This gym is not your typical gym. When I walked in I thought I was entering into a corporate office. The location was just huge and had a bit of a luxury touch. Outside, they had shaded parking and then walking inside you have to pass by the security and they also have one of those advanced temperature scanners. There were a lot of staircases and it can be easy to get lost.The great thing was the front desk security guy and the front desk lady were just so welcoming and kind and they were able to help me to find the place I needed to be at.You have to go up the stairs and then the workout equipment is along their 1-mile track which they have indoors. The selection of the workout equipment what not as large as you would see in LA Fitness but then again there werent too many people in that gym so there was plenty of equipment to go around.They also have a huge pool outside. Very expansive facilities.You can also take exercise classes here which is what I did. The teachers are great and really care about their students and even did and help with posture and form corrections doing the class.

Weve had a family membership for about 3 years now and we love the J! Were not jewish, but weve always felt welcome and have made great friends there. We enjoy being part of the community and often take advantage of their fun events and kids programs. My husband and I have even been able to get in better shape because their gym is well equipped and their group classes are awesome. Their instructors are definitely of a higher level than any other gym Id been a member of before, so working out doesnt feel like a drag. Very happy with our membership overall!

The Js facilities are top notch. Everyone is friendly. We love everything from the preschool, the beautiful pool, basketball courts, etc. Our kids love being there, it has been our safe escape during the pandemic

Great family gym at a reasonable price and lots of amenities. Max teaches a great class and the J is welcoming to all. Our family is not Jewish but the staff and members make you feel very welcome.

A very welcoming community center. The property is clean and kept up to date. While I am not a member if I were looking for an all in one health center and or had a family I would easily sign up and join. There is a great restaurant onsite and plenty of children’s activities.The men’s locker room is modern and clean (hard to find one like it amongst health clubs). All the employees are friendly and nice!

Dr Brian Geier is my savior! I thought I had exhausted every possible type of therapy, modality & alternative treatment available in my efforts to find relief from the chronic low back pain I was suffering with for over two years...then I stumbled on his ad in Scottsdale Health magazine proclaiming a better alternative to traditional pain management.I had tried regular chiropractic appts combined with deep tissue massage, also combined with acupuncture, I tried various topical pain relievers, arnica and even CBD patches. I did six prolotherapy injections and when that didn’t work we graduated to platelet rich plasma injections backed with an ozone IV to bolster the efficacy of the PRP.Nothing worked to provide lasting relief. A few days to a week of improvement but the pain always returned. I was a slave to constant weekly treatments all of which were out of pocket costs not covered by any insurance plan I know of or from healthcare professionals that don’t accept insurance or any kind.My very first appointment with him resulted in a 3-4inch increase in my range of motion/flexibility.Within 2 months I was realizing lasting relief in addition to consistent measurable reduction of both acute and chronic pain.In under 6 months I was pain free & no longer in need of treatment. The progress we made is holding steady a year later with only minor bi-monthly maintenance appts.I can’t praise or recommend Dr Brian Geier and his Myofascial therapy any more fervently!Go see him immediately no matter what your other doctors have said about you needing surgery or narcotic pain medication or suggesting that your case is helpless...Also, be sure to buy yourself the Dr Fascia tool to treat yourself at home between visits or perhaps to change the mind of a skeptical/reluctant significant other. You can even use it on your favorite four legged friend.

I absolutely love this place from the moment I started my membership. The in house restaurant is awesome.

My family loves the JCC and how it brings the community together. Weve had great fun at the Js pool parties, Kids Nights Out, Shabbat dinners, and various educational programs. I enjoy running into other friends and families when were at the J. And I love knowing that I can leave my kids with the J staff and feel confident that they are being well taken care of. A huge thank you to the J, its executive team, Board, and staff for all they have done to give the Jewish community a home away from home.

Had lunch at milk and honey I must say it was excellent.

The folks at the membership desk are really kind and always helpful. This is a really well-run gym, pretty affordable and a good value. $72/mo is a little steep for individuals, but the family pricing is extremely reasonable. They are also on top of repairing/maintaining equipment. For example, the pool is currently under repair, so they literally built a smaller pool next to it for members to use. Weight and cardio machines are well-maintained and repaired quickly when necessary. Additionally, the dumbells are really well organized - something that I really like and dont see at a lot of gyms. I cant speak to the kids programs from personal experience but everyone else seems to love them.

Loved the place has a super dusty mens locker room though, hope the clean it with the improvements they are making.
