I had an incredible experience here! The salon is beautiful and very clean. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I did the hard gel + tips and it was the best quality Ive ever gotten. Im visiting from California and they got me right in!

I heard about this place just minutes before I went. My nail place could not get me in and I desperately needed my acrylics removed. I showed up here at 6:30pm when they closed at 7pm and they graciously let me in.They removed the hard, thick, acrylic nails and put dip on my natural nail. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It was beyond my expectations, especially with how brittle my nails had become.I will be returning. Great service. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. I failed to get the name(s) of those who helped me, but I can only assume everyone there would give the same exceptional service.Thank you again!

The owner is a very nice guy & his focus on customer service shows, while he is present. However, once he leaves it is subpar. However, most of the staff is customer service focused & one in particular too much. I held off writing a review to make sure I have this establishment a fair chance & was still let down. Much like other nail salons once the honeymoon phase is over the work began to be inconsistent. I had to come back a few times for repairs. Depending who I got my nails were lumpy, uneven and/or you could see the paint underneath my fresh set around the edges from my last fill. There is 1 person there that is consistent & good, Vivian. She is great!

The salon was great!!! I was here visiting my brother and his family. They were able to fit me in and did a wonderful job on my nails and the deluxe pedicure was awesome just what my foot needed after a long couple of days driving. Highly recommend. Everyone was nice and attentive.

Great new location and tastefully decorated salon. The owner, Luke, was very accommodating. I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. They allowed me to schedule a pedicure after hours with their technician, Bill, to provide a deluxe pedicure, without putting anyone else at risk. They’re highly professional, and customer oriented. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to take care of me. I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back on a regular basis.

ThxAt the beginning of July, 2021, my cousin came in town from back east; her hotel was in Scottsdale and I recently moved to Glendale. We searched online for shops. I figured I would go to 2020 one time with her and return back to my Glendale shop.Looking online was a bit confusing as 2020 Nails had two websites; later finding out it was under new ownership.2020 Nails is reasonably priced, clean, fun, friendly and they have an enormous selection of colors that are available in polish, gel, and dip. YES, all colors in all the different ways to put colors on the nails! I never use a gel or dip on my feet. Only polish and I like my toes and fingers to match. Polish stays on my toes until my next pedicure with no issue. 2020 makes this easy!My Glendale shop, in comparison, is expensive, rushed, like many shops try to talk a client into a service or upsell, had a very small selection of polish and mostly dips, and although they did a good job they had “extra” charges. EX: EACH color used. Not a French Manicure either, but two actual polishes one on my toes and one on my fingers. (BTW, I still drive from Glendale to Scottsdale to have my mani/pedi!)I almost didnt write a review because I worry that it will get too busy there and I cant get in whenever I want! But, I thought about it because if they close I will lose my favorite shop!The manager Vivian is extremely nice and sweet; her brother is the owner. I highly recommend Bill for a pedicure if you like a good, strong massage but he will tone it down if you like and he is super funny. I would recommend Ivy for acrylic nails or manicures. I havent had the opportunity to work with anyone else.

I get my nails done by Bill (Alan) and he does an amazing job each time! My nails and toes never chip, he also gives a great massage for those who like a little bit of pressure and not just light petting. I highly recommend this place. They do book up quickly so make sure to call ahead of time.

I used to patronage this business but had not been there in awhile. I walked in today, and the whole place was completely different. It was Remodelled beautifully and gave service that was excellent. Anne did my pedicure, and that was the best pedicure I ever had. Will definitely return. Very highly rated, and I used to own a nail business!!!

Was in town for the holiday weekend and found this gem last min as a walk in. They were very professional and offered me water. Prices were reasonable. Would come back if I am back in AZ.

I stopped by this nail salon 4/14/21 because I had business in the area and needed a fill. I should have waited and went to my regular salon in Chandler. The nail tech appeared to still be in training and it showed. It took well over an hour for the fill and gel polish. The result was uneven (lumpy) polish and overly rounded corners on one side of the nails. I only give 2 stars because the staff was nice. I’ll never patronize this salon again. If someone is in training and needs “practice” the customer should have the choice (at a discounted rate) to accept. I paid 40 for a gel fill and left highly irritated at the end result. If anything, the work was that of an amateur.

Staff rude talk about you in their language little do rhey know i understood every word. Told owner i will NEVER GO back my nails came out terri ly did t do as i asked and they just kept saying yes yes. Im angry waste of $100. Never again.

Wow just wow! This place is amazing! The whole salon is all white and gorgeous! They follow great safety precautions regarding COVID. Made me feel comfortable and helped suggest what I can do for my cracked feet. Thanks guys I will be back!!

I had stopped by this salon in an effort to avoid driving from Scottsdale to Tempe get my nails done. I had the women in the front station who may be the manager or owner and she did an awful job. I’m almost questioning if she’s new? I got them done on Saturday and one has popped off already, so seems like they use cheap supplies as well. It’s beautiful inside and clean but the quality is lacking and extremely over priced. The set was $62 not including tip! Didn’t paint nails to the edges, crooked nails, and inconsistent shape. Avoid at all costs IMO

Excellent customer service and going above and beyond made 2020 Nails & Spa a memorable experience. The whole team was accommodating and took initiative to make sure the experience was unique and professional. Very personable and quality oriented. Highly recommend .

Over use of the drill for a service it was needed on (gel polish pedi) which actually hurt me from time to time. Polish job was a bit sloppy in my opinion. Some nails had too much polish and others not enough. Over all just mediocre.

This nail salon got new owners and reopened with a fresh look and style as of the end of 2020. The clean and up to date facilities coupled with the lovely hospitality and fun, friendly staff make for a truly enjoyable experience for a reasonable price.

So disappointed with my nails. My cuticles were barely trimmed even though I asked for more, they didn’t even polish my entire nail, didn’t get close at all to the cuticle, and three days in one just chipped. Unfortunately, I would try something else before returning here.

I read the reviews about this salon before visiting and was a little hesitant, but so glad I visited! I was a walk-in yesterday and they were able to get me right in. The woman who did my nails was super efficient and did an amazing job on the gel manicure! Im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and she did not disappoint. One of the better gels Ive had done in awhile actually. Price is also cheaper than anything Ive ever paid. Their salon is also super clean and tidy and it appears they have some of the latest technology/gadgets which was pretty awesome.Im only visiting right now but if I lived here this would be my new home salon. I will be sure to visit again next time Im in town!

Went in for a simple Mani with just polish, nothing fancy. We walked in and they took us right away. The Mani was fast but I prefer that, it also looks very nice. And it was only 12$.. score!

Not good. Not horrible.I called in on a Saturday morning and the lady asked when I could come in (automatically telling me they weren’t busy), so I got an appointment set very quickly. When I arrived, I waited about 10-15 minutes to be helped. I wanted a full set of acrylics with gel. The whole process took about 25 minutes! And for a FULL set of acrylics WITH gel, it was a total of $40. So the speed and the price were ideal. However, the completed set looks awful. I ended up with nail glue on all sides of my fingers and each nail is a different shape due to a choppy filing job. Also, the nails are soooo thick that they don’t look remotely real. A couple nails are also slightly crooked. And the paint job is pretty bad. The nail tech started on another ladies nails as mine were drying so I couldn’t even say that look crappy because she was already onto the next customer. So, if you’re looking for a quick set and just need some crazy nails for Halloween or something, go there. But for everyday use, or especially special occasions, go elsewhere.

So I found this small nail salon and I really like it. prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. what more can you ask for? I have never had an issue here and would recommend it.

I came in today for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend and was really impressed! The interior of this nail salon was really clean and well organized. I didnt make appointment but they had me sit quickly when i walked in and treated me with great care and smiling faces. I got shellac on my nails and pedicure with a simple design. They used high quality products for reasonable price. I just wish my nails wouldnt grow so fast so I could enjoy my nails longer! ;) Great work!

Had my deals done at the salon it was the worst set of nails I have ever had they are completely uneven they charge $10 more than the webpage said they did and two of them broke completely off five days after I had them put on I have had Acrylic nails for 15 years and never have I had to fall off in less than five days Don’t go here and if you do and they ask you where you’re from don’t say you’re from out of town they obviously didn’t care about getting return business from me

Despite the negative reviews, I came for a gel manicure and was pleasantly surprised. I was seated quickly, everyone was amicable, and I got a solid gel manicure for a great price.Update: after just five days, my gel nails have completely chipped and peeled, while my polish from other salons normally lasts for at least two weeks.

Looked at the other reviews and wasnt sure about this place but decided to go anyways cuz it was so close. Very glad I went! got a pedicure (the #2 choice on the menu) the ladies helped me right away, were really nice and chill. No gossiping around me to make me feel uncomfortable, etc. On top of that, the pedicure was awesome! My feet were in a bad state lol and the lady tuned them around and gave an awesome massage. Will def go back!

Terrible nail salon. We made an appointment a few days before my wedding for a group of about 7-8 girls on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was pretty rude and the quality was very very poor. My nails were over filed and crooked and the paint job was also bad. My 16 year old came with us and they tried to manipulate and oversell her on things she did not ask for. There was not one girl in my party of 8 that liked her nails. I would suggest choosing another nail salon!

Dip powder selection is terrible. I wanted a light pink and they only had bright red or tried to offer me white.

As noted in other reviews, my gel manicure has completely peeled and chipped off after 10 days. I have never experienced this at any salon, my gel usually lasts as long as I want to grow it out. The remaining nails that havent completely chipped off I need to remove, because its peeling and when I try to put my hair up, my hair gets caught under the edges.My manicure was not an enjoyable experience, I had to keep asking her to not get polish on my skin and clean up the edges. I dont usually give negative reviews, I typically just dont go back, but because the actual products they use are clearly faulty, I believe customers should be informed. If youre looking for a cheap mani/pedi, Nails Only is right up the block, and they tend to do a fair job for the price.

Not the first time Ive been here and definitely not the last time for me, was out of town for a couple of days, found this nail salon and decided to try it. I fell in love with this place because of their staff, they gave me the best massage with my pedicure, my nails look beautiful and I definitely wish I could come here more often.

Brought the Mrs here on vacation. These fools ruined our stay in Phoenix. We wasted over 2 hours here on a bogus attempt at a mani/pedi. Dont waste your time and money at this place. Horrendous skills, rude and inept. Had to go someplace else to get them redone.
