After a disastrous experience with the another shop, I found Reeds on line. They were extremely professional, pleasant and timely. I told them that I had to wait, had my dog with me (a Great Dane) and they had no problems at all. They even installed my part (the other shop would only install their $700 part instead on my AC Delco part for $195).I cannot say enough good things about these people. I would not hesitate to bring my car there for any future repairs. I moved to DE 7 years ago and always had my car serviced by the Dealership until recently. Now I feel comfortable knowing that I can bring my car in for any work and Ill be treated fairly and professionally..

Did front suspension. About 2-3 months later one strut is bad already. Went in to investigate and found bottom bolt and nut that helps hold strut and spring I can move with 2 fingers. Yeah, not good... -_-Wasn’t even gonna write a review for the strut until I found it was still loose. That’s dangerous.

I brought my own parts because my boyfriend was gonna do my break pads and rotors for me but we ended up not having time for it so I called and asked if it was ok that I brought my own parts. They said it was fine. Charged me for not only the labor but doubles it because I didn’t use their parts. EVN THOUGH I ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ONE. 700$ later I have new breaks and rotors.. learning now coveys will do your whole car for less than half what they did mine for. Guy behind the desk lied to me on several diffent occasions and had the nerve to get smart with me when I called him out . My family won’t be coming here anymore and if you have half a brain I suggest taking your cars to coveys. They’re customer service is through the roof compared to this pit stop.
