I arrived approximately 10:30 am. I was greeted promptly. I did not make an appointment and they said it was no problem. I picked my nail color and was seated at the foot bath immediately. I got the deluxe pedicure I believe at 50$ - exfoliating scrub, wax, hot rock 20 minute massage. It was quite delightful and everything was done very well and in a timely manner. Overall a good value for the service. Why 3 stars? Nothing was sterile single use. All the tools were already used. There was a liner in the bath but a community grater was used on my feet and Im pretty bummed about it. Also I watched the nail tech pour acetone into the nail color I chose to thin it out and I just dont view that as quality.If you are OK with the issues above then this place is for you. The staff is very friendly and the store itself was clean.

I frequently get mani and pedi here. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. They always give me the finished look that I ask for. I highly recommend.

Ive been going to nail places for years...and so far, this is the best place, Eric and Susan really know how to take care of their customers! I lived in the apartment next door, but now I still go to this place even if I moved to mesa. I recommended T Pro Nails to my family and friends, and I always received compliments by how the customer service is the best and the service too! Highly Recommended!

I have been coming here off and on for the past couple years. They are always nice, sometimes there is a wait but that’s to be expected when you’re a walk in. I usually get a pedicure and dip nails. Every time I have been happy with the work they do!

I want to get a mani pedi done at this place after looking around for a couple different nail salons, and it ended up turning out nothing like how I wanted it to be. The second I got into the store the front desk assistant kept trying to persuade me to do natural nails even though I wanted to do acrylics. It took many times of telling her that I wanted fake nails before she would actually agree to do the acrylics on me, because she said that the Natural Nails would be much healthier and that I would enjoy them a lot more. She seemed very unwilling and unhappy to do acrylic nails even though it was what I asked for. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice and understanding, however the person who had done my acrylic nail set was not listening to what I wanted at all. I kept telling her that I wanted stiletto shaped nails except she was not listening to me and instead did straight nails instead, except they werent straight and ended up being fatter on top than they were at bottom. They looked really bad to the point where I ended up having to file them down straighter myself, because after multiple times of pointing it out it was still how I did not want it to be. She also ended up doing a dip powder, which was not what I asked for, and despite telling her that she went ahead and did it anyway. She was very thorough in her job, taking about an hour and 45 minutes to do my full set of nails and dipping it into the powder probably seven or eight different times, but she kept readjusting my nails between every layer of powder instead of doing it before the powder was put on my nail. Ive never done dip powder before so I do not know if this is a regular process or not, however it did not seem right to me. She was very nice and ended up offering 10% off next time I came in just for the trouble, however I wasnt going to come back. After a couple of days of having the nails, my set ended up changing color. Well I originally got a red for my nail, overtime the base of the nail had started to turn orange, and it is now a very physical orange with a very visible line between the two colors. These are not my nails growing underneath as they are considerably longer than where that orange line is. In one of the photos I added you can definitely see three very distinct color differences in my nails, except the darker red line in that picture is not where my nail ends as well. I do not know what caused this reaction however I do know that it is not normal whatsoever for nails. It was definitely a one-and-done situation and I wont be bringing my business back there.

Tony did a fantastic job! The surface is smooth and even, the shape is perfect. Tons of color/design choices. Showed up as soon as they opened so I didnt have to wait. But they definitely got busy while I was there, which is reassuring because that means they consistently do a great job.

I am so happy with my nails! This was my first time to this nail salon and I was very pleased. My nail technicians name was Tony and he went above and beyond. I was offered a bottle of cold water as soon as I sat down. While I was getting my nails done I got to put my feet into this foot massage device that felt good. I got a fill on my full set that I had done somewhere else. Now my nails are even, theres no hills and valleys across the surface. The coffin shape is spot on. I couldnt be happier!

Horrible experience. Dealt with an inexperienced and rude nail technician. I asked for a full set and he didnt even start with making sure to cut my nails and clean my cuticles etc. basic nail procedures!Also the other nail technicians would see him struggle and didnt bother to help or fix my nails. Terrible staff. None were busy! No sense of team work.The picture reviews are from a previous owner Im guessing because I asked for an ombré and he did a terrible job. Would NOT go back again!

I have been going to Tony for the past 20 years. Where he goes, I follow. This is a wonderful place with friendly talented employees. The atmosphere is pleasant.

My nails always look perfect when I leave. My foot massage send me into orbit and I always want to tip them more because it feeels sooo good. They always offer water. My 7 and 9 year old love getting pedicures here too. I drive 15 minutes to see them instead of the places within 2 minutes of my home.

*PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE* I accompanied my friend here for a pedicure and they caused chemical burns on her foot with an unmarked product. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to try and receive payment from her. She’s a frontline worker and this pedicure was SUPPOSED to be a treat. Instead she’s in tremendous pain right now. They deserve no stars.

Just moved to the area, and needed a new nail place. After searching around for awhile on a Sunday, this place finally popped up, so I decided to check it out. I’m glad I did! The service was great; everyone was super friendly. They have a ton of selection including chrome and marble. The salon was clean, and everything looked fully stocked. Sophia did my nails, and they look great! Plus, they give you a stamp card, and they gave me a complimentary bottle of body lotion💕 I’ll be back for sure, and def recommend!

Customet Services was awesome. From the gentleman who answered the phone to Lilly my nail specialist. She didnt rush and made sure she completed what I asked for! The extra time she took with the service was excellent. I will be back for sure!

I always enjoy my time spent with Lily and the staff. They are so welcoming and the service is superb with great prices.

First, right when I chose a color I said I want this one but only if its solid not a clear tint (because last time mine came out clear because their swatches are NOT true to color) she immediately said in a rude tone you cant do that because its not ever going to be exact while rushing me to pick a color. Then she got an attitude because she pulled my hand pretty hard and I adjusted my arm. In the end my nails came out ok. Theyre not smooth or the same length on each side. I wont be going back!

Horrible job, it took the lady 2 hours to do my nails, something simple and no design, she cut me 6 different times on 5 different fingers and didn’t apologize once. She over charged me. My nails after a week or so looked cracked, the acrylic is crack and yellowish, and they are really thick. I don’t think they know how to do nails. Never coming back, don’t waste your time nor money!

My daughter has always grown her natural nails long, but a few of them had broken so I figured I would let her get her first full set of acrylics. HUGE MISTAKE BRINGING HER HERE!!! The nail tech cut off ALL her long nails and gave her a full set of short nails in which the gel chipped off the following day.I told them I would pay for the gel and manicure, but they refused, so I paid the full amount and will NOT be returning. Tony is a great nail tech there, sad I wont be his regular customer anymore because of this. Hope that extra $20 was worth losing a repeat customer!

I wish I could give zero stars. I was a first time customer on Friday 10/26 because I was drawn by the 20% off sign. Upon arrival I was greeted, given a water bottle and immediately serviced. The gentleman who did my nails was nice and tried to upsell me acrylics and SNS manicure, but I declined and decided to stick with the regular gel manicure. After declining his offers, he rushed through my gel manicure and didn’t give me a hand/arm massage. Within that same day, three nail polishes chipped off so I went back on Saturday 10/27 to get them fixed. The same gentleman rushed with everything and put cuticle oil on them. By Wednesday (10/31) one nail polish chipped and by Thursday (11/01) ALL POLISHES CHIPPED. I called Thursday (11/01) to tell them that all of them had chipped. It was also a pain trying to call them because their phone lines constantly produced a static sound. The greeter/cashier suggested I come in the next day (11/02) and i agreed. Something had came up on 11/02 so I had to call back and reschedule for 11/03. I come in on 11/03 and I tell the greeter/cashier my situation. He looked at my nails and automatically accused me of peeling them off and I told him I had no choice because they started to lift. Then the same nail tech came to the counter and told me he would file and shape them for free, but charge for the gel nail polish because it had already been a week since I got the service. I tried to explain to him that they all chipped before the week cut-off date, but he refused to listen. I told him if I was going to be charged then I was gonna refuse service.This is by far the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. Please be careful when nail salons advertise discounts. I 100% regret tipping and I feel cheated out of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This place is fabulous!!! Wonderful with eyelash extensions that last longer than anyone elses. Plus, they just did my permanent eyebrows which turned out wonderful. The entire staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. If I didnt already have someone for my nails, I would come here for everything. And Im picky!

Went in for my first & last full set. The guy did what he wanted to do. I’ve never had acrylic nails before, they were too long I tried to tell him & he said need long. I tried to show him a picture of the type/style nails I wanted but he showed me a picture of Ombré nails. I said I want something similar to the picture I showed. He said ok. Then said “I do like picture I (he) showed.” Never will I get the fake nails again. The guy didn’t clean my natural nails. Left them too long underneath. Did not clean my cuticles. I don’t know if this is standard when getting a full set but I am extremely disappointed. Will never go back again. Too expensive for something I probably could’ve done myself.

Technician told me she could do an ombré, and she absolutely could not. it was very obvious she didn’t know where to even start and was experimenting with techniques on my nails. my nails are supposed to be coffin shaped and they are rounded, not straight, and just all around ugly. i asked her to shape them up and they still look uneven and rounded. i would’ve asked her to just take them off but i wanted to get out of there asap. i’m embarrassed to have these nails. i asked her to just paint them solid black and forget about the ombré. i will never come back here.

Went in to get a fill and my nails look horrible the clear nail polish isnt covering my whole nail. The lady made me bleed 5 times in different spot from rubbing my skin raw with the nail filer. I can see where the line from the fill is. Will never go back again. Great friendly people and clean salon but horrible nail job done with French tip. My daughters nails look great mind you it just nail polish on her nails and shes 6. My nieces nails witch are acrylic look good but not great. very unhappy

For a Friday afternoon before ther holiday, it wasnt busy. I had called ahead to make an appointment for 4pm. A lady getting a gel mani & 3 others at the pedicure chairs. First time for me here. The SNS dip manicure was suggested since my nails were weak & torn. They came out super pretty. Lilly took great care of me & my nails.

They have new ownership and it was extremely sad to see the change. The new technicians were bickering in their native language and it was obvious to multiple patrons. It was very uncomfortable because they made another guest wait due to the services I received and the other guest was angry at me and commented about it. Needless to say they rushed through my manicure and pedicure and wasnt there longer than 1 hour for both services. I WONT be back. It is sad because I was a loyal customer to this place

Brought my fiance here to get her nails done before going on vacation, and the girl doing her nails was not friendly. She had an attitude right off the bat, and was rude while working on my fiances nails. She was also argumentative and hesitant to fix the mistakes she made when pointed out. This is our 2nd time being here receiving similar service the 1st time however I thought maybe the 1st time was just an off day due to the fact that it was busy (not that that makes it okay) so I tried coming back and very displeased with the service and will not be sending her here any more. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Went for a Pedicure and was disappointed with the end results. The business was clean and the staff was friendly but the young lady who serviced me was not very talented. First she didnt cut my nails short enough, and I had to ask the to be shorter. She then didnt not buff or smooth the ends well. When they were fresh out of the salon they looked ok but later after maybe an hour I looked at my feet and could easily see my unpolished and rough edged toenails. The Sugar massage on my lower legs was cold and I could feel her rough nails scraping me as she gave a weak massage. And the lotion she applied to my legs was cold as well.. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this salon. Especially not for $25 plus the $5 tip I gave her as well.

Friendly folks, got me right in. Had a fill and pedi. Great pedi, fill Im not super happy with. The shape is right. They are over filled and a couple nails are what Id call lumpy. Live and learn, not all nail salons/techs are equal. The fill was super fast had the dremel cranked to the highest speed. I was the only client so not sure what the hurry was but she sure kept an eye on the time. Maybe it was time for her to go home she disappeared when she was done. The pedi was really good, I did #2 and the massage was great. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

Do not go here!! I came in for a gel manicure on Wednesday March 22nd and by Sunday March 26th my gel polish had already chipped on 7 nails. I came in on Monday to show them that my nails had chipped and was told that I could get them redone for free. I couldnt come in during the week because I work so I came in the following Sunday. I was then told that they only refund services within 3 days. No one told me that when I came in Monday. And I had to pay to get them redone. It was inconvenient for me and my time and a waste of money for such low quality results. I am very displeased with the service there as many salons would be willing to redo gel polish that began chipping within 4 days! If I didnt want them to last I would have done them myself! Do not recommend this place. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of places nearby with the same prices.
