This is easily the best gym in town. Seriously. From the atmosphere to the trainers, D1 just cant be beat. The trainers are so passionate and talented, and their knowledge of not just training but the science behind the training is beyond evident. If you want results and excellent workouts, get off the bench and get to D1. Just cannot speak highly enough of the owners, trainers and facility itself. This is the place to come to discover the best version of yourself and achieve real results through an unbelievably diverse workout program.Aside from that, D1 offers training for youth sports and the positive influence that D1 has on these kids is truly refreshing to see. In a day and age where kids are glued to their phones, it is a breath of fresh air to see them in the gym, training, learning and coming together as a group. And when you see the kids stick around the gym to continue training well after their classes are over, you know the gym is doing a lot of things right.Last but far from least, the community feel this gym provides is simply unrivaled. Overall, D1 really has it all and I personally and so appreciative to have found them. After trying numerous gyms and trainers in the valley, I can say that without shadow of doubt, Mike, Ernie, Colton, Dillon and everyone else at D1 are the best of the best!

We have three kids (14, 11, 7) who play a bunch of sports. We were looking for the right place to assist and support our kids’ development and to keep them healthy as they grow. We have been so impressed with D1. The facility is light and bright and the indoor turf field is great for the boot camp classes and combine testing. The coaches are super qualified and really teach the fundamentals of every exercise and every lift so the kids learn the right way and avoid injuries. They are having a great time, learning a ton and picking up the right lifelong values.
