They are the cleanest nail salon. The service is topnotch and the atmosphere is very soothing. The pedicure with the hot rocks massage is a wonderful treat. You must check it out. I think that you will love it too. PEACE

I moved to Phoenix almost 2 years ago I never found a place that provided quality services, had great customer service, a nice selection of colors and that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed until I found Nailganic. I feel like they actually care about their customers and Justin always slays my nails!! 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

I loved my experience! They worked with me and my old set from somewhere else and gave me a complete mail transformation!! the nail salon is so clean and relaxing, the nail techs are so talented and good at what they do. They do amazing powder ombré! i’d highly recommend them. amazing prices too.

Katie did my nails and she did such an amazing job. The space is so beautiful not to mention they have organic nail care and non toxic products. I would highly recommend. My nails look clean and natural. Not overly layered like some places! The energy of this place is so relaxing ♥️ You have to go!!

Edit: I’m upgrading my review 5. Really 4.5 but that’s not an option and I’d rather side high. This is now my go to salon.The owner (I forget her name) and Trish, both do amazing meticulous work. I’ve tried 12 other salons and have yet to find the consistency or quality of this location. They both take there time, listen to what you are asking for, and make sure it looks good.The first guy from my first review is no longer there. They now have all there tools sealed and open then when using. Still clean and stylish.I have moved across town, and tried to find somewhere closer. Nope. Back to Nailganic.Old: Beautiful location, nice and clean. I was told it changed management this past week. You could tell they were still getting settled. I am really happy with the shape and quality of the job. But you can see in my pictures, they were too rough, the fingers were rubbed raw along with the fact that I had to mentions getting to the edges a few times puts it at a 3. I also noticed that they didn’t open a fresh set of tools, it might have been clean but you should open then in front of your clients.I am trying a handful of salons in the area, and I will most likely go back. I will update if I do.

I really wanted to love this place. Their bowls are ultra clean with the plastic liners and special filter. I selected the $45 pedicure because I wanted an extra massage. They definitely delivered on that piece.My problem is with the zester/cheese graters they use on your feet. I indicated a few times that the pressure he was using made me uncomfortable and he giggled and said oh it tickles. No, it actually hurt. I left with my feet hurting slightly but they looked good. I thought maybe it was me being critical. A week later the skin around my toes still really hurts and I can’t wear flip flops anywhere because they look like a peeling mess! As I did research I find that grating the skin is one of the worse things a salon can do on your feet and can open you up to infection from small metal fragments and infections. I will not be returning.

Enjoyed a pedicure with my Mom for the first time in 6 months! First time at this salon. The staff were welcoming, friendly and hard working! The salon was spotless and we felt safe during these current times (COVID). Our toes look great and my feet have never felt better! Glad I found this great business! Well be back.

Good service, friendly, but not really organic...so the name is somewhat misleading. Nail shaping could have been better...very very clean! Quiet. Not too stinky with tons of chemicals in the air...good prices.

I found here to be a good local spot to try out some new designs, have a little fun with my nails. The nail tech reached out to me and offered to redo it since it wasnt up to their usual standards. She was extremely personable and polite! I also got a manicure which was nice and relaxing. My nails look very beautiful and they last FOUR weeks! Next time I might even use their toes manicures services. And I was very satisfied.

Loved the environment as soon as I walked in, was fresh and new cleanliness feeling I appreciated that for sure. I was greeted by the own and don who gave me a very family vibe where I was comfortable the whole time. My wife was very happy with her nail and ped that I myself got a ped! I was very pleased with the service and prices there they really made want to come back and I will! I recommend this place 10stars for sure the place feels and looks great no weird smells or uncomfortable vibes. We both now will be going back to see the owner and don thank you so much !!!

This place was wonderful! Modern, very clean and resonabley priced for the quality service. I had a French manicure done and I will definitely come again. The ladies were so kind and fun to be around!

The massager didn’t work in the first chair they put me in, so had to move to another chair after I already had my feet in water. The gentleman who did my pedicure didn’t speak much English so that was a challenge to communicate with him.There was a misunderstanding when I went to pay. I was told over the phone one thing and then charged a different price at check out. The polish pooled on my big toes because he put too much clear coat on top and now I have to get my toes polished again somewhere else. Don’t waste your time with this place!

My 2nd visit confirmed I have found a GREAT nail salon! Its clean and fresh and the technicians are so friendly and do a great mani/pedi. I have natural nails, and the care they take with me is so unbelievably awesome! Highly recommend!!

Had a pedicure here and it was a very relaxing experience. I was able to easily book online. The nail tech was very professional and friendly and made sure I has happy and comfortable. The space was bright and clean and I love that their polish doesnt contain all the yucky chemicals. Will definitely make this my new mani/pedi spot!
