I worked for coworx earlier this year and my experience with them was horrible. First off when i came in for my Appointment i had to sit and wait to be talked to cause the Hispanic lady who was supposed to be recruiting me was too busy texting on her phone and checking the break room for snacks. They eventually sent me to hostess warehouse, i worked for them but when it was time to get paid my money NEVER arrived on my card! It was a black girl who they have answering the phone and she kept playing game with me but she Need To play games with whoever did that Bogus weave in her head! I would recommend nobody go here unless you like your money and time played with. I had to call their office in downstate New York Just To Get My Money

Ive worked for Alot of staffing agencies and coworx has the most unprofessional people working there they dont pay you on time short your hours and Ive been working with them for a month and it always happens to me or my husband every week! my on-site shows up late which makes me late because they wont let me work until she lets me in she leaves early never picks up her phone or my text messages I dont understand why they give out their business cards if they dont even pick up or text back its the weekend and I have no money to get to work because I didnt get paid this is so wrong Ryan is awesome I always ask for Ryan and the ladies in the office always have an attitude or try to make you sound/feel dumb!

Run, far far away.

When you get the job the people that supervise you lie and try and get you fired. Its a waste of time.

Great staffing agency to work for, very professional. They send you to really good companys with great pay. Our onsite manager Yari is always there in the morning to check us in and walks the production floor to check on her employees through the day, which really shows they care.

One of the best agencies to work for in Joliet.... First shift on site supervisor is awesome and a very sweet lady where I work.... They also have other great sites for placement.... Looking for work, try CoWoCo on Larkin Ave.

They tell me the same thing everyday i did my orientation like a month. This all they said call back at 2:30, everyday its still the same results

This company is not an equal opportunity employer. I have an background, the lady at the interview straight told me she hires people with backgrounds. While interviewing she only told me about low paying jobs and after i told her what i had on my background she wanted me to right it on paper. Looked at it and said i cant hire you. Im not a sex offender or murderer. So i rate this company with a straight zero. And I know people with backgrounds who work for this company.

They are always polite and responsive when you have a question. My onsite manager yari always checking in on all of the people from coworx she is always there in the am greeting everyone and there when we leave. I think this is a pretty good agency compared to the ones I been too.

Thought the company was a good company to work for but, thats a lie they are so unprofessional and they give the run around talk to people like they are not nothing promise you one thing only for you to not even get what they said like two breaks and you only get one and dont even get me started with the Blanca Chick she is Horrible so unprofessional has the smartest mouth and loves to try to belittle people gives out her phone number just incase we got lost or something you call her for directions or text she blocks you and than lie about being in the office late when they close at like 5, she needs to fired !!!!!!!!!!!! have to give credit to some of the on sights and Kim shes Awesome
