I have only gotten my hair done here and kursten is amazing. She fixed my horrible box dye job and gave me a beautiful balayage. The salon is beautifully decorated, theyre always playing music, and there are super comfy couches to wait on. I just wish the parking lot had better lighting. It can be scary to walk out there alone at night.
This place is an absolute joke.I had an appointment booked and confirmed, showed up for it, and the building was closed.Kelsey never once responded to my calls or voicemails upon me finding this out.Dont waste your time or money on a business that clearly has no respect for its clients.Seriously. Theres far better businesses out there that would never do this to a client.Absolutely ridiculous.
I purchased a Groupon for a cut, color and deep conditioning, I was very excited because my hair needs help and this deal was great. Well it was great until none of them answer their phones, they do not respond to voicemails, and no one every responded to my appointment request online. I called three or four times before leaving a voicemail on one of the girls extensions that does salon appointments, that was Friday. I called on Saturday a few times, then come Monday I called a few more times with no answers then realized I could make an appointment online. So I made one not thinking it would just be a request, but it told me it would be reviewed and I would get confirmation shortly. I did this early in the morning before they opened so I stayed patient but never got a response. Tuesday came I called 4 times and always got voicemail (when I say call I mean both the Owners extensions, the girl who was supposedly reviewing my appointment request and two other girls extensions just to see if someone would answer. I also called a different number then the one on the website that went straight to one of the owners cell phones.) I called today, Wednesday, 4 times and no answer so I sent an email asking for confirmation or a refund on my Groupon. Im sure they cannot give refunds but whatever. I contacted Groupon as well and traded my service in for Groupon bucks because I do not feel like dealing with this. This is the second time i have purchased a salon Groupon and that one I was able to refund because of pretty much the same issue. This is the last time I will get a salon Groupon.
