This gym has nice equipment that is well maintained and kept very clean. Its not crowded at all (and I like it that way, so Im hesitant to write this review). David, the owner is a nice guy and takes pride in keeping the gym nice. I think the price is justifiable since I can workout whenever I want.

This was the perfect place to get a workout in. Mostly interested in free weights and some cardio. Clients were friendly and courteous. Gym was always clean. Will be my go to gym while visiting Scottsdale. Thanks David!!

Top notch gym with very knowledgeable trainers. They have everything you need including physical therapy on-site which has helped me immensely. Best of all the people there are awesome. I definitely look forward to every workout!

Typical Anytime - small, neighborhood fitness center. Fairly well equipped. Good for what it is, but definitely not one of the better Anytimes as the reviews claim.Disinfectant spray bottles would be nice. People were wiping down equipment with dry paper towels. A lot of good that does at preventing spread of colds and flu.

Honestly, nice staff but if it wasnt 24 hours I wouldnt go for the price.

Ive been to dozens of Anytime Fitness gyms and this is by far one of my favorites. if youre not familiar, being an Anytime member gives you access to thousands of gyms across the country which all have 24/7 access.TL;DR - Great gym, new equipment, good variety, caring staff/owner, good location, 24/7 access, good price - Just come visit and sign up!All the equipment is brand new and clean. It feels nice to grab barbells and dumbbells without your hands turning black from all the dirt/grime that accumulates at some of these other gyms.There is a wide variety of equipment availble including 2 squat racks, plenty of various cardio equipment, full dumbbell rack and a functional fitness area. The only thing missing is a dedicated deadlift station, but there are still pads available and room to deadlift as needed.There are TONS of accessories available to make sure you can hit every exercise needed. More importantly, the owner cares about the gym and the people there. I remember one day I asked if something was available and he said not exactly, but would you like that? I was blown away that a gym owner actually cared enough to ask for my input. (I told him I didnt need it because there were alternatives to use that worked perfectly fine).Even at the busiest times, Ive almost never had to wait to use any equipment. (See my pictures, taken between 6pm-8pm) I actually stopped using my other Anytime gym because my workouts were 2x as long because of lack of equipment and the high amount of people.There is also a hydro massage station, and a body composition scan which is really cool! Kacie, the trainer, is awesome. She always has different group and personal classes going for people of all levels. Shes super friendly and knowledgeable and one of the better trainers Ive encountered.Ive been regularly using this gym for months now and all the members are very courteous and judgment free. This is actually the first and only gym Ive ever regularly attended where Ive never encountered a rude/annoying/problematic member.If you made it this far you must really care about selecting a good gym, and if thats the case then theres no need to look further, just come sign up!

I have been contacting Anytime Fitness directly since April 2020, to cancel my current membership. I have been reaching out via telephone and e-mail and have not received any correspondence since April. Not only have I been getting charged monthly for a membership I cannot use or cancel, they have now renewed my membership without my consent. The online portal says that my account is not one that does auto-renewal, yet Im scammed and forced into another policy.There are no employees staffed there to resolve this, so if you think the gym is even remotely being cleaned during this pandemic youre crazy. I would like my membership cancelled and will be moving forward in reporting this to my financial institution as fraud. Good luck with business AnyTime Fitness!If youre reading this, Id advise you to stay FAR FAR away from this gym!!!

The best gym with the best people.

Very poor communication from the owner. Paid for group classes and, while I understand we are restricted, cant get the owner to call me back to discuss options.

Just in town for a week. Gym is clean, lots of equipment and free weights. Didnt experience any crowds so could get in and out with no waiting.

Can not cancel membership with out going through many, many steps

I’ve been going here for a month and a half now and it’s awesome! The staff are very friendly and approachable, there is plenty of equipment for any kind of workout, and it’s not too busy/crowded. The other members are friendly too and respect your time and space. I’m really satisfied with this Anytime Fitness. It has a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. If you’re having a hard time deciding which gym to go to, I highly recommend this one. I was on the fence about other gyms too but I’m super glad I chose this one.

This gym is so nice! Clean, and all the equipment is in great condition. 10/10 recommend coming here! The owners are also so very nice and always helpful!

I am visiting Scottsdale, Arizona from Canada. The manager David was very helpful, he gave me tips on how to safely use some of the equipment. He also set me up with a trialOf the hydro massage. David was also a wealth a knowledge of things to do in Scottsdale. The gym was clean and not too busy. I would highly recommend!!

Anytime Fitness Scottsdale Promenade is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of!!! A few notable items;- David (Club Owner) and Kacie (Trainer) are both excellent individuals!! They are always willing to help and accommodate any needs and truly have a passion for what they do!- The club is always clean and tidy!- Club members are all friendly and all support each other towards reaching each other’s fitness goals!- 24/7 access allows for an individual to enjoy their workout at anytime they so choose, including holidays!- Keyfob main door entry provides for a great sense of security!I recommend this club to anyone wanting to reach their ultimate fitness success!

Amazing facility!! The staff is very friendly and take great care of all of the equipment and public areas. They go above and beyond to make this location the best Anytime Fitness I have visited. Plenty of weights and machines to get a full work out, even during busy hours.

The gym is always clean and quite. The owner of the gym is open to suggestions and constantly looking for ways to improve the gym. I personally requested 2 pieces of equipment to add and he sincerely listened and purchased them. Overall great service and I highly recommend this gym.

Anytime has everything you need, new & clean, never crowded, everything easily accessible, & last but certainly not least is the welcoming and accommodating staff. Also after business hours there will be many times when the gym will be 100% empty, making it feel like your own personal gym. Kinda wanna keep it a secret but there you go 🤫😜

Ive been a member for over a year, just started going consistently these past few months. To say its been great is an understatement. David (The Owner) is always in house, friendly and ready to help. Hes the first gym owner thats actually learned my name and asked for my opinion on things. In addition the actual gym is always kept spotless, machines are taken care of, and despite being busy Ive never had to fight over a piece of equipment. Not to mention the other members, always friendly and smiling, a testament to the quality. Couldnt recommend highly enough. 5 Stars.

It’s a great gym but it’s just too small. When the trainer has a client they take up a huge amount of space for the workout. In the open area there is basically enough room for the trainer, her client and MAYBE 2 other people to comfortably work out. People talk on their phones all the time at this location despite the signs. They even talk on speaker. If they attempt to take monthly payment and you don’t have enough funds they will automatically charge you $30 per person additional, even if you pay the same day; even 5 mins later. One time they tried to charge us and we did have funds in the account but they still charged us the insufficient funds fee, which was $60 because it’s my husband and I. We had to send them our bank statement proving there was money in the account and it took a week for the funds to be returned.
