Best salon experience I’ve had in a very long time. Extremely professional and friendly staff, Ken was wonderful from start to finish and really paid attention to detail, he has a very steady hand and uses the perfect amount of pressure when he gives a pedicure and massage. I absolutely love the way my nails came out!! I will be back for sure, highly recommend!

I got my nails done by Kevin. I’m always extremely impressed when he does my nails. I did dip powder and tips and he always shapes them beautifully and they turn out extremely smooth. I highly suggest getting your nails done here with him.

Ive come here twice with my mom and we had a wonderful first experience. We went again today to get our nails done, expecting the same energy as our first visit, but unfortunately that was not the case. As soon as we walked in we were not greeted but looked up and down and asked, do you have an appointment? We answered yes and the nail tech handed us the colors to select from. We already felt uninvited and uncomfortable being looked at as if we were lower class than everyone else. My mom and I had fingers wrapped in aluminum to remove the gel polish we had on. We waited about 20 minutes each. The woman who did my nails sat in front of me, back towards me on her phone, and told me she will be doing another customers eyebrows so I would have to wait. I said no problem. She came back and began to do my nails. While doing my cuticles, she proceeded to RUSH and cut my fingers not once, not twice but THREE times. I sat there in pain wanting to cry, its very sensitive and the fact that these days, due to covid-19, we have to use hand sanitizer, its going to burn for the next couple of days... I was pretty upset. She failed to apologize for her mistakes and applied Neosporin on my cuts, theyre still bleeding by the way. She also applied the polish not so neatly and left top coat around my nails which I have to remove later. While paying she got a phone call and waved me away once we finished the transaction. I am very upset about this experience. The only good thing from this visit was my moms nails, that came out beautiful. My favorite person who works there is Tai Vo, super professional, fast, and friendly. We will be going to another salon for our next manicure and pedicure... to somewhere we feel welcomed. This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve been going to Salon 21 for 11 years and I am so blessed to have this place. Victor is absolutely amazing at what he does and super friendly as well. The place is clean and the people there are so sweet from the second you walk through the door! I’ve been to other nail salons when I had no choice and you really see the difference in quality. Salon 21 gives you the most quality nails for extremely reasonable pricing. They are super detailed! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thank you salon 21 for caring about your customers...it truly shows.

Honestly hands down best nail place in Aventura. For these nails I only paid $45, I got similar nails like this around North Miami Beach and it cost me $60 and they broke after 2 days.

I love the service at salon 21 from scheduling an appointment with Kay at the front to getting my mani an pedi done from Mary ❤️ Staff an techs do try to remember customer names and or favorite colors which makes me happy inside, I absolutely love how my nails come out each an every time always satisfied ! This is the most amazing salon I have ever been too. Been coming here for a few years now and I feel right at home. Everyone is amazing at their job and extremely kind.The entire salon was just recently renovated from top to bottom. Very classy location with reasonable prices.I usually get manicure and pedicure only but just recently had my hair cut here as well and I am very happy with my hair. Everything you need, you can get done here: from nails to hair to waxing to threading... this is your One-Stop shop. I am very pleased with every single experience I have had and I come here every two weeks religiously.I also bring my daughters to have their manicures done from time to time and they make it such a pleasant experience when I bring my family. Even my boyfriend gets a manicure and pedicure from time to time so I highly recommend this location for all of your beauty needs.

The owners of this salon, specially Mary, are racist and treat their employees with no respect, who happen to be most of them hispanics, in front of the clients. They yelled at them. I’ve been coming here for years until the owner started screaming to one of the employees and calling her names in front of me. We are all humas and deserve the same respect. They owners pick and choose who they want to assist.

Horrible service. I went in for a polish change that cost 25 dollars the polish went all over my cuticles and it was done so sloppy my 4 year old could have done a better job. I do not regiment this place, and would give them no starts if I could.

They do not have many options for gel colors, not very creative too. They don’t have a variety to choose from so you have to settle for a color
