First, I’d like to start this review stating I hate doing this. However, my experience at this place was not what I would have expected.I was referred to this business from a friend of mine who got work done here. I was charged nearly $4,000 for chrome-delete work on my Cadillac Escalade and to powder coat my wheels. The business owner “threw-in” a ceramic coat and detail within this price. I have had plenty of work done on vehicles and I knew I was being charged a premium but you always get what you pay for in the car industry.I also went with this company, because I thought I was working with professionals and someone who stood by their work from initial communication.My vehicle was delivered 6 days after I was advised I would get my car back; a total of 11 days at their shop. I had to get a rental car for the additional time I was without a vehicle (which Formula G) reimbursed me for.There was a lot of disappointment within these eleven days because the vinyl they told me would match “perfectly” now they couldn’t match all of sudden to the body color. There was backtracking and the owner, went back on what he told me and advised vinyl never matches perfectly. He ended up finding a solution and ordered a new vinyl material that actually was really close to the body paint. I was thrilled with this solution.When I came to pick up the vehicle after they told me it was ready, they attempted to invoice me for ceramic and detail at $900+ that he was going to “throw in.” The receptionist at the front was extremely rude about this. I asked to see the vehicle, I was told no, and pressured to make the final payment before they were done.I was then told it would be five minutes before my vehicle would be done, and an hour had gone by. The owner never came out to meet with me and or actually introduce himself. I’m not certain if he was even in the building while this took place.After receiving my vehicle, I found out they painted my grille and my rear emblem. I did not know this was taking place, I was under the assumption they were wrapping everything. The paint was sloppy. They painted over my front camera and the rear emblem was chipped and didn’t look good.The vinyl at first glance looked great. But once I inspected closely, it was sloppy and peeling already in certain areas.I got my vehicle back on 8/26. Since then they were supposed to replace the rear emblem (which they did) and they were supposed to fix the vinyl mishaps during this time from my understanding. When I initially brought my concerns to the owner immediately after taking possession of the car, he made certain the vinyl would be taken care of.It’s been over two full weeks since my last correspondence from the receptionist who was supposedly handling this, and I reached out to the owner over the weekend. The owner seemed to dismiss what I inquired about and showed a lack of care and concern for what I was asking.I’ve been patient in this process but for what I paid, my expectations weren’t met. I don’t recommend doing business with people like this.

I bought a used Subaru Forester from Moore Jeep that smelled like dog. Didnt think it was that big of a deal until I tried to clean it myself. Everything I did still smelled like dog pee, then I found it, a giant stain in the rear cargo area. I knew I needed professional help. I showed up on a Wednesday near close of business. This is where I cant give it a full 5 but wish they let me give it 4.5. The sales rep scheduled me for all day Friday. Didnt look at the car and misquoted me for the job. He later apologized but I later learned it would be almost twice as much and take a longer time (which is what it is). The rep later man to man apologized to me (which is why Im not giving his name). I ended up picking it up Friday and was told I had to take it back(that they messed up). I took it back the Monday after. These guys hooked it up. Did a really good job. Picked it up on Tuesday. The detailer is really good at his thing. Smelled a little on the strong side but it was like a new car. Clean, fresh, no stains in cargo area or on the seats. I wanted to wait a few weeks to see if the smell of dog came back, nope gone for good. Thank you guys! I have the after pictures, if Chris (the owner) can, please post the before pictures. I didnt take any cause I was disgusted by the smells.

I hired Chris at Formula G to lift my truck. I specifically asked him to do it in a way that wouldn’t degrade my ride. His answer was “We can level it out without sacrificing ride quality.”Well, he turned my truck into a suspension comparable to a covered wagon completely bypassing my shocks in front. Also I’m pretty certain my truck was never aligned. I got no alignment report and asked for one and received no response. I had to hire another company to fix the horrible lift job. I didn’t budget for the added expense in the lift and as such asked Chris to send back the brand new rims I ordered and refund the cost of the rims which I’ve not picked up yet and he refused well he hasn’t refused. He has simply ignored my three petitions for a refund. Also he recommended some gorgeous tires. I let him know that I tow 10,000 pounds and to keep this in mind with the rims and tires. Well, he recommended tires that won’t work and can only hold 65 psi. I’ve checked with three different shops who have all confirmed that I shouldn’t pull my trailer with these tires. They said they are great tires for a half ton but not for a heavy duty truck. Yet another added expense as these tires also need replaced.He is not a man of his word. He blames me the customer for everything he messed up. He will not keep his promises. I would avoid this place like the plague. We misunderstood each other with what I expected in the first rims that I purchased. Honestly I didn’t think it was his fault. However… he did promise to sell the rims that I didn’t want and my stock rims that I replaced as long as I paid up front for the replacement rims. He told me he was certain he would sell the rims for at least as much as I paid and give me that cash. Once I had the added expenses that he caused by messing up my suspension he told me that it was my fault and I now own two sets of rims and he will do nothing to help. Shame on me for believing him when he promised to sell my rims and give me the cash. I’ve never been more disappointed with a business and he is NOT a man of his word.

They did an amazing job with my wheels, calapers, tint and chrome deletes. Im excited to have them do my other car. Rube had the best costume service. Super responsive and went above and beyond. Thank you!

I love this place! I took my challenger to get a makeover because the poor thing had been through a rough time and had a huge dent on the side. Not only did they fix the dent but also wrapped it in my favorite color and now it looks like a whole brand new car!! I get so excited and happy just to look at it and be able to drive it.

Had my car ceramic coated with their 5 year coating package. Not only did my car turn out amazing but they were understanding when I had to reschedule out 2 weeks after my initial date due. They’re honest and upfront about pricing and had the car done and back to me in a timely manner!

Love this place they took care of my expedition did excellent work chris and his team are the best i definitely recommend them the quality of work is good what they advertise is exactly what you get if something mess up and your not at fault they cover it under warranty they keep their word

Chris and his team did a great job on my explorer. My car had picked up several swirl marks from using a cheap car wash machine. We bought this car pre-owned (1.5 years old) and it is by far cleaner than it was when it came off the lot. Highly recommend!!

Had my Lexus IS wrapped and they did a great job. Some parts were bubbling after a few weeks but they brought me back in and fixed the spots under the warranty. Great customer service and super friendly. Would definitely recommend. Don’t hesitate doing business with them.

I drive a McLaren 650s. I could only assume once I arrived they decided they could take advantage of the owner of a high end car... once I arrived they decide to tell me the clear bra was $8700...From what they say they do celebrities cars all the time... I guess what I’m trying to say is if your a celebrity they see you coming a mile away and plan to upcharge you 7x or more then the original quote, Because you have money I would assume.So just remember AVOID this place if you have money or a fancy car.

Best bang for your buck! Had my Tahoe detailed. Not only was the job outstanding, but I received an explanation about how the cleaning products benefited my vehicle. Very friendly and detail-oriented, focused service!I came in for an interior cleaning, and was told up-front about the potential difficulties given the absolutely horrid state of my car. Despite that, when I got it back the car’s interior was sterling and practically like new. In addition, touch-ups on the house were promised if I noticed stains that hadn’t properly been removed or that hadn’t properly been soaked away. Finally, despite the fact that I didn’t actually pay for it, they cleaned and lightly detailed the exterior of my car as well, on the house.On top of all this, I was given a ride to the nearby Scottsdale Quarter, so that I wasn’t just loitering in their lobby while I waited, which was just an all-around friendly and good thing to do.Highly recommended for anybody who needs the interior of the car cleaned.

FormulaG definitely is definitely a company I would recommend. They will literally fit you on the schedule as you can to get your stuff done. My wheels got ceramic coated, and they were done the same day I dropped them off. They literally look brand new and now. I was also able to meet Chris and he was really nice and great at communicating with you.
