I am the owner and operator of a men’s hair and grooming salon called “Fine Mens Salon of Scottsdale located inside of “Phenix Salon Suites” in Scottsdale. As a business owner and hairstylist, I am more than satisfied with my renting experience here! The property manager, NANCY ARBAUGH, is full of knowledge from business licensing, state board requirements, etc. Nancy makes the entire process seamless, from the moment you tour the locations/suites, to the moment you sign your lease agreement. She even provides reliable and consistent support AFTER the lease is finalized, such as, business strategy information, business growth references, advertising support via social media platforms, and promotional ads listed on Groupon to help your business continue to grow, by reaching out to potential new clients.The best part is that my clients regularly compliment how high-end the building is, such as, the granite countertops in the bathrooms and lobby, a gorgeous stone waterfall at the foyer, modern looking, dark faux-wood floors, cherry wood cabinetry, and recently updated chandeliers throughout the hallways. My favorite benefit about renting from Nancy, versus other salon suites, is that these property managers take EXCELLENT care of their tenants, as well as their utilities (i.e. washer, dryer, a/c and heating units). Any time something breaks down (which is very rare) or isnt working correctly, it is fixed within days (not weeks, like other property managers who dont value their tenants satisfaction, and are instead more focused on collecting your rent.)Anytime I need to reach Nancy with a problem or question...she answers or responds almost immediately! That type of reliable communication is such a rare quality to find. I highly recommend renting from Nancy Arbaugh if you are looking to run your own business with complete confidence, minimal stress and efficient operations.Ive posted her business card in my review photos for anyone looking to take a tour of currently available salon suites. I have been part of the Scottsdale Phenix family for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it! Not only are we totally spoiled having cosmoprof right next door we also have a the greatest support from the owner, Nancy. She is truly one of a kind, she does everything she can to help you and your business be successful. She offers wonderful advice and even 1 on 1 business coaching to guide you. I honestly cant say enough about how she has helped me become more and more successful in my business. So if you are looking for somewhere to begin or continue your business look no further!

So far, so good! Ive been here a couple months and the location is great, and Nancy is AMAZING! She truly cares about every single person in these suites, and will go out of her way to help you in anyway that she can. Its hard to find a landlord like that- she is a GEM! :)

I feel spoiled with the location of this Phenix Salon Suites, with CosmoProf right next door, couldn’t be better. You can’t get a better deal in the Suites either and I so appreciate the receptionists and all they do to keep up the place. Thank you Nancy!

I have not been there yet. It sounds good and healthy and my body sure could use it. From what others say and based on their opinion, I would rate it a four.
