Mike did an amazing job! I got my nails done a week before my wedding because it was a destination wedding but by the big day they still looked beautiful. He took his time and made sure they would hold up until the wedding.

I had the best experience here. Kim gave me the most relaxing and perfect pedi I almost fell asleep. And then she even massages my arms and hands! I was in heaven! And Van was meticulous with my nails. I’m a nail bitter and hate salons and now babe the longest nails. I now I actually look forward to going back just to rap with Van, and get amazing service.

I’ve been coming here for months. A few months ago, my go to technician Van was out of town, so I went to B. My nails were tolerable chunky, uneven acrylic nails. Waited about 2 months & went back to Van. Something was off this last time. I went Out of town less than a week later & 4 nails broke. I replaced the first broken nail in LA but then the other 3 broke shortly after. So embarrassing. I will Not be returning to this establishment. Not worth my time, money, or loyalty. I should’ve paid attention to all the negative reviews.

An excellent choice for manicures and pedicures.They offer many services, including gel nails. Ive even had my face waxed here by Amy. Ive been a nail salon customer of Kims for approximately 8 years. Kim is exceptional. Im always impressed with how much effort the salon puts into making sure that the premises are clean and the tools are sterile. They also use liners in their pedicure bowls to insure each clients experience is bacteria-free. Although walk-ins are welcomed, Id recommend an appointment. This salon is popular so you may have a wait if you dont have an appointment. Id recommend Tip Top Nail Salon without hesitation!

I have been going there for years and now I will not be returning. I am pretty sure everyone that works there has done my nails. I am normally a walk in and never have made an appointment. My last visit was AWFUL! It was the man (not the sweet married man to the sweet lady in there). It was the other man. From the second I walked in it was rush rush rush! I didnt even have one second to pick out my color. He rushed me to a chair and started taking off my old color. I was trying to still pick a new color mind you with no free hands. As he was working on my nails with the dremel to get the old color off right, he lost control of the Dremel (it slipped out of his hands and he kind of caught it with the cord) and pretty much butchered BOTH my hands. It was turned on and went from one of my hands to the other. One of my knuckles was dripping blood. I had stinging cuts everywhere. There was no sorry or anything. I then had to soak my hands in acetone for quite sometime and it seriously was an absolute nightmare. I also paid full price, no offer of a discount or anything. I have little scars on my hands. He just wanted me in and out of there form the second I walked in. I am very disappointed.

Service is professional and friendly. On the rare occasion a nail chips, they happily repair it promptly. The salon is immaculate and bright.

They are ways wonderful! The salon is meticulously clean. They use a new packet of sterilized tools for each client. Tub liners are changed after each use and they are always so friendly and welcoming. They do a wonderful job!

I am new to Arizona and came across Tip Top Nail Salon and when I entered the store I was greeted with many smiles. My Nail Tech Van did a fantastic job on my pedicure and my nails. I am so glad I found a good salon to go to

I’ve gone here multiple times and there’s always a prompt greeting, a clean facility, quality service, and a friendly group of people. I did SNS nails for my 2nd time with Van and they turned out perfect both times. Very happy with this salon.

B is great!! This is the 2nd time I have been to her. My aunt comes to her and makes me an appointment when I come from Missouri and it is a must when I come to Arizona to stop by. She always has my nails looking amazing and my feet look great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I just got my nails done it has not been 48 hours and my polish has little pin wholes all through it. My nails are FAT and one is BROKEN it is cracked down the middle and completely detached in a way it should not be able to for me to have just gotten These nails out on.I am beyond disappointed!!! I read a few bad reviews and really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I should have NOT done that. Don’t be like me don’t waist your time and money. I drive 25 mins from my houSe to get to this place what a waist!!! Don’t chance it.

Do not waste your money. They don’t do a good job at all. I asked for matte nails, they were shiny. I came back later the same week to get them taken off and they left some acrylic nail on 3 fingers and cut my finger.

My first time in and I will never return. The establishment is clean however my technician was extremely rough, cut me more than once and was overall very distracted. During my pedicure, watched TV while doing my massage and obviously lost interest in providing the service I was paying for because stopped massaging and just watched TV a few times. In the middle of my manicure, she got a phone call and decided to take it. Continued to try and give me a manicure while talking on the phone. Worse message ever and got lotion all over my sleeve. Ugh! There are just too many other choice folks- don’t waste your money.

I hope you take the time to read this before going to this place. I went here a month ago and the service was terrible. I asked for a gel manicure and the nail technician started putting on acrylic nails which clearly is not what I asked for. After that I was continuously told what I wanted done to my nails was wrong and ugly. Fast forward to the end of my experience this place is over priced and along with getting my nails and toes done I got cuts EVERYWHERE! I went in the next day with my mom to show them how screwed up my hands and feet were. They said they would give me a free pedicure and manicure the next time I came in which was great! I just went in today for them to give me my free nails as promised and they told me they wouldn’t honor that because I didn’t come in a week after that incident. Never once did they tell me I had to come in in a certain amount of time. I am so disappointed in this place and they need to get their act together. I am not the first client of theirs to get their nails screwed up. Luckily I went to another place called VIP BN NAILS AND SPA and boy they are amazing! It was easy when I came in and so professional! If you are looking for a new nail place please consider VIP BN NAILS AND SPA!

Honestly first time I was there amazing, but once it was time for the fill, its been the most irritating experience, one of the nails was crooked and when I asked them if they could fix it they just said my nail is naturally crooked and then changed it to said my finger is naturally crooked but then that turned into my hand is crooked, so basically instead of trying to fix it she just try to fill it again which made it look too bulky then finally she decided to just get a whole new nail but she kept trying to file it when the acrylic gel was still too wet so now I have a bubble nail that curves down too much, and she straight asked me if I wanted to file my own nail because she doesnt see how its crooked,🤯🤯 so all in all maybe the first experience might be great but after that honestly I would not go back especially for what Im paying its just not worth it which is really unfortunate because I thought they were going to ne my new nail place and now I have to find another one 😩

Pretty color I picked out but service was horrible, first she basically forced me to pay before my nails were done, then she used force to take my acrylics off which had me in so much pain I accidentally scrunched my toes inwards because of how much it hurt and messed my big toe up, instead of taking off the coat and redoing it like all the other places do she just put more on top and said Im done. She didnt even take the whole acrylic off my fingernails so they look all lumpy, I suppose if she wouldve asked to leave it I mightve said yes but being a nail salon they should have some way to loosen it off our actual nails with no pain at all, Im never going back Im sorry

I have been here twice now. The gel nail polish here faded or chipped both times. That has never happened to me before. Also, the tech didnt do a good job, there was polish on my fingers. The second visit she almost bore a hole in my nail bed with the buffer/ filer. I will not go back.

Trying to get an appointment over the phone is a nightmare, you deal with a nice lady who does not understand english very well and my wife and I have stopped going as a result. They seemed to have picked the lady with the worst English to answer the phone! But the Ivy and Tina are great at doing nails and my wife likes SNS which they do a great job.

My daughter and I had a terrible experience here. She asked for a gel manicure and the tech tried to upsale her to acrylics. After my daughter told her no for the fifth time, the tech got mad and quickly slapped on polish. No filing, no lotion. She was done in 15 minutes. My tech wanted to dremel my nails and I asked her to stop, just file. She said the dremel was better for my nails than a file and buffer. My nails are so tender and paper thin. I took the polish off today to look at them. They look awful. Never going back.

Please, avoid the nail technician at the table #6, I had her twice and both times she did an awful job. I always get gel manicure, and my nails are pretty long, so I always ask for more pointy shape. She couldnt make them look all even, some were extremely pointy, some ovaly-square. I asked her to fix the shape twice, and still anded up with more oval shape on the right hand and super pointy on the left...Then the gel looked almost bumpy and super thick on some nails, plus the color was all around my nails, it looked like five year old pained them.I had other nail technicians at this place, and I have no complains about them, but I will not take my chances anymore and wont be back.

Being new to Scottsdale I had no idea where to go to get my nails done. I called around to a few places until I found this Tip Top Nails. Henry did a full set of gel nails with the coffin shape and they look fantastic! I found my new nail studio. It’s clean and everyone is friendly. Pricing is not over the top rediculous either. The entire set only took an hour, which comparatively speaking my last studio took twice as long.

Never had a bad experience here in 12 years - always clean, friendly atmosphere. No idea how there can be negative reviews at this place ... Must be the competition 😊. Prices here are much less than resort prices

Very unsatified. The first time I was there the lady didnt even massage my legs for my pedicure. I wasnt going to go back however I received a gift card so I did and the man this time did not massage my legs and he barely scrubbed my feet. They charge 40 bucks for a gel pedi and it is not worth it!!!!

Had horrible experience and went to them hoping they could fix...not only did they fix and make my nails amazing but they stayed late on a Sunday so I could get my nails done....also very clean...love the place!

Moderately clean. Gave me a hard time when I explained that the color I chose wasnt the one she applied. Instead of correcting it, she said shed charge me again. So, I took my business elsewhere.

Run the old owners sold it, now the service is horrible
