Showed up on time and did excellent work I’m very happy with my garage tinted windows and my privacy film on front / pantry, shower doors that Bill done. I would recommend this business

Not professional- wasted our time and not apologetic. He called yesterday 2 minutes after we filled out an inquiry online, offered to come quote the next day during a specific time window and we agreed. He said he had a small job Saturday before our appointment which should “not take very long” and is why he offered us the agreed upon window.So here we are today, we are waiting, the window came and went with no reaching out on his part to give us any updates. We rearranged our day for this guy. Only after I sent a text letting him know how it’s unprofessional to waste a potential clients’ time and not to bother reaching out, he calls. Not to apologize or make amends but to lecture me about how he “did not in fact make this appointment with us” and also to inform me he “doesn’t work on Saturdays” and “it’s my business I can do what I want...I can refuse anyone service”. Ha-ha... it’s people like me who give you a living. Try not to have that attitude with anyone else or you won’t have a business at all.He doesn’t care about your time or business since he apparently has thousands of other potential clients he can take for granted or treat poorly. I’m positive, and as a character witness to this gentleman’s attitude, this man will likely respond to this post, not apologizing but arguing or being extremely defensive. Which will be further proof to anyone reading this why you should just PASS this guy and use another company.

Arrived on time and did a awesome job.It only took him about an hour. It was 97Degrees and you could feel how muchCooler it was once film was installed.I would highly recommend this companyIf you want a quick professional job.

Such a great experience! Im calling to have more windows in our home tinted. He has meticulous attention to every detail. Could not be happier! His work speaks for itself.
