This is the third time I came back to Scottsdale Window Tint to get my new car tinted. I called the shop in the afternoon and left a message, Steve called me back a few minutes later and told me I could bring the car right away. I drove to the shop and Steve offered to take me to Costco so I can kill some time while he worked on the car in the shop. He used the best film and suggested the best shades of tint for my car! I am very impressed with his knowledge, his work ethic, customer service, and quality of work! Will absolutely come back for future tinting plus other auto services! Thank you Steve!

Fantastic experience. There was a small door ding by accident on our brand new Tesla (second time this happened in his career), but the owner went ahead and gave us the tinting for free, as well as coordinated a colleague to get the dent out. I recently had the windows on my 4 door MINI cooper tinted here. The owners impressed me first and foremost with their customer centered approach to their business. It was very easy to chat and feel welcome in their business.I chose to have 35% on the front windows and a little bit darker on the rear windows. We arrived to pick up the MINI a bit early and got to see Steve do a bit of work on the last window. He uses extreme attention-to-detail in his work and it truly shows. I would certainly take my MINI back to fix up the few scratches and dents it has, Im confident leaving my MINI in their care.

The ABSOLUTE Best service and experience I have had on my vehicle !! I had my SUV tinted as well as my front windshield replaced. While working on my SUV, they noticed my front passenger side window was not working properly. They took extra time to track down the problem and fix what was wrong, on top of the work I originally brought it in for, all for a great price ! So many positive aspects about my experience at Scottsdale Window Tint. Steve personally tinted all of the windows of my car in just a few hours! Normally you need an appointment with Steve, hes that good, but thankfully someone cancelled and he squeezed me in that afternoon. The tint he uses is the highest quality you can get, and the lot number is even recorded for you so you can rely on the warrenty. Not only was the craftsmanship top notch, so was the conversation. Steve fired up his brand new Corvette Stingray for me and showed me all the different driving modes. When he revved it while in Track Mode WOW!....lets just say I about made a mess on the Lloyd LUXE Floor Mats he just installed. Steve is a one of a kind craftsmen when it come to automobiles. I will be coming back here with all of my other vehicles.

They have many years experience in this business and they are not only the window tint shop, also a body shop. They know everything to fix/repair the car.I am glad I made this right decision because the results are outstanding. I would recommend them to everyone.

Yesterday, I made a 180 mile round trip visit to North Scottsdale Auto Service to have Suntek Tru Cut Paint Protection applied to my new to me 2014 F150 Platinum truck. I was happy to make this journey because of prior experience with the same product on my 2013 Honda Accord. Stephan Hank did the work both times and it was great to see him again and observe the care he exercised while doing the job.I arrived at 8:00 AM and Steve let the truck cool down for about an hour before starting the prep work. He then washed the truck - completely, and clayed the area to be covered to remove all surface defects that would interfere with installation. This careful, time consuming preparation resulted in a perfect application that is essentially invisible when applied. Dont expect to be in and out in an hour; the process took all morning. But, it protects the paint from damage due to road debris impacts - it is tougher than the paint it covers. After more than a year driving my Honda at highway speeds there has been no damage whatsoever to the paintwork. When I got my truck home, I just wiped off the bugs, and the front end was perfect again.While Steve was applying the paint protection film, he noticed some gouges on the front passenger side alloy wheel and offered to repair those defects at a very reasonable cost, while I was there. He polished those out, again using great care with the result that the wheel looks brand new again!When you spend a lot of money on a vehicle, it only makes sense to protect your purchase. I enthusiastically recommend the Car Guys for all of your vehicle maintenance and appearance/protection needs. I just wish they were closer to where I live!Thanks, Steve. Ill probably be calling you again about installing window tint in my truck since the front windows need it.- Jack

My experience with Scottsdale Auto Guys? In a word, fabulous!I recently purchased a very low mileage 2009 Corvette ZO6. It was in great, but not new, shape and was the first used car Id bought in awhile. After driving it for a week I decided I wanted to bring it up to new condition. I wrote an email to Steve, sent him some pictures, and asked if he could do something for me.The answer was a resounding YES. The first step was to detail the car to show car condition; this included some minor paint work and cleaning and detailing to a fare the well. It proceeded to replacement of some interior parts, the installation of a fresh air intake and some other parts, and the restoration of some neglected minor damage. It also involved customization of exterior lights, fabrication of custom seat covers and so forth.I drove the car from Sedona to Scottsdale and back twice (300 miles), and Steve and Andy had the car for a week at one point.The result? A much better than new ZO6! I couldnt be happier. Steve and Andy did a phenomenal job, were meticulous and careful to a fault, understood what I wanted to do and made it happen. They were amazingly patient with my obsessive concerns, and participated whole heartedly in the ordering, fabricating and repair process.My car had already been tinted and had a clear bra so I did not sample those services. I would think they would be done as well as the work that Steve and Andy did for me. They have full service capability, from paint to mechanic work and fabrication, and truly can provide a full service experience.A word about prices: very fair. You get what you pay for these days: I thought my charges were absolutely appropriate for the level of work done.i couldnt recommend these guys more highly. I have two more cars heading their way and am sure they will end up looking far better than they do now
