We were greeted by Carmen as soon as we walked in, she is definitely one of the kindest people ever. Everything was super clean and professional. I had gone in to remove permanent makeup on my eyebrows I had gotten done and within one session immediately after there was a huge difference with the appearance of my eyebrows. Im still in the healing process but after only 6 days my eyebrow tattoo is close to being completely gone !!! Carmen cares a lot for her clients, after the session she has texted me checking up on me and my brows every other day. Carmen is the best!!! I had my first removal of my tattoo today and my first impression of Carmen was amazing. She went above and beyond of explaining the whole tattoo removal process, the healing portion, and the proper care afterwards. I need about two more sessions and my ugly tattoo will be gone! It has been about a week since my appointment with Carmen, and to be honest for the first few days I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking at besides a scab in the shape of my tattoo… haha! But now that the process has run its course I can see that my tattoo has faded from a dark dark black to a faint gray after just one appointment!Carmen was upfront and honest about the fact that it would take a few appointments to remove my tattoo completely. She explained everything very thoroughly and made the procedure comfortable and completely painless.I am very excited for the healing to take place so that I can get back there and get the rest of this 10 year old mistake removed! :)
