Friendly staff, clean comfy chairs! Will definitely be back!

I scheduled an appointment at the salon via text for a fill and pedicure during a visit to Scottsdale for my birthday weekend. I was greeted right away and was asked to pick my colors. Wow, so many options. I chose the Cat’s Eye subtle effect a cute flower decal for one mail. Both techs were pleasant and professional. Loved Millie’s work. I will come back next time I’m in town. Tip: bring cash, they’ll knock 5% off the services and you’ll need to tip techs in cash. If you go with card you’ll pony up for the service charge. Luckily I had cash or I’d be sad I paid more for the convenience of using a card.

I have been going to them for over a year and I LOVE them! Any nail tech they put me with is amazing. You bring in the design and they’ll do it. They’re affordable and can take walk ins or appointments. I highly recommend checking this place out never time you need nails done!

One of their technicians had my hands sitting in acetone on and off for an hour. I just wanted my dipped acrylic set to be taken off and get a gel French. The technician did not seem to possess a lot of experience in doing nails and did not relay what she was doing while other technicians were looking over her shoulder.

Julie did a great job on my nails and eyebrows. Great experience overall. Will definitely go back.

This is my favorite nail salon! I have tried SEVERAL different places around Scottsdale and Phoenix and this is by far the best! Their service, attitude, work are all top-notch! They are so wonderful and it’s always a great time!

I found this salon on Google 2 weeks ago. It had a 5 star rating so I made an appt. I went online to find what I wanted. I found 3 great designs and texted the shop to see if they do those particular techniques and he said Absolutely! We do all three. He sent me a price quote for each design with a description if the technique. I said great! See you soon. I arrived and sat down. I showed my tech the pic of what I wanted. She then started pouring out globs of polish onto a piece of foil. I asked what she was doing because I had requested a water marbling technique and thus was NOT how it is done. She said Oh no! That way is dirty! I only do freehand! Which is why I asked and sent pics to avoid this very situation. She started 1 nail and it ended up a 3 color mess. Just big blobs of polish with no design, much less the one I had asked for. I told her no, were not doing that. She said well, pick something else then. I had to go back online and pick something out at the very last second. I showed her and she said no problem! She finished and no surprise, it didnt look anything like the picture. When I paid, I told him what happened. He said no one would have told me that they could do all the techniques I requested. I asked him if he would like to see the text of our entire conversations along with pics, descriptions and price quotes. Interestingly enough, he told me that that wouldnt be necessary. He took 10$ off of 60$ but offered no apology or acknowledgement that he told me what the text confirms. Do not waste your time and money here! Nobody knows what services they perform as they all just do their own thing. I went here because if the 5 star reviews. I evidently need to read more of them because now I have to find yet another salon where, again, I have to take my chances! Im enclosing pics. The 1st one is what I actually wanted and was told was available. The 2nd is what I had to settle for. The 3rd is how the 2nd one actually turned out. As I said, when confronted with pics and info they were not at all interested and inferred that I was not being particularly honest about the entire ordeal. So, hopefully, this will help someone else!REVIEW UPDATE:Got a call from the owner after he read my review. He apologized profusely for the service I received. He said he remembered me and my situation and took complete responsibility for everything that happened and again apologized and all the blame. He asked repeatedly if there was any way he could make up for it. I said a full refund would be appreciated. He immediately said certainly, and that he would send it right out. I thanked him for the apologies and the acceptance of fault and we ended the call.While I appreciated everything that transpired, I didnt have alot of faith that anything would happen. 3 days later, I was proven completely wrong!! And happily so!! The owner, Im sorry, I didnt get a name, went above and beyond to make up for everything! It was hugely appreciated and restores my faith that outstanding customer service is possible! Thank you!!

My client and friend visited a few days ago.... check out a salon in her area. shes new to the area. Scottsdale Hand and Foot was recommended by a friend. This is my first time visiting this salon and I loved it! My toes never looked so good.

I went in yesterday afternoon for a pedicure. I waited only a minute, and was greeted and taken to a chair. The nail tech that I had was very friendly and did a great job. She was pretty quick too but they still came out exactly how I wanted them. I will be back for sure!

This was my first time at this nail salon. I got a gel manicure by Amy. Of have to say it’s one of the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. She filed way to far past my free edge into the sidewalls. Gel was left over on my skin. Too coat was missed on my pinky finger(also got cut on same finger). Unimpressed will not be returning.

Went a few years back because another Nail Salon messed up my nails and I came to this Salon to have my nails redone. It was very busy the day I had gone, but it was well worth it. The ladies in the salon were all nice even the other clients. I remember another lady and I just started making conversation. I would definitely come back to this location. The salon is very clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. You can get acrylic or gel nails. 2017

My favorite nail salon! Every time I come in, I get exactly what I want and it’s consistent no matter who does them. They’re very professional, clean and sanitary, have tons of colors and selections, and are talented with ombré nails. I live in California now but I’m always willing to wait just so I can get my nails done here when I come back to visit.

This place is one of my absolute favorites!! I have been coming here for about 6-8 months now and I would never go anywhere else as long as I live in the valley. Everyone in there is so friendly! :) Its incredibly clean and very sanitary. They use plastic trays in the tubs and change them out after every customer. The place has a cool vibe, where you are sitting on raised up couches/benches (with individual massage seats). I went with my mom and sister for my wedding prep and got the top of the line pedicures that the offer. WOW.. we were all in heaven. The team was so phenomenal... they allowed us to bring snacks and champagne. Every time my mom is in town, she always wants to go back (shes from San Diego, so you can imagine the upscale options over there!). Love love love and would recommend to everyone!

Every time I walk in, no matter who does my nails, I leave happy. The location is safe, the store itself is clean, and all of the employees are kind and helpful. The owner clearly wants the best for his customers -- if someone has been waiting for more than 10 minutes, hell step in and help them out until someone else is free. They are efficient and great at what they do. Highly highly recommend.

The service was absolutely amazing and they did such a great job! I usually got acrylic in the past, but they told me about the dip powder, and I got that. Its hard like gel, so it doesnt bend, but its on the natural nail like no chip. Im obsessed! They use all natural and organic products and make sure the place is super clean. Just overall great experience and they did amazing nails. Highly recommend it and I will definitely be back .

This salon is extremely cheery and bright. I had a wonderful manicure here. The owner and their staff were friendly along with being professional.  The moment you walk in there, you will notice that it’s a very classy salon. You must try it out definitely. You won’t be disappointed.

First time I came in, loved it. Lynn was awesome, friendly, and humorous. I appreciated her actually making a sincere effort to make her customer comfortable. Denny was cool and fun. My nails were perfect. They lasted me the entire two weeks with no problems. The second time I came in to get a fill on my acrylics with a gel top, I had Angela who seemed to do a beautiful job. However, the gel overlay started chipping just days after. I came in today to get them fixed and was given attitude by Denny. He obviously was upset about either me or Angela if not both of us. He had words with Angela. Angela was nice to me during the fix. (Let me add that they did not tell me that they no longer had the color I wanted and decided they would pick a color for me. Yes, it was close to what I wanted but its not what I wanted.) Angela did not accept any money from me which was very kind of her. On my way out I thanked Denny and he didnt even look up at me and said okay. This threw me off since I didnt do anything wrong. Why was I being treated poorly? I asked him if there was something wrong and he said I said okay. I walked out and will NEVER be returning. Keep it classy, Denny ✌

My wife has been going here at least three times a month since we moved here in February. She had a sanitary requirement, after getting toe fungus in Texas and San Diego, so finding a place that only uses non-recirculating water tubs with new plastic liners for each pedicure was fantastic !!! In addition to its spa appeal, everyone that works there is friendly and great at what they do. Also, she has since convinced me to enjoy the relaxation of regular pedicures and they have improved the health of my dry splitting toenails. Of course, she has her regular gel manicures as well and loves the clean & pretty look that requires no at-home upkeep.

I found my nails spot finally! I found the nails salon online because of all their excellent reviews. They didn’t disappoint. The nail salon is very adorable. Their set up is chic and super cute. Although it was not their usual they’d a nice music selection which really made it simple to relax after long stress-filled work day! I just loveee my nails! I will be going back definitely!

WONDERFUL place to get a manicure or pedicure. Everyone is trained and professional, which is the primary reason for me to get a manicure. Service is excellent, and the end result is always beautiful and lasts a long time. I love the approach of using non-toxic, natural treatments such as coconut and citrus. Highly recommended.

Ive been a customer since they opened. I love everything and everyone there! I have never had issues and have always been treated royally! They are professional and top notch! Love the design and atmosphere, rounded benches instead of the massage chairs. They have liners in the pedicure spa so you know its sanitary. The attention to detail is wonderful and makes you feel pampered, rose petals and sliced oranges and lemons floating in your foot spa. The staff is sweet and friendly and the hot rocks massage comes standard in the standard pedicure. They even took the time to massage, not in a hurry like other places! And I love that they specialize in gel nails instead of nasty acrylic. The manicures are set up as though you are sitting at a bar! Beautiful aquariums for scenery instead of lame TV. Much more relaxing and posh.

Customer service is excellent. This is by far the best pedicure my husband and I have ever had! Loved the foot bath, massage....everything. Walked out refreshed and relaxed beyond belief. Id highly recommend this place to anyone and the bonus - really reasonable!

Absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I both got pedicures which were amazing! They even do a foot/leg scrub and put paraffin on your heels to make them softer. I also got a filling with gel polish and 2 designs and was very pleased with the price. My nails came out perfectly shaped the way I like them and neatly polished without me saying a single word. My fiancé also got his eyebrows done which he is very particular about and loved them as well. The ambiance of the salon is amazing as well. Very modern and clean. And they have like 1 million nail colors to choose from. The manager/front desk girl was also very pleasant and helpful/personable. We both absolutely loved this salon which says a lot because my fiance hates going with me and even he said he will definitely come along next time. All in all I am positive I found my new salon!

I came down from Flagstaff to get my nails done and I was not disappointed. The place is clean, the staff is nice, and my nails look gorgeous. I had Tammy for both my manicure and pedicure. The best nail salon i’ve been to.

I was not impressed at all. The decor is great, everything is clean the people were okay and the color selection was nice which is why it gets 3 stars. However, the rush job that was done on my nails was not worth it. Then she tried to insult me by saying that EVERYONE gets shellac nail polish and that I was odd for not wanting to use that crap. My nails are nice and healthy and have been for years because I dont put a lot of crap on them, I only get them done (polished) when Im with family/friends or have a special event to go too and want something different, otherwise I keep them plain, thats just me and it works. She pretty much ignored me the entire time until it was time to pay and she amped up the niceness. She was not rude, by all means, but I have been treated way better. Coupled with the fact that she rushed my manicure and gave me the hand lotion massage AFTER my nails were already polished I wont be returning again next time Im in the area.

I cannot say enough about this salon. They are true artists. My nails are always amazing and they sterilize their instruments with an autoclave...very important. Everyone is so friendly and Denny always gets us in for any appointment we need. Thanks so much SHAF!

Great salon & we love Denny the owner but theyre getting do busy their service is not good anymore!! My acrylic nails hardly make it to 2nd fill before falling off! & Theyre now more $$ than dome other salons too!

She was thrilled an excited both upon receiving it and after receiving a relaxing and wonderful hand and foot massage, using high quality products, at Scottsdale Hand and Foot Massage. We made 2 appointments for pedicures. We arrived on time only to have to wait. Then we were both given chairs and they started on my daughter. Half an hour later they still hadn’t started my pedicure. Eddy came to look at the gel polish on my toes and I basically told him to cancel my appointment as my daughters pedi was almost finished by this time. I was a regular but I wont be back

This was my second time to the nail spa. I loved the nail techs I had both times. The pedicures are a bit more pricy than others, but the quality is worth it. They really take their time and make your pedicure perfect.

Atmosphere was great, but technicians just Ok. I really like the layout, decor and seating. Polish selection is really good with a full wall of OPI colors and a section just for Essie paints. Tipping in cash is recommended and they have an ATM in the entrance area for convenience. Place is really popular so make an appointment... And even then you might wait :/ Still, they are clean and well located. Recommend.

I was just calling to get pricing and the Male was VERY rude. Hung up on me 3 times. Im glad they showed their customer service over the phone before coming in. Im sure their place is dirty. Do not go here. Terrible customer service.

I really enjoyed going to this nail salon it is clean neat and very well organized I am a salon owner myself and I admire the way they run their business I have gone to kim and now I go to Ve everyone there seems to be very professional polite and courteous They always seem to run very good on time and get you in and out I love my nails !!

This was hands down the BEST pedicure and foot massage Ive ever experienced! The technicians are extremely talented, the services are individualized, and the environment is soothing. Loved the orange slices and rose petals in the water, and individual parafin application. Well come again.

I loved my experience here! I received a complimentary glass of pink champagne, a cookie and an amazing pedi! Many different pedis to choose from with different scents and oils and heated socks to moisturize your feet. The spa is clean and pleasant.

Parifin dip is advertised as $10. I didnt have time for a full manicure which the technician became a bit rude and then charged me $15 because of not having a full manicure. Poor business practice if a return clients are a goal.

The first time I went here both my manicure and pedicure were perfect. Today I went back and was not happy with my services while getting my pedicure (while the technician was painting my toenails)the technician was told to stop to start something else and another lady took over. Over all the pedicure look bad and so does the painting. My manicure doesn’t look good either neither does the painting I had to have her redo painting on one nail while I was there because the painting was so bad! The manicure was also done poorly! After my first visit I thought this was be a permanent spot for me to have my manicures and pedicures but not after today...I’m so disappointed

Absolutely the BEST nail salon EVER! They specialized in gel nails (hard gel, liquid gel, builder gel) Wonderful, skilled, friendly technicians, state of the art technique, incredibly CLEAN!! Have been coming here for 4 years and would never think of going any where else! :)

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. A little pricey, but worth the extra few dollars on great work. I didnt feel rushed at all. Actually, they took so much time on me, I felt bad. Friendly front gentleman at the counter.

By far the WORST “gel” mani and pedi I’ve ever had. My fiancé (now husband) and I got our nails done there for our wedding last friday (10/5). He has rough feet and got a callus treatment. Walking out, his feet worn torn apart on the heels and the callus were still there. I did a gel mani/pedi with French tips. Within 24 hours of the mani, one of my fingers was chipped at the nail. We are a week later and the gel is peeling up from every corner of my nail both hands and feet. On 4 of my toes, the gel has come completely off on its own. For the amount of money I paid ($174 to be exact) I’d expect a product to last longer than just a week. I’d love to share photos. Seriously the biggest rip off. So disappointed with this place.
