became $28k.I dont expect these games from a manufacturer dealer nowadays. A used car lot? Sure. I was more than miffed.The sales associate Hassan was very cordial. I blame his dealerships lack of ethics, not him.Know what youre getting into. Caveat emptor.

I went there after getting a offer price, so I drove 6 hours to get there. And they changed the price 3,000dollars up. They told me the price I got yesterday is the price after put 3,000 dollars down. It is ridiculous to buy a car overhere. Who offers a car not a full price

I called the say of to get an appointment and was given one. When I arrived I was told it might take an hour and a half for my service to be completed. However, I only waited for less than 40 minutes. Great service!
I had a really pleasant experience at this location. Both Louis and Angel were extremely helpful in a situation that was disregarded at other service centers on multiple occasions. The waiting room has a high top table with a charging station that makes it easy to do work. I appreciate the guys listening to my concerns and addressing them in a timely matter. Would recommend this service center!

A person go to a dealership to get a car.. not to make the finance manager get commission.. I just went to Toyota massapequa to get car, I find out real price (because it was tricky in online to make everyone go there), I said to them I have to find out my car deal with your bank but, they make me pay $2000 to go the processing then wait 2 hours there the sales person take me to the finance manager room this guy show me three different payment option with different service packages that i don’t need any of them. But, he said that I have to commit one off them otherwise ways no deal.. I understand that, they are dealer if they don’t want to make deal it’s totally fine.. but how this finance manager get the job 🤷 because he don’t even have basic knowledge that, a customer come to a place where, what they like to get it. Not commit something that finance manager make money for the boss or his commission.. they take my money from my bank in a single minute.. but, when they void it they need five weekdays time to get my money back isn’t that ridiculous? ☹️ Funny thing I’m still waiting to get my money back.. guys please think before sign something in front of these people . I would say if you want better deal look for some different Dealler not this ..

This was my 1st service experience at Massapequa Touoto. I was very much pleasantly surprised. My appointment was for 8:00 am. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted immediately. As I signed in, my vehicle was taken for service. I waited in the service lounge for less than 1 hour before the service was completed and my vehicle. Service at previous dealerships was so unpleasant that I would for go the complimentary service and opt to pay for service by my own mechanic. Not the situation I experienced today. Totally efficient and pleasant experience. Thank you!
My husband and I were there today and felt that this dealership deserved a great review. We were helped by Ali and boy, did he provide good service. As soon as we walked in, everyone was asking if we needed help. We felt looked after. Right before entering this dealership, we visited the Jeep dealership right next door. The service was horrible. The sales rep helping us made us feel like we were bothering him. We were so excited to test drive the jeep and were probably going to take one home today but they didnt even have one available to test drive. Completely different experience at Toyota of Massapequa. Definitely visit them. Their customer service is excellent! Highly recommending. And Ali certainly made an impression on my husband and I.

BUYER BEWARE. I Regret buying car. The salesman, Ali, Sent me 1 1/2 hrs home with a car that stalls. When I contacted them, I was asked if I was driving the car right, told there was nothing wrong with the car, and advised me to see another dealer. After I inspected the vehicle and paid for it, they continued to show the car, damaged the paint, and tried to cover it up with touch up paint that washed off in the rain overnight. Corporate was no help. I have lost all confidence in this dealer as well as Toyota.

Not really satisfied with the service. I was at the dealership for inspection a month and half ago and as recommended I changed my battery, brake, filter, brake fluid, windshield, etc. In my opinion, they should have known about the alternator.
After voicing our concern that the marked price of the cars did not reflect the $7-9k inventory markup our salesperson Joel decided to disappear and not return after being paged and called by other employees. We called another dealer and there markup was $2-3k. It just shows that when i during a time that is hard to find employees that they can walk away without any repercussions.

Would never go back to this dealer. Brought truck in for 1st brake change of car. They were supposed to do brake pads and cut rotors. After cutting rotors said they could not use rotors that have never been cut before. Then I had to pay for new rotors. Never use dealer for stuff like this and this is why.
I had the pleasure of working with John G. in the sales department. He was personable, courteous and patient, not the typical pushy car salesman. He answered questions but didn’t pretend to know everything, and did his research to get answers as needed and earned my business as a result. He is a humble, honest and upfront guy. I was looking for a new car as my current lease was up in a few days. I went to the Toyota of Massapequa in Seaford. The whole experience was wonderful. My Sales Consultant, Hassan Khan, was very helpful and friendly. The Sales Manager, Daniel Algarin, was so wonderful and did what he said he was going to do. Thank you Hassan and Daniel, you have a long time customer!.
They listed a preowned car for cheap online, and when we went to the dealership, they said that we would pay the listed price if we payed a down payment that day, but when all was said and done, they added the down payment to the listed price, so the price of the car is $3000 more than listed. Not only that, they also tried to sneak in extra charges by saying they were giving us extra services on the house, but then charged us anyway. If you buy a car from them make sure you check every document you sign because they will add charges if you are not looking, while acting all nice, beware of Juan C he talks fast, and makes it seem like you are only signing everything to get the car, but might sneak in more stuff to charge you for. When we looked at our deal when we looked at how much we would be paying in the end, with all the extra charges they added, it was expensive enough that might as well have bought a new car. Luckily we were able to take off the extra services from the deal, otherwise we would have been bleeding money.
Everyone is nice and the service is good, although my car now smells like gasoline instead of its normal new car smell.
