Our absolutely love herbal nails! Not only do they offer drinks (who doesn’t love that!) but the facilities are super clean, and the staff is so nice and accommodating! They have gel, regular and SNS (which is my go to!)

Very happy with the this place ! Ive only had my nails done twice before this, so my knowledge is limited. However I have to say this is by far one of the best service that I have received for a reasonable price for what they offer. They were all accommodating to the design I wanted replicated and Johnny, the nail technician, was happy to carry out the request. He did an amazing job. They also have a seven day warranty in case something were to happen to the nails which I thought was really neat !! Overall great service and cute designs. Safety measures were implemented. I will definitely be coming back here :)

Exceptional service and atmosphere. Staff really know what they are doing. Equipment is of high quality. There is no cutting corners when providing for the customer here. Your pampered here with a glass of wine or two while having your manicure or pedicure done.

This place is amazing!

I love this nail shop. Its all organic, natural, no chemicals or funny smells. The staff is so funny, and friendly, and offer wine. A couple cool things: Anytime you check in on Facebook you get 10% off. Write a review gets you 10% off. If your not satisfied with your nails, they offer you a 7 day period where they will fix it at no cost. Customer service, on point. Staff, awesome, overall they deserve 5 stars.

Great spot for a quick polish job! They did a beautiful job in 19 minutes and used a special fast dry spray for me that dried my polish in record time.

This place is beyond incredible and I will never go to another nail salon!! Even though I showed up nearly 20 minutes late due to traffic they were more than accommodating and werent even bothered when my friend added on extra services! Tom did my nails and I will absolutely be returning to him for my nail fantasy from now on!!

They did a wonderful job on my best friends and my toes. I loved their massage chairs they were very comfortable. I loved that this salon didnt not have a terrible nail salon smell, even tho we wore masks I was happy with the smell.They were on a pricey side, but worth it for a scottsdale salon.

I had a bad experience the manager called me to make things right my nails look amazing now. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is because it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Also just a heads up to anyone reading this the parking is limited due to half the lot being valet so I would recommend patience when parking.

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now, and I absolutely love it. Kevin gives an amazing SNS manicure. My nails are healthy and look fabulous. Kevin is fast, efficient, and my manicure lasts an average of three weeks.Tyra gives a heavenly pedicure. Her massage is the literally the best pedicure massage I have ever gotten. Its as if she does it with love. Her hands are strong and talented. My pedicure lasts over a month, but I go back sooner because it is so wonderful.

This is the best place to do your nails, I went today for a French tips, they take care me righ a way, no appointment, two hands down, I love it, they know what they are doing, I am totally satisfied with the service, please ask for Anthony, hes the best, very polite and I can see he has a lot of experience. This is a great nail place. I loved the open space, it was very clean and nicely decorated. I walked-in without an appointment and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seen.Its not a typical, cheap nail salon but Im really glad I came here for a pedicure. I was struck by how much the clients seemed to love and know their nail technicians, which is not something Ive ever seen before.My nail tech referred to me by name (nice touch!) and went to work on my feet. Great pedi and service all-around. I would recommend.

This place offers water or wine which is always nice. They seemed like your happiness was what they aim for another nice. They sincerely want you to tell them. Next time I go in I may have the wine and I will ask for a pillow for my back. I will get a basic manicure and have them use their natural gel because they say it helps your real nails to be healthy and grow.

It was my first time going to them for a mani. I was impressed with how kind and patient they are. I am not familiar with the different types of manicures one can get. They so kindly explained the dipping power technique and would on my friend and I throughout the time we were there.

My heart is freaking broken... trying to grow out my natural nails and stick with a nice gel mani however this time coming in my nails were destroyed.... forced into crooked square shaped instead of my natural shape... i have been working hard on growing my nails out and keeping them nice and now that’s all down the drain... got so upset almost cried and had to leave... also brought my daughter in for a princess mani and was greatly disappointed the tech was rough and not friendly at all.... when asked to do two flowers she’s quickly and messily added random white dots everywhere not resembling a flower... maybe it’s because I don’t look like I have money but I tip good and after this I won’t be returning.. thank you for ruining My nails and my day...

Really nice facility, friendly staff and quality service. Had a different way of doing things tho- for my nail takeoff instead of soaking in a solution they slid a full acrylic underneath the old. But everyone was very nice and there was no rush. Definitely going back again ^^.

I have been a customer at herbal nails in Scottsdale since they opened and feel compelled to express my satisfaction with this salons service. The space is very clean and professional and has built a loyal client base over the past year or so since it opened . If you want a real treat have Tony give you a spa pedicure. He is terrific and you might almost take nap.

My daughter and I had an excellent experience! We had no idea getting strong beautiful nails could be so easy and painless. No odor, no UV lights, no weak filed down nails. We love this place!

I’m sad to say this place is like herding cows. I’ve gone there often on for a couple years and decided to give it another chance but the same thing continues to happen. They are always anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes late and it feels like you’re rushed with your services. It’s sad because the nail techs are good but the service just continues to be bad. You’d think if you pay more you would get amazing service but that’s not the case here. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and want to be treated with respect, and on time choose somewhere else!

Tommy did a great job and was very professional. I have very thin nails and at the last salon I went to, all the nail techs kept commenting about them which started making me uncomfortable. When I would walk into that salon, it was like There is the lady with the thin nails. Tommy did not mention that which made me feel better about getting my nails done. Keep up the good work.

Had a pretty good pedicure, the third Ive ever had in my life at age 74. I just wish just like all these other nail places that they wouldnt all be speaking in a foreign language.

Would never recommend or return to this place. Made an appointment in advance for a pedicure and arrived 10 min before scheduled time. Checked in and waited for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was still waiting. Then was told that they didnt have a nail tech available for another 20 minutes! Complete waste of time. DOES HAVING AN APPOINTMENT MEAN ANYTHING?? I left. Very disappointing.

Walked in at 5:20pm on a Sunday when they don’t close until 6pm. I was told the manager sent everyone home while the manager or person in charge was getting her nails done herself. I was denied a manicure and pedicure. If you don’t close until 6pm, you should have people there until 6pm. Will never come there again.

Wonderful service. Came back again for eyebrow wax. Jennifer is amazing! She did exactly what I asked her to do. I dont normally write reviews. But this nail salon is wonderful, and Ill definitely be back.

It is the best place to get your nails done. Service is alway fantastic. You also get a free option to order wine, champagne or sparkling water. Not many locations have this option. That is alway a plus at the end of the day while getting pampered. Love this location.

Here in Scottsdale Celebrating my 5 year anniversary and me and my husband come in to get Mani and pedis.-there were flies-there was dust all over the chairs and tables from filing and drilling- we didnt get offered wine or champagne- we spent 150+Tip- his nails are cut too low and not clean cuticles- I tried the S&S on my nails and they are thick wide and not all the way to my natural cuticles-my toes cuties are not.clean and the pinkie toes polish chipped when we put my sandles on- I had to ask him to use the toe separator

Horrible experience!! Charged additional $10.00 for making a line on my sisters nails. And it hasnt been 24hrs and polish is already chipping. Asked for SNS for myself, after asking the technitian a couple of times to make my nails the same length, he only filed one of them to make it shorter and the rest are visibly longer... I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I just had my mani done and Love it. This is my 6-7th visit and I will come back again.Sophia takes such a care and makes sure its Perfect! Prices are very reasonable for the amount of time and work they do plus they offer adult beverages. The Spa has beautiful and relaxing ambiance with awesome music and flexible hours.

Don’t try to call at 10 am on a Monday. Someone will answer and hang up on you twice and then when you try to call for the 3rd time you get the answering machine and no one returns your call. But friend made apt right away. They also charge $15 extra to file your nail a different shape.

Best salon in Scottsdale 👐 they have so many colors it gets harder and harder to pick one every time I go in. Theyre so nice they even offer complementary WINE if your looking for a good and relaxing salon this is the one!!

Amazing experience! I got out of work early on a Friday afternoon and called a couple of places to try and get in for a gel mani/pedi and no one was able to get me in. A friend of mine said she always goes to herbal nails because their product stays on the best so I called and they said they would squeeze me in as soon as I could get there! I walked in 20 minutes later and they started right away, even doing the mani and pedi at the same time to save time. I even got a free glass of champagne—it doesn’t get any better lol! Both my hands and feet were in rough shape when I went in and Cindy and Crystal made them look beautiful, all while delivering outstanding customer service and genuine conversation. Such a refreshing change from the typical retail nail salon with rude staff and terrible customer service. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back :)

This used to be one of my favorite nail salons in the valley until today. I went in for a SNS fill and to fix three broken nails. The start of my experience today I was burned multiple times while they were stripping my previous color. Next, she applied the fake tips to the three fingers that needed them. However, these three fingers were a COMPLETE different shape than all the others and a bit crooked. She did a good job applying the SNS but thats about it. When I went up to pay for my fill it came out to be $56!! I was shocked because a new full set would have been $49. I explained my concerns to the lady checking me out and she told me that it was $4 to fix each broken nails plus the price of the fill. WHAT? How does it make any sense that I paid more for a fill than a new set!?My friend that was with me got a full set and her nail color ended up soo chunky and the shape was not ideal.I dont suggest coming here unless you wanna be ripped off and walk away with mediocre nails.

When I first went to try the SNS manicure I had a bad experience and not at all what I was expecting.The store manager knew something was wrong and went over and above to make sure I was a satisfied client.She rebooked me the following day with one of their best techs, Tanya, and I have been a loyal client since!!! Tanya is AMAZING and I have so much fun getting my nails done. My nails have never looked better in my entire life!!!I couldnt be happier with their services and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Unfortunately my opinion of this place has drastically changed; and not in a positive way. When they first opened they truly cared about the customers needs and comfort level along with providing a clean environment. This is no longer the case. The air quality was no linger clean. My visit was rushed and I was left with the feeling they could care less about their clients. Also, the massage chairs for pedicures were absolutely disgusting and dirty. I will no longer use this place for my mani pedis.

As a first time pedi Mani customer, I was shocked to see how rough they scrub and exfoliate your legs...which was excruciating painful..I have small red bumps all over my legs, which have now lasted more than a week. My pedicure lasted a few days due to poor nail painting. The salon was not very clean either.

Very clean and upscale but they are always busy and the techs tend to rush you to move onto the next. You can get the same thing with better service and cheaper prices elsewhere.

Asked for 55 min pedi, they only worked 40 min, then they tried to charge 60 (full amount). We said something, and they discounted to 54. Thats not cool, not honest at all.

I thought They were very professional and friendly. The gel nails are an all natural powder, They went on very nice and still look great going on 3 weeks.

Very clean, nice place with friendly staff. Their herbal gels are quicker and last much longer than a typical gel manicure.
