This gym is pristine and sanitized before during and after each session. Ashley is as dynamic as she is thoughtful and professional. I have been working out for my entire life and I have found my work out home!!!I highly recommend this facility!!!!

This is an up-and-coming gym that is one of the few to be open at this point. The manager, Ashley Blok, is truly dedicated to making your health experience a success.And her nutrition shake is right up there among the best...ask for the flavor of the week. I tasted the lemon pound cake...YUM

As a new resident to Arizona, I was searching for a home gym with fitness classes, an energizing atmosphere, and fun-filled workouts! I can confidently say I received just that by onboarding with TruHit Central Scottsdale! Ashley, and all of the staff, are phenomenal to work with and make classes motivating and empowering! I highly recommend getting a membership of your own :)

Clean, Motivating and Fun! Ashley is amazing and helps keep your form in line to protect your body during your rotation. These classes challenge you and make you sweat!

I absolutely love the workouts and the atmosphere here! The new ownership has made this a wonderful and welcoming second home. Boris and Nicole are amazing, as well as all of the other trainers. They care that youre going to get a great workout and will make modifications if you need them. I love this place! Sometimes you can even score a 3 month membership for the price of 1 month on groupon just to come and try it out! AMAZING! Give them a try. You wont be sorry... youll be SORE but definitely not sorry!

A really efficient, fun, high energy way to get an intense workout in under an hour. I previously went to Mountainside Fitness and took advantage of their PPZ classes which are similar, but TruHIT has perfected this concept. Competitors like BODI are far too crowded for a comfortable workout in my opinion -- TruHIT offers fairly small class sizes, constantly changing exercises, and music that you actually want to work out to. Warm up and cool down required before/after each workout which is great.

Started here for free, with the January challenge, and saw amazing results, just like they promised. Yes I did the work, but I achieved the results because of the awesome trainers, they were always watching and correcting form to make sure I didnt hurt myself. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable about the exercises, and are very compassionate with every client who comes in. All clients receive personalized attention from all the staff. An amazing environment to be in. This isnt your typical gym, everyone here cares about your success!!

This place is amazing. It is under new ownership and Nicole and Boris are awesome. All the trainers are so very nice and helpful. They have helped me tremendously with my form. I have never been a fan of gyms or group workout classes, and TruHit has changed my mind. The classes are excellent, and you are working so hard, they go by so fast. Watching the transformation of my physique has been continually motivating. If you are looking for a great workout with amazing trainers, try TruHit.

I love coming to Truhit Fitness Central Scottsdale! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and have even offered me modifications for exercises that I wasnt able to do! The new owners really care about their members and take an active role in the business!

The lady partner(one of the owner) is a bag full of ass...disrespectful and full of herself. I had encounter with her twice and was very rude. Jeremy always sound patient and nice on the phone..the staff are great and the classes too. I just cant stand the rude ass lady. She needs to work on her ppl relation skills.

I absolutely LOVE Boris and Nicole, the new owners. Unfortunately, they inherited the prior owners online reviews. Even though its the same name, with the same services, it is clearly not the same business. This is definitely a 5 star gym!!! Boris and Nicole know every person by name that walks into that gym... Kudos to you for making that effort! Adam, love the way you keep everyone on their game... technique, technique, technique... challenge, challenge, challenge... keep going attitude.. Tori is super sweet, supportive and keeps people pushin on with her you can do it high energy spirit. Roci is a rock star... Ive worked out with her, but never had her as a trainer. Boris and Nicole... YOU GOT IT ALL and DO IT ALL... Collectively, they make the perfect team. Whatever style you like, its there for you.I have been a member at Truhit for almost 3 years. I started with the month long FREE CHALLENGE, which they offer every other month. My daughter talked me into doing it! OMG! It was so hard... but so rewarding! Being a health nut, I thought I was in great shape... running and /or hiking everyday. After my first week, I realized that I needed some serious work with weights! Through a healthy, protein rich diet and hard, hard, hard work, I lost 6 lbs. But more importantly I was able to do 10 regular push ups (not girl push ups) by the end of the challenge. I hadnt been able to do a push up in years. Im not going to lie... ITS A WORKOUT! Some days are kick a**, while other days I am just happy to get through it. You get out of it... what you put into it... Bottom line!!! Keep in mind, you go... you do what you can... and love the way you feel after! Remember, getting there is the hardest part!
