I received a fabulous pedi from them! The service I received would’ve been 75$ in Florida. When she told me my cost I almost fell over. Great clean service. Highly recommend!

I love this place!! 5 min from home, their work is great but I dont see the point in making an appointment and then still having to wait 30-45min. Made an appointment for 12, when I arrived they were with customers which I understand I can wait a couple more minutes but 45min thats not acceptable.Maybe consider getting more people especially for the weekends when you know you will see more customers come thru. Do not try to fit in everyone that walks thru your door knowing you only have two techs working.Doing this only makes a customer feel rushed and not getting the best service we know you give.

This place always does an amazing job on my nails and eye brows. Definitely consistent, no matter who you work with, they should do a good job every time. I always appreciate they take their time! They never rush!Some times they can be super busy, even if you make an appointment, you may have to wait a bit. But definitely worth the wait.I never get neon colored nails done, I did it this time to match my companys colors for a special event. Even with these crazy colors, they made my nails looks fabulous. I have been coming here for a good while now .. maybe too long. The nail tech I usually booked with was AAA+ .. but she unfortunately does not work there anymore. The level of service Ive received since then has just been mediocre.Many times, Ive booked the first appt for the day and had to wait in my car because none of the technicians were there to open the store. Finally, one tech would show up .. open the store, then proceed to set up for manicures and pedicures. They think telling you to choose your color will distract you.As clients would come in, the one technician would also have to make a few phone calls to the other techs asking how long before you get here?This is disturbing.Not wanting to lose any clients, the tech would tell those waiting that someone will be here in five minutes (which proves not to be true.In the meantime, Id still be waiting to start my service. Poor customer service. Disrespectful to a client for sure.The next thing is that many times, Ive taken time to chose a color only to be told that they are out of that color ..but not before they find a color thats close and try to fool you into thinking that its the one you chose.All of these things happened to me today. Its rare I can take some metime, plus at $70 a pop for a gel mani/pedi, I feel valuing your client is an important thing.I owned a skin care business back east before retiring. If my first appt was booked for 11AM, you better know Id be there an hour ahead. My clients would NEVER have to watch me set up and prepare for a service. And you better know that if they booked a special facial, you better know that Id have all the products I needed.VCan anyone recommend a professional nail salon in Scottsdale?

Went in for S&S, was just going to get color but the lady that did my nails also did such an awesome festive design without upcharging! Honestly my favorite set of nails I’ve ever have done for such a great price! Definitely my new go to salon.

I have been going here about 8 months. I found Michael and he is amazing! He is clean and thorough and knowledge in all nails. He is precise and can ALWAYS get my nails to look just like my inspiration photos. ❤️The whole staff does beautiful work. Sometimes there is a short wait but in my opinion Michael is worth it!

Wonderful place great fast service and great quality nails!! I’ve never had a nail tech actually put me asleep while getting my nails done. She was fast efficient and the nails are great quality and are holding strong! I definitely recommend this place!!

Will never go back! Made appointments the day before for 3 people. After our pedicures we proceeded with our nails. They completely skipped over my niece(a mother of four so time is precious) Left her sitting in pedicure chair and took other people that came in after us. I asked many times if she was next. They never took her. Ended up leaving. No apologies. Please go somewhere else

Worst experience ever, literally the lady at first tried to tell me a simple color and regular length would be $45. Then when i was thinking about it, i questioned her and she was like well I don’t really know, i ask the other girl who did my nails and she said $25. I’m like alright cool, then the girl cuts my nails so short like so short, never in my life have they been this short for $25. And she told me to pay before hand, I did and that’s why she did it like that cos she knew they was closing the register so i wouldn’t ask for a refund. Never go here ever again!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was very nice but my gel manicure & pedicure took 2 hours and I was sent on my way with polish on my skin. Definitely not worth the $70.

I wish I could give zero stars I would. If someone calls ahead of time and makes an appointment, you say it’ll be 25 minutes. I get there in 20. I continued to wait, as you took other people in the salon before me(without appointments). It’s now been an extra 30 minutes after the set appointment. If I knew I would be waiting this long, I would have went elsewhere honestly. I finally left. Never coming back.

I’ve been in here twice, each time brining a friend with me. The first time our nails turned out mediocre at best. The second time was a freaking mess. They took over an hour to even start working on my nails. Apparently there was only 2 people who did acrylics. They started my friends nails right away. So I sat with her and waited, finally a lady called me over and started working on my nails and half way through, apparently a “regular” came in for a pedi and she stopped doing my nails and started doing the pedicure. So I sat longer and waited for the very rude guy to finish doing my friends nails so he could start mine. Finally he did. So I sat down in his chair and I go “ oh no my polish” cause I forgot it at the other station and In whatever language he spoke (Chinese or something) he clearly MOCKED me and snickered about it with the other old Asian lady. He did a ugly, unskilled job on my nails. The turned out bumpy, uneven and some were thin others too thick. And he only did the acrylic, I was passed over to ANOTHER old Asian lady who did my polish. And the polish was dry as hell, and crusty so bad to the point there she had to tell me to pick out a different color and remove the old crusty polish. She got polish all over my skin, and didn’t give me cuticle oil, or a hand massage or lotion at the end. I walked out looking and feeling like a mess. I had three people work on my nails and they turned out horrible I don’t even understand how that happens. 10/10 would NOT recommend. 👎🏼

All the operators are always friendly and very helpful. They do an excellent job no matter what it: fingernails, toenails, waxing, even eyelashes!

If you go here, ask for Michael or Tiffany… They do the best work. There’s an older man that works there, very lazy work and not good quality. Michael or Tiffany are the only two that I will ever go to for my nails. As for pedicures I’m not sure

They made me wait an hour for a simple wax.one of the ladies said she will be right with me after she finished doing someone’s nails.and then after that she went to someone else and said she will do their nails if that customer didn’t say no to her about doing her nails who knows who much longer I would of waited.dont recomend

Ive had Michael two times, hes so awesome, I love how my nails feel strong and well painted. He can also hold a great conversation, I will be seeing him soon again.

This place is absolutely amazing they make sure its exactly what you want before they carry on and they are all so nice, they will find something to talk about if it gets quiet. Overall theyre just great !

Im new to nails. I greatly enjoyed my experience here. They were professional, detail conscious and reasonably priced.

Ladies there really mean and picky, they just want to do Full Set and Pedicures because is more money for them, but when it s time to get a fill they have you waiting there for 45 min to an hour and they just tell you to wait, so they leave you at last when all pedicures and full sets are done, horrible service and i got fungus on my finger nails for poor sanitizing service. DO NOT GO THERE.

Tiffany was such a sweetheart. I unfortunately wasnt able to make it in until an hour before they closed. Tiffany still didnt rush my service or give me an attitude. I will definitely be back.

It was my first time there since I needed a pedicure during my lunch break. I arrived before the woman who they attended to first. Maybe she was late for her appointment, I dont know. Anyway, there was no explanation, no friendly words of any sort, to let me know why they didnt take me first, I had an appointment and was on time. Then, a gentleman waited on me, and I immediately told him that one of my big toes was sore from my last visit to another salon. I couldnt understand his response. When he worked on the cuticles of said toe, he was really rough, it was painful. Even the heel scraping was rough and hurt. I dont think this location is for me. No friendliness! Toes looked fine though.

An older guy in the front did my nails and lord was it bad. He rushed them and they turned out sloppy and uneven. Every finger literally-looked different. It was bad. Never going there again.

I have gone here a hand full of times giving them the benefit of the doubt and Id say 3 out of 5 times were horrible. Sloppy and not done right each time. Im sorry to say but I will not be coming back ever again. I liked the convenience of them being located by my local grocery store right by my house but horrible work.

Not a good experience.. the owner/manager whatever he is, he needs to improve on his customer service.. while i was explaining them the miscommunication that had happened he started to raise his voice.. and the nail tech who did my nails took forever and didnt even do a good job on filing my nails..

Love this place!!! Perfection

Got gel manicure on Saturday, Sunday one nail fell off so I returned to get it fixed(no apologies from staff) Then Monday another fell off and then Wednesday another one and so on. I didn’t do anything unusual to cause this to happen. It’s so disappointing to pay $ 28 dollars for a gel manicure and then they fall off!

They are not cheap. But did a great job

DONT GO HERE!! I Made an appointment with Kim arrived 15 minutes early and she said I had to wait for someone else who didnt have an appointment. She wanted me to wait an hour.

I have been there a lot but a new person cam in and mess up a girls nail and she was mad. Never seen that before.
