Nikki, Danny, Nancy, Henry, Jenny. You all contributed to making my day. Nikki did my Mani and my pedi, she was amazing. We had some great stories, good giggles and we talked about our travels.I’m just putting this out there, mask mandates have been lifted in Arizona as well as other states, so maybe businesses should look at, if people don’t want to wear them, you can accommodate then, if people want to wear them, maybe there should be maybe a different time for businesses to accommodate that at a different time. That way your business came stay in business, just saying. Let your customers choose if they want or don’t want to wear the mask.I will call my new nail color, Easter egg blue.I LOVE THIS PLACE, I WOULD GO BACK.

I called early in the afternoon to see if they had any appointments open. The gentleman shares with me that they if I can get down here right now, they will take me. I was across the street so I went to their establishment. I sat for 5 minutes and then a group came in to have pedicures. I was appreciative that they were able to get me in plus complete this large family that just walked in.

Friendly staff, always willing to accommodate requests regarding schedule or last minute requests. Attentive to individual preferences such as usual color, nail shape etc. Enjoy going to Ovation.

My mom recommended this place (I’m here in Scottsdale for a few months) but loved this salon. It’s peaceful and COVID safe with plastic barriers. I recommend reservations and that way they always take you on time. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed due to COVID restrictions and capacity limits. I get the spa pedicure and powder dip manicure. The dip is amazing, lasts sooo long. I’ve been getting dip for years so I have high standards for durability and quality 😅Price is affordable for the quality! Love coming here

Had expired gift card and they would not honor. Disappointed.

This used to be a great salon. Receptionist loud enough and behavior of someone working in a bar! Nail tech does not know to trim nails evenly. He stated he has only worked there for 2 months. While tech was attempting to work on my nails, another came over and asked if he could finish my nails because my tech needed to care for another. They charged me $22 to remove my nail polish and trim my nails on an angle. Can not recommend this nail salon. Too many other salons!
