I have gotten my nails done all over the USA when travelling for work. This place is better than any. The owners are so nice, always there, assuring best service and quality, welcoming all their loyal customers. The massages included are so long and relaxing, better than anywhere else. Any issue with a nail, they welcome you right back to fix it for free. The place is very clean and hygenic. The staff stays long term. This is an extremely well run business.

This is BY FAR the best nail salon I have ever been to in North Scottsdale. After I had been just once I was hooked-Daniel and Holly do their best to make all customers happy each and every visit-top quality products are used and the service is excellent...from offering water to a neck and arm massage included with the nail services. Each technician is highly trained and does excellent work. I wont go anywhere else! Thank you for giving me an hour of relaxation that makes my day each time!!

Got a full set done. The lady doing my nails cut my finger pretty deeply with the shaping tools and didnt even apologize. The nail polish was really clumpy and she decided to put on 5 coats of it! The prices are more expensive than usual and overall really poor job.

Horrible job, I went with my daughter and both of the ladies were awful. She cut my daugther with the tool on multiple fingers without excuses. I ordered a pedicure. It was done with as little efforts as possible, time to go home and redo it myself:( They charge more than regular place would charge for the name Prestige, I guess.

This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had! I paid for the 40 dollar pedicure because I am 25 weeks pregnant with twins and having bad calf cramps and wanted a good massage. The reviews said the massages were amazing. I got less then a 5 min massage of the nail tech rubbing in lotion. Not a massage! Then I paid extra for the nice manicure 25. Again hardly a massage just rubbing in lotion, I have the salt stuff all over my hands and arms and my polish looks like a 5 year old did it!! I am pissed I spent $65 on this. Worst mani/pedi ever and really should have complained and not pay for this horrible work! They were very nice but are missing the mark on the massage and nail painting! The main reason I went in! Definitely wont be back!

Very nice ladies who gave great service to my sisters who were celebrating birthdays, but I left with a smudged pedicure and a cut in the cuticle of my big toe that got infected.

I have regularly been a client of Prestige Nails for over two years. Very clean and friendly. Vie does a wonderful job!!!!!

Got charged $70 for horrible set of acrylics. The rindstones fell off the next day and they left old polish showing that was on my nails when I came in. Spent almost 2 hours getting them done then afterwards they were uneven. I care about how my nails look and do not mind spending the money if they look amazing but these looked worst then my little sister doing them. Do not recommend very pricey and not worth it.
