I have used Luxe Nails for several years now for various services. Routinely I use them for SNS manicures and pedicures. I have also used them for eye brow wax and eyelash extensions. The owner is wonderful as is her team of professionals. They are all extremely talented and good at what they do. They are professional, personable, quick and provide wonderful service. The salon is welcoming, relaxing, clean and pretty. Happy with Luxe Nails!

***attention all***** the 1st pic is what i requested. the 2nd pic is what i left luxe nails with. as a physician with a hectic work schedule, i couldnt quickly request a new appt or go elsewhere, so i was left with the nails (pic 2&3) for weeks. do NOT go to this establishment.

The manicure didn’t last 8 hours! Worst manicure I’ve ever received. Nail tech did a very poor job.

When getting a pedicure here yesterday (which I paid $60 for), my tech cut the side of my toe and the wound is now infected. I also had paid for the most expensive option hoping for the longer massage that was described on the menu, but my experience definitely was lacking compared to my friends who chose the same option. (I was finished more than 10 minutes before them and their service started after mine did.) I was very disappointed and left pretty bummed.

Update 5 months later.. Von is no longer there and the lady that works the computer was multitasking checking out customers, and clocking out employees where I felt like I was not top priority. I left with messy cuticles and with a minor cut. It was unprofessional. My 5 star review will be going down to 4. I really loved this place so I’ll give it one more go around…Absolutely love my nails! Von kills the nail game. She always Perfects the shape, length and thickness. 10/10Update: my nails lasted a whole month with out lifting or breaking. Truly amazing

I got my nails done here last week and after a few days my gel chipped off some fingernails. I went in yesterday to see if they could fix it, and they seemed reluctant to help, but one of the ladies told me she would. She did my nails again and just before I walked out she charged me $35!!! She thought she was doing me a favor by giving me $5 off 😲🙄 She didn’t even warn me BEFORE fixing my nails that I would have to pay for it! I’ve never had such terrible service. Not to mention that the manager is super unfriendly!

Like many people, I had a favorite nail salon but moved and needed to find a new one. I tried several different places and I just wasn’t happy. I did a google search and saw all the great reviews for this salon and fell in love just like everyone else. I don’t have a specific person I see there because everyone truly does a great job!

I was on a tight deadline from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and called to ask if I could be fit in for a pedicure. The woman asked how close I was, I reported five minutes; I was told to come right over. I sat in the chair from 1:05 to 1:40 without being acknowledged, to then have to leave because I was going to be late for my 2 o’clock appointment. I understand the weekends get busy, but then I should’ve been told about the long wait... at least acknowledged. It was such a waste of time on a very busy day showing a real lack of concern for their customers.

I came here for a couple years and loved having a salon I could trust to do a good job consistently. Unfortunately I had gotten a regular pedicure (not gel) from one of the guys there and he filed my toes down so much that it’s been 5 months since and I still am having to get acrylic put on my big toes to help keep them from constantly breaking. I’ve never had an issue with breaking nails before. Unfortunately won’t be back for this long term mistake I’m still dealing with. Don’t let them near you with the drill for a regular pedi!

Stay away from this place! The manager is unprofessional and rude. I had chipped nails and went in to get them fixed. They didnt tell me until after fixing it that I had to pay for it almost full price! Never again.

My first time here was to get a set of nails for my wedding and let me just say it was the best set I have ever had!! This is about a 40 minute drive for me but it will definitely be the only nail salon I go to!

I tried this salon twice. First of all they are simply not friendly and that starts with the salon manager. She doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk in. Technicians speak constantly among themselves in Vietnamese, which I find rude. I personally dont care for a conversation during a mani/pedi, but in most places they either try politely to chat with the client or they are quite. This place is not relaxing, not very clean, its quite pricey and my gel chipped within 3 days. I will never go back.

I love this salon. I had gone to a few different places before finding Luxe Nails. They are professional, clean and do an amazing dip manicure. My nails lasted for 6 weeks and could have gone another week. I only had them redone becaue I really wanted a new color. Their deluxe pedicure is AMAZING! Good value and the massge was perfect. I highly reccomend this nail spa!!

Terrible experience. I have been going to this salon for nearly a year and recommend it to several people. On Friday I went in and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted. Kim was very patient, as usual, and we decided on a chrome polish w a blue tint (picture attached). I told her that bc of my skin tone the white base would not look good. She refused to do it and continued working. I pushed back several times and tried to explain that the white would clash w my skin tone and over powder the blue but she said to look at it in the sunlight tomorrow and I would like it. I TIPPED HER $20 simply bc I have seen her several times and she is always very patient and polite as she was this time. I waited until today and decided I would call in and let ANNIE know that I want it redone. I tried to politely explain the situation but she cut me off and told me to come in and she would look at it. I came in and Kim said they would redo the topbcoat. I explained that the base was the problem. She spoke w ANNIE who came over to me very aggressively and explained that they will not change the base. She outright REFUSED to even see the example photo and kept repeating to me that they would redo the top coat ONLY. I told her I had been going there a while and have never had an issue I was only requesting the same top coat w a more compatible base. She was very rude and then said “I can do it but you wouldn’t like it anyway”. They refunded me and lost a loyal customer. I called another shop and showed them the photos and explained what I want. They said that it is 100% possible!!! I am very disappointed with this experience and won’t be returning.

My toe has an INFECTION from the lady that did my pedicure. She was digging too far around my toe with her tools. Now its infected. They were very busy, but constantly took walk in’s over finishing my sister and I’s pedicures/manicures. Will never be returning to this salon

They overcharged me by quite a lot and when I tried to point it out to them they got very rude, pushy, and upset. They did give me my money that I was overcharged back, but altogether the service was awful.

Luxe nails is great! Everyone is pretty consistent and I’ve never had any problems here. LOTS of great color selection for SNS!

Nice place overall. Can be spotty once in a while but its pretty good overall. The guy up front that does nails and rings people up is funny.

I love Luxe nails! They are by far the best nail salon in Scottsdale. It is very clean and plenty of spa chairs. Of course they require a mask during this crazy COVID pandemic, no worries if you dont have one they sell them as well. All the staff is super friendly. I found the idea of what I wanted on my nails and they made it happen ! If you want some beautiful nails done go to Luxe!

I decided to start doing SNS dipped nails instead of gel nails. I had been going to another salon for over 2 years which I loved but wanted a place closer to my house and I found Luxe. I made and appt and had Helen. She was great at removing my other product and applied the new SNS product on my nails and she shaped them perfectly (which Im always scared of). I will certainly be going back for my next appt.

Brought my wife in to get her nails done and this is by far the worst job I’ve ever seen. She tried telling them but they didn’t speak English and still demanded she pay full price, when I came to pick her up she was in tears. The guy doing it was totally unfocused and should be fired immediately for the good of future customers, Horrible service! Not recommended

If you want great service and quality work. This is definitely the place to try next ! I would refer anyone to Luxe nails spa. I actually walked in at 6:18 and they did not even turn me away. They were happy to do a pedi and a full set which takes time and effort. They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased! Customer service was above and beyond here!!!! Definitely a place I wouldnt mind spending my money at. They will definitely have my business for a very long time.

Luxe Nails is my favorite nail salon!My nails were thrashed due to neglect during quarantine, but Mimi came to my rescue!Mimi noticed that my natural nails were not in good condition and she took her time hand filing each and every nail. I could tell from my first appointment, that this salon really goes above and beyond for their customers ♥️We are now loyal, lifelong customers and visit as frequently as we can!

My mom and I both got pedicures and I also got a full set of coffin shape acrylic gel nails with a matte finish! It is a luxurious set up with marble table tops & we were seated promptly and pampered! They did the best job that has ever been done! I usually don’t go to the same nail salon but I think I have found the one!!! I am seriously obsessed with the job they did! So meticulous and the attention to detail/ perfection!! So happy with my nails! They also use LED instead of UV which is better for your hands and they use sns powder which is also healthy for your nails! Will definitely be coming back!! 👍🏼 Thank you so much!!!!

Weak nails (by family genes) and I cannot use the gel or tips because of an allergy to the chemicals. However, their dip system gives me really pretty nails,Luxurious place and very friendly staff! I highly recommend this place. They are fast, experienced and professional 💕

I have gotten the best dip manicures ever at this salon! It was so refreshing to have high quality work done at the same price as other terrible salons. Charlie did my nails; he was very nice and did meticulous work. I was thrilled that they turned out amazing- perfectly manicured, shaped, and lasted a while! The salon is very clean and everyone there is talented. Will definitely go back!

Went for my first time to checkout luxe Nail Spa . It’s really good, the environment is impression, hot towels for legs, massages, and wide range of nail colour. The shop looks nice and clean, even with pedicure chairs. The staffs are friendly and professionals . Highly recommended to anyone

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just got off the phone (9:39 am) asking someone about the acrylic powder (acrylic fake nails) on the phone and the woman that responded was really rude over me asking questions. I wonder why people that care about their clients and future clients would have such a terrible customer service. I DO NOT recommend. I’ll go and get my manicure done where people care about their business

I walked in without an appointment 30 minutes before closing and they were nice enough to take me. The manicurist did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and I loved it! Prices are reasonable, and there are a variety of other services (waxing, eyelash extension, etc.,) offered. Its relaxing here, and I feel very pampered! I love this place. Talented. Professional. Great atmosphere. They have gel and an amazing organic powder (that’s what I get), many colors. This is the only place I have returned to. And if you don’t like the shape or color they will work until they get it right, at least that’s my experience. I’m very picky and they’re very understanding. They do same day appointments. And personalized profiles where they log the colors that you’ve used before and you love, so you don’t have to worry.

The owner was ANNOYING he kept suggesting what I should do for my nails instead of just doing what I already had told him to do...not to mention the design I wanted wasnt in his league so he tried something similar that turned out ok but not what I wanted

I got a classic mani here and was so impressed. The manicurists are so friendly and professional in comparison to other salons in the city. Wow. I am blown away! I went in for a SNS manicure and it is truly the best manicure Ive ever had. Ive never gotten so many compliments on my fingernails! The efficiency and care that they put into their services solidifies the fact that this is my new go to nail salon. A couple days later I just had to come back for a pedicure and I was not disappointed. I convinced my mom and aunt to come along and they will not stopping raving about it! The salon is extremely clean, attractive and well maintained. The owner Eric gives such a warm welcome, especially to new clients.

Yesterday, I came here to get my nails done and i didnt have to wait too long. Loved my technician because she had an amazing skill. I showed she a nail art picture then she made it for me very beautiful. She also used SNS products to make nails for me and therefore, i felt very satisfied. My nails last about 2-3 weeks. So all in all, 5 stars!

Went in for a replacement single nail and a color change for my daughter’s acrylics. I specifically said NO GEL, about 15 times to 3 separate people, including the one doing her nails. Of course they used gel and charged us an extra $15 because of it. When I reminded them all how often I requested no gel, they just looked at me waiting for payment. Will certainly NOT be returning! Shady practices!!

My mom and I have been coming here for almost year. This place is absolutely amazing. They specialize in the SNS Dipping Powder which most places don’t know what it is. They have a huge array of colors for you to choose. Also, it lasts so much longer and makes my natural nails grow out so nicely. Highly recommend Luxe Nails to everyone.
