My manicure turned out great! I was a walk in and they got me in right away. I had a difficult art request, but my technician did not complain. I absolutely love the way my nails turned out. I suggest going on a weekday during non-peak hours.

Nails were not very well done. Bumps in both the acrylic and the polish. Had to make repeated requests to correct issues and still left very unhappy. Its the next day and the gel polish which is supposed to last, is already peeling off. Will not be returning.

I went in for my first time. Ordered the most expensive pedicure. Wow. After much time and listening to another language spoken by all. I paid. And tipped good. BUT WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN THE WORST EVER. feet still rough. Toes ugley. And at least 6 SIX different cuts on my feet. nervous, been applying hydrogen peroxide constantly for 3 days. Wish I could post. Photos. Never saw any type of sanitation used by any one for over an hour. Nothing ? Scarey. Photos taken 48 hours after going there. Had not open sores when I went. I hope I dont get complications.

As someone who loves to get pedicures, I would recommend that you don’t go here. Spend your money somewhere else

Lee does my nails and he is awesome. I usually do a dip gel nail with ombre. I get so many compliments!

Vivi is the only woman I will ever trust with my eyebrows!! Ive been going there for almost 3 years and will continue to do so. Lee is amazing with nails, pedicure or manicure, and always makes sure you are comfortable and are getting exactly what you want. Overall, the store is always clean and all of the employees there are so welcoming and professional with everything they do. Love this place!

The guy wasnt very friendly. I went for a pedicure. There were no other customers in the shop. And the first thing he says in very broken English--he had to repeat three times because I did not understand him..sign in in paper. Then he took me to my seat. Water was cold. Didnt take very long. Talked in native language to other co-workers. When I went to pay he charged me $18 and then w HGH en i was about to walk out the door, the other guy hollers, no it is $25. You have to pay $25. I will never go back there again. Not very professional!

Been going here for 19 years now. Wouldnt go anywhere else. They are so talented and do a great job everytime. Clean and sanitary. People are giving bad reviews for waiting, dont go at peak hours without appointment and not expect some type of wait. But the wait is totally worth it!!

Worst fill Ive ever had! The girl seemed like she was in a hurry and spent more time looking outside than she did at my nails. Literally, doing my nails without looking! My nails are lumpy, the polish job looks like crap and theres a gap between the fill and my cuticle. I will never go back! Thats what I get for trying a new place. Im going to my old place to get this crappy job fixed. Too bad I tipped her before I saw how they turned out.

Do not come here, made me wait for an hour in a chair with no water for feet. They skipped my manicure. The lady kept trying to make me change my mind on what I wanted to make the price go up. There are bubbles on my nails, they look clumpy, they are crooked, and I had to have her file my acrylics on the side cause she had it glued to my skin. She was on her phone the entire time. Poor nail shaping. Poor service. Poor everything. She then told me my total and asked how much I wanted to leave for tip, I would have left nothing if I didnt have a Conscience. I ended up leaving 4$ I will not be returning. This isnt my first time here either, they have just gotten sloppy and lazy.

I could not complain about the work ViVi did on my nails they always looked very nice.... everyone was very friendly and helpful, the only complaint I had was every time I was getting them done, someone would come in to get their eyebrows or something waxed and she would leave you sitting there in the middle of your appointment to take care of whoever it was that just walked in.... sometimes I would sit there for 15/20 mins in the middle of my appt......apparently no one else in the salon did that, it became very irritating!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The Polish is all over my skin, and is uneven on my nails. she cut my nails way too short without even asking me. She was busy watching tv the entire time of my pedicure. I could do a much better job myself. Do not waste your time or money in this salon.

Ive had great experiences here with pedicures and gel manicures. The place is clean and the people are friendly. I leave happy and return and return a few weeks later.

They are always very nice and respectful and have great prices. I continue to return with no problems. Highly recommended!

Had request for toe polish & a fill in. As my toes was getting polished he was doing a scrappy job I asked him if he could clean it up some he replied telling me that my toes are ugly there was nothing that he could do and had a serious look on his face. I asked him how does his feet look.. he never answered. Then when going to do my fill-in and the price was quoted to me at $25 then they charged an extra $5 more for filing it down some. It was time to go.Of course before I left I handed him a $1 tip.. He tossed it and never responded with a thank you.😕Ok.. Im done

Speak minimal English for a place called U.S. Nails, almost every worker was more set on paying attention to the tv than on their clients. Had to pay and tip before work was even finished. Nails turned out okay, but wouldnt go back or recommend.

I will for sure be returning... vivi took care of my pedicure, my waxing and even taking careful care of my ingrown. Im very satisfied and will be coming back!!

I received a wonderful mani/pedi from Lee. Everyone was friendly and many people coming in were repeat customers, which is nice to see considering how many options there are out there. I would definitely go back!

Worst nails ever!!! after 4 days my nails started to come off. the girl that did my nails hurt me several times, and I should have known they were not going to end up nicely just by the way she was putting the acrylic on. after i was done, i noticed there was clumps of acrylic under my nails, and the lady kept saying what? (she needs to learn how to ask customers if everything is ok) you can see the previous color i had on before going to themi was in a hurry back to my job, and didnt even want to deal with her at the end of it all. she gave me a dirty look because i did not tip her, and like im really going to tip someone who made me jump up in pain several times, did a horrible job and made me feel uncomfortable with asking her to fix the rough edges (3 of my nails were crooked)I had gone their once before, and was no happy with them. I thought maybe this time around it would be a better experience and nicer outcome. I WAS WRONG!!! save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I only trust Vivi to do my eyebrows! I used to always get them threaded was scared to get them waxed but she does such an amzing job! Im so happy everytime! & i dont know how she does it but it doesnt even hurt! Also they all do the most beautiful nails here!

Not a good pedicure. Technicians share their tools between them without sanitizing. Just gross.
