I love coming here! They have a great facility. I always have an appointment. Sundays are quiet. The powder dip by Amber is amazing quality. Been doing powder dip for 10+ years and they don’t bend upwards on the inside of your cuticles when it’s time to get another appointment. They don’t chip and last me about a month. The staff is really friendly. Prices are reasonable and worth it for the long term results

I am always afraid of doing my nails in a different place because of the sanitary conditions; one of my friends recommend it to me. Great customer service, the price it’s worth it. The chairs can give you a massage, you have wifi and they have so many options of colors. Jennifer did my nails and she was awesome, very gentle hands. I’ll send and update. Thanks

This is a great salon. First time bags since covid-19 started and I wont carefully how they managed the cleanliness and they did a phenomenal job. Very conscientious and very clean not to mention their technicians do great work as well. I would recommend them to anybody anytime!

I always make appointments bcz I hate to wait more than 5 min. Plus I have appointments I need to get to. Today, I waited 20 min with no end in sight! This is now 2 wks in a row they were behind! So I had to leave without service. Nothing worse than sitting there being told 5 minutes! 5 minutes! When you know its not true! And then being told previous client came late! How is that my prob? I was on time. Late customers shd not get full SVC if there are back to back appts. Ill never go back there. Sorry Ann!

First visit due to a recommendation from a friend.I went for a pedicure and when I told the lady that I needed her to scrub the calluses on my heel, she told me that would be more money. What? Never heard of that.When she did put a solution in my feet to make them smoother, she almost screamed at me for touching. I have never felt so uncomfortable. She then raised her voice at me again when she saw I had a tiny smudge because I moved.I had a polish change on my fingernails and she did not even clean up the polish on my skin.I do not recommend this place due to rudeness, atmosphere and pure quality.Nobody should be treated that way.

Very bad service. I went in to get a pedi and eyebrow waxed. I was very thorough on what I wanted for both my feet and eyebrows. Since I spray tan I at times my toe nails will have a little of the color transferred. I was requesting to have have that removed since the rest of my feet werent bad at all, I even offered to pay more. The lady didnt seem to understand my request and was not receptive to feedback. I was kind enough to just forget about it. Then I went to the eyebrow lady and all I wanted was a clean up since my eyebrows are not difficult to do. The lady waxed half of my eyebrow and argued with me after I informed her that thats not what I wanted. At the end of the conversation after telling her what I wanted I just gave up and wanted to pay so I can leave. After telling the manager (which didnt seem to care) nothing was done to make me happy nor did they apologize. To top it off I asked why they charge more since Male eyebrow wax is more I asked why and the manager just laughed at my face. Never will I ever step foot in that place again. VERY disappointing.

Definitely would not recommend. I came for a gel pedicure and they showed me the options- all of which were expensive but i figured gel cost quite a bit more than regular. At the end i was brought up to the register and my total came to be $20 more because ‘gel was more’. I know gel is more, but they should have communicated that before starting. I feel like they took advantage of me because I’m young, not to mention that they didn’t care to apologize or work something out with me.

My husband and I visited Diva Nails for the first time. He hasnt had many pedicures. We both thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there. Owners and staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is bright, clean, and comfortable. Hubby is even talking about going again! Thanks Diva Nails!!

Got in quickly, 2 gel manicures. Very polite and professional service. Nice, clean salon.

Gave 2 stars because the nail tech was very nice and we had great convo. He talked as if he was very confident in his skills but nails turned out horrible. They are all uneven and shapes dont match. It makes me sick looking at them. Very disappointed. I do love the color. Tried to overcharge me and even other employees there had to correct him on his pricing. Wont be returning.

I always wanted to get eyelash extension so while on vacation decided to get a full set. I just love them! Im having a hard time to find someone that can do as great a job as this place.

Nice clean place. Sterile use of equipment for a pedicure, i.e. lining in the foot spa and tools were packaged. When Tech was done lining was discarded. Great service!

When I visit my Dad in Scottsdale I always go get my nails done at Diva Nails. They are so professional and I love love love how my nails look when they are done! Wish they were in my home town in Austin!

I made an appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist said I had to wait a few minutes. A half hour later their was still no one to do my mani/pedi. The receptionist made some lame excuse, but I had to leave.It is so unprofessional to waste people’s time like that! Why didn’t she just tell me the truth on the phone?

No longer a good place to go. New management is third world militant where the workers are scared and inexperienced. Both people to my side were equally annoyed at the service Not only did they charge me for a redo since the first one filled too thin so in a week several nails broke (never happened before) then they charged me for the fix and it was worse plus I now have an infected finger. Stay away!
