They overbooked appointments, they are always running late and the day I need to cancel my appointment because I don’t feel comfortable due to Covid (because they work with a lot of people In a closed room), they said they would charge me for the cancellation because the appointment is for 2 days from my call.Ps. I called on Thursday around 1pm and the appointment would be Saturday 11:30am.

Monica is by far, one of the most superior aestheticions I have ever had the pleasure of interacting! She was gentle, forthcoming with answers as I asked questions through out my laser treatment, and was genuinely concerned about my well-being! I give her a perfect score! The whole experience has me very excited about my future treatments as the medical spa provides services for all my beauty/health desires! You have won a customer for life! I should also give kudos to the gorgeous young lady, I believe her name is Erin, at reception. She was very sweet, kind and efficient! There is no doubt that she is a true, knowledgeable professional, especially with the latest Laser technology.

I went to the National laser institute med spa for tattoo removal, and I would recommend them 100% with no hesitation. The staff was amazing and explained every thing making me feel really comfortable. The visit was quick but worth every penny!! Cant wait for my next appointment!

First time doing lip injections, very happy with results and the process. Instructor and students worked extremely close together to work on me and i felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. If youre a first timer like me, I would go to a learning facility like this. You get to learn the entire process with them. I love them!

Numerous times have been great however my last visit involved a male student who while performing a procedure I felt put his hand in an inappropriate place and when I mentioned it to the instructor she commented we know and have been working with him on it but I felt she just pushed it aside and didnt really hear how UNPROFFESSIONAL it was. Id he were in pro ate practice one could allege sex abuse. Only time I have ever had that experience there.

I recently attended National Laser Institute and loved it! As a Esthetician I can now safely work with cosmetic lasers. The ladies offered me some free services and the results are real!

I have been going here for 4 months now. So far I have had 2 Photofacials and 1 eMatrix Treatment. I have gone to the school and the med spa, both with excellent results. My skin already looks so much younger. My sunspots are gone and my wrinkles are starting to plump up. I have done Botox for 10 years but never tried laser therapy until I started going to NLI. So there was a lot of sun damage that needed to be erased. Now I feel like a million bucks! The staff is very professional. The pricing is the best in the greater Phoenix area. I will continue to go back monthly for my treatments. Cant wait to try Microcurrent Therapy.
