DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They completely ruined all 4 of my floor mats.I received a full service interior detailing on October 16th. A few days later, dark spots started appearing on my floor mats. Ive called, emailed, and texted the company to figure out what happened and if this could be fixed. I finally got ahold of someone and they said theyd come out and look on Sunday morning, November 1st between 10am-11am. They completely no showed. I heard absolutely nothing from them about no showing and now Im stuck with 4 damaged floor mats.There are plenty of other companies to use in the Phoenix area. Do not give Detail Boys your business. They simply do not deserve it.

Today Detail Boys technicians, Anthony and Matt did a ceramic coating on my Tesla and interior detail. They did an amazing job, it looks new again. I have my next detail scheduled already. Love this company.Thank you!

Got an interior cleaning and went above and beyond my expectations! I had dog hair clinged to my car and since I have a Range Rover, there is no interior lights. He made it SPOTLESS!!! Above and beyond my expectations! And they come to you!!! For cheaper than most companies I had quoted. 10/10 recommend!

Booked an interior detail in Scottsdale several days out, got confirmation via email. Attempted to contact them the day before by calling them (no answer, generic voicemail) and by emailing them and they never answered my email. Surprise, surprise, they NEVER SHOWED UP. I worried this was a scam but at least I hadnt paid them anything.

Ive called multiple times over 3 weeks trying to set up a detailing appointment. Nobody has answered my calls. Ive left voicemails everytime I call and nobody has called me back.Edit:We finally got ahold of them and set up the detail. He missed the first appt, and we had to call to ask. He rescheduled for the next day. The next day he called to reschedule again because he got a flat tire. The third time he finally showed up.We got the showcase detail. The detailer only spent 45 min on what was supposed to be a $225 job. If someone is efficient and still does a good job I dont mind the short time but this was not the case. See the pictures of how he left the vehicle. It doesnt look much better than when it started and it wasnt bad to begin with. The seats arent any cleaner, the trunk wasnt touched at all, there is over spray all over the windshield and windows, and he used a dirty rag to wipe things down and left dirty water to dry all over the dash board. A door handle was covered in black that wasnt there to begin with and cup holders were left untouched. The engine wasnt cleaned, and he didnt do a clay treatment. There was some hard water spots he said he couldnt get out, but after inspecting the rest of the work, Im not sure he even tried.We reached out to them to see if we could take care of this privately, but they wont respond.Edit 2: they reached out an scheduled a follow up. They missed that appointment, and the one they rescheduled. They finally showed up the third time, and the detailer did a good job. It only took four missed appointments and two details to get here. I revised the review to two stars because they did come back out and fix it, it was just a really difficult process.

How much time do you have to spend on getting your car detailed is the question here. After being 3.5 hours late to the apt. And being the second apt scheduled as they never arrived to the first, I attempted to call yet again for the day. This time on my work phone as they would pick up and hang up on my other phone....this is how many times I called to finally get someone to tell me I was impossible to please. Apparently not wanting to spend your day off hounding a company to show up to a scheduled appointment is to hard for detail boys. Tons of reviews out there like this on BBB yelp and Google...take them seriously.

These people are very unprofessional. Made me reschedule my appointment last week & today when they were supposed to come do my detail they ghosted me & NEVER showed up. Very unprofessional DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I received a Detail Boys gift card from my girlfriend because they had detailed her car and she was happy with the job that they did. And i have to say i agree with her, I did have to wait almost 2 weeks because they are booked up, and i see why. they did a great job on my car so it was worth the wait.

I purchased a coupon to try this company out, I have to say it was a very good buy. Even though they were 20mins past the windowed time. the quality of the work was all worth the wait. The technicians did inform me they were running late and i was ok with that. They were polite and professional. This company gets a 5 star rating from me. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The directions on the website are unclear or inaccurate. I drove around for 10 minutes trying to find the location, when I couldn’t I called a couple times and kept getting their answering machine. Couldn’t leave a voicemail because it was full. Would have loved to get my car detailed just couldn’t find the place.

These guys were great to work with and restored my vehicles interior back to new after I had spilled something with a very unpleasant smell. Will recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!!

My backseat was absolutely destroyed from our dogs and kids and I don’t have time or the tools to clean it. DB came to my office while I was working and gave me a full detail. Super convenient, will definitely use this service again in the near future

Please please please do not use this company. These other reviews must be written by employees and friends. After over a month of scheduling appointments and having them never show up, I got confirmations and everything.Finally I get someone on the phone day of my 4th appointment only to tell me that they would be late to my 10am because someones appointment at noon was closer....an appointment two hours after mine was more important somehow even after all the trouble I had already been through. Dont waste your time, took an entire day off work to get my car cleaned and sold and just sat around waiting for someone to show up...again! There are plenty of actually professional and equiped detailing companies out there that value your time. I dont care if the detail leaves diamonds on my car after if they cant even bother to show up and do the detail on multiple occasions.

Two appointments made both no shows and company won’t answer

I had called in the same day for a mobile interior detail for my 2006 Scion xB. I recently purchased the car and wanted the interior cleaned up along with removal of pet hair. Ashton was able to detail my car and get out a few nasty stains from the cars previous owner. He also did a fantastic job restoring the headlights. I would definitely recommend to you if you want quality work done at a decent price. The next thing Im planning on doing is an engine clean and I will definitely be calling Ashton and the detail boys soon.

I gotta say i’m very happy with how my vehicle was taken care of and very, very satisfied with the detail and specifically the quality they displayed when completing the job. The customer service was flawless scheduling an appointment and pickup as well. I recommend everybody gets in touch with detail boys to have that brand new car feel after a detail. 10/10 in my book i will be revisiting them again soon.

Three appointments to have our car detailed....and three no shows. The first time we at least got a phone call two hours before the appointment. The last two (including this morning) no phone call, no text - and no response to my calls, texts and emails.

Detail Boys is the best. They answer every time I need something and come to my place and get my whip shining! I have a subscription with them for monthly details so that I don’t have to scratch my car at the drive thru wash. They keep it fresh and work well with my schedule.

Alex and his boys just completed detailing my ‘85 Porsche 928S. It’s guards red and they did a great job of correction and getting the original paint to really shine! They will now be my regular detailers for all 4 of my cars.

Called Mobil Detailing Pros (Possibly a broker), and got Detail Boys.Just so you know I explained in detail what the job entailed, didn’t ask for a discount, and agreed to the price. This is long story, but you must know what you may be getting into.Called on July 21, 2020 to have some lettering removed from a work truck. I explained that this was a rush job as I needed the truck the following day. Dave was accommodating and set the appointment the same day. A technician (Anthony) arrived and shortly after starting advised that both of his pressure washers were not working and asked if they could reschedule for the next day. Explaining again that I needed the truck, I offered to bring it to their location to help out, which was confirmed by Tara, promising that Alex would put 3 to 4 techs on it and the job would be completed no later than that evening. Upon arriving I met Alex, he looked over the job, and again confirmed it would be done that day, sometime in the evening. At approximately 9:00 pm I got a text from Tara, that half the job was completed, and they wanted to reschedule to finish the job. I called and was told if I left my truck with them that they only needed a few hours to complete the job in the morning. I agreed to postpone my appointments. At 1:30 pm on the 22nd, I had not heard a word from anyone at Detail Boys. I called and got “mailbox is full.” I texted to get a status update, no answer. I then went back to the shop (which is someone’s home) and upon arrival found that almost nothing had been. Anthony was the only one there, and after questions “What’s going on?” his response was that he had just got there, and was told to start working on the vinyl lettering removal. Anthony then walked away, to call Alex, and returned to advise that Tara would be calling. Approximately 30 minutes later Tara called and proceeded to explain that the job was a bit tougher that expected, and some other material, and tools were needed, and that “Guaranteed” the job would be completed that night, she and Alex had worked out the details, and a crew would be working on it that afternoon. I asked for a call for a status update at around 6:15 pm, which she promised. Never got a call, instead at 9:02 pm on the 22nd, I got a text message from Alex, which I did not get until the following morning July 23rd, 2020. Quote “Your truck is parked on (street) next to the shop, unfortunately our lead generator over promised, and we under-delivered as we were unable to handle cracked decals on delicate paint. Your jet (he meant key) is in the console and apologize for jncovince (he meant inconvenience) my assistance has a $50 cashier check for gas and cost cancelled.” End quote.Went to pick up my truck, no check for $50.00, and 95% of the lettering has NOT been removed. Instead I got a parking ticket for “Parking the Wrong Way.” Called Dave at Mobile Detailing Pros. He asked to call me back. When he did, he advised that “it’s a tough job,” and they could not do it. At the beginning he was cordial, and gracious enough and offered to pay for the ticket. After a few minutes of me questioning “Why didn’t someone tell me at the beginning, or anytime, during the time they had my truck, that they didn’t have the expertise to complete such a job, why can’t you do it. I was told that you have done hundreds of vinyl letter removals before?” At that point, his tone changed a bit, never being disrespectful, however, he asked me to “Take the truck to someone else, we can’t do this job.”I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews. Being a small business owner for 45 years, I understand that issues arise and sometimes cannot be helped. However, the level of lies, miscommunication, and lack of professionalism is painfully apparent. I take full responsibility for the fact that I’m now left with angry contractors, postponed job completions, and monies lost. This just happened, so I’m not sure if I will get refunded for the parking ticket. Mobile Detailing Pros / Detail Boyss past now proceeds them, so I’m not confident that I will.

The detailers were on time and very precise. Alex the owner was polite and made my car look like new. He had two other detailers with him which got the job done super fast. I would highly recommend this mobile detailing company again.

I found Alex of the Detail Boys on Groupon. I called him to see if he could schedule a detail for my sisters car while she was in the hospital after a heart attack. He offered to match Groupons price and fit me in for the week. Sadly, he did not show up for the appointment. After hours of messaging, calling, and emailing him, he finally answered the phone with a story about being robbed. While it was not professional, I understood and rescheduled. He was going to come with a crew the next day so that he could do the detail before my sister got home from the hospital. He not only came 2 hours late, he came alone and could not finish the job before it was too dark to work. He offered to send someone to finish the job the next day, so I paid him. That was a big mistake because that person never came, and Ive not been able to reach Alex again. I am very disappointed in Alex and this business. I do not recommend.

Alex wont even return my initial call, I think that tells you a lot about their business especially when you need to trust them with your car or have a schedule to keep. Id rather go to a more expensive but dependable place.
