Been renting with exotics for awhile and you think for the price! Your pay customer service would be outstanding! You book car online and than advise oh we don’t have any! They won’t sub! Seems like enterprise is going down! You contact customer service and it’s the same scrip! Starting to feel like enterprise is becoming hertz! Hertz can careless about customer issues or complaints! Good customer relationship can go a longways!

Me and my husband decided to just go for it and rented an exotic sports car from enterprise. They had the car ready to go we got a2020 dodge challenger. This car came fleet loaded with line lock and all Kyle and Michelle from Scottsdale location were very infirmary and friendly and me and the kids and my husband had an amazing weekend racing around in the dodge. Im gunna need to buy one now i loved it so much! Definitely might be turning this into a thing to do regularly for fun bright new and my husband closer ❤ it was an overall amazing exhorting even my 10 month old baby loved it! Our family is definitely a promoter of enterprise where for fun or for necessity reasons. We are loyal customers.

Enterprise was able to help me celebrate my 51st birthday in style. We rented the Dodge Challenger Scatpack and they even delivered it to Flagstaff for us. My girlfriend and I took off for a road trip to Vegas. Halfway to Vegas, I proposed and she said yes. Thank you for your part in a truly special weekend.

Prior to renting my 5th vehicle from Enterprise Exotic Car in Scottsdale AZ I spoke with Michelle the manger who could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I really did not know what they had available for the week we were going to be there, nor what model I really wanted. Michelle recommended the BMW M850. We absolutely loved the vehicle. Michelle was even more fun and pleasant in person than on the phone which I didn’t think was possible. When we got ready to leave my wife and I both agreed that Michelle was the best manager we had ever had the pleasure to deal with. At the end of the day we had a wonderful vehicle and the best customer service ever. Thank you Michelle we will be back.Wes EubankCharlotte, NC

If I could give this place a 0 I would. No one here has a sense of urgency, information that’s online is not what they follow in store. Upset customers already waiting so I really shouldn’t be too surprised. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.

When calling the message Asks you to leave a message but their mailbox is full and disconnects.

If I could give a 0, I would. We had a car booked today, but upon our arrival, we were told they did not have a car for us. The manager, Christina Johnson, was not empathetic at all and refused to help us. Other families were in the same situation and are also writing reviews about this manager and location. AVOiD this place If at all possible.

I have rented exclusively from Enterprise for years but will never rent from them again. After notifying me of damage I had to call to find out it was a chip in the windshield. I filed a claim with the insurance company and provided the claim number to Enterprise thru e-Mail since I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone at Enterprise. After a week neither I or Insurance company was able to reach Enterprise. Finally my insurance was able to make contact and send payment to Enterprise but I did not get reimbursement. After a week after payment I called Enterprise. The operator was VERY RUDE! He said there are no records that my insurance company had made contact. I offered to give the claim number from the insurance company - he refused to take it and said he would not accept it and would not contact the insurance company and even if there was payment they could hold reimbursement for up to 30 days. So I am out $300 with no bill and no date for reimbursement. ENTERPRISE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND TREAT YOU VERY RUDE. The worst part is when you call you constantly hear a message that they treat customers the way they should be treated. APPARENTLY ENTERPRISE THINKS CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED RUDE AND Very POORLY. I Will NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN.

I had a great experience renting a Lamborghini and a BMW I8. Jamie, her supervisor and her manager were phenomenal. I couldnt be anymore happier with the service, price and overall experience. I highly recommend not just the company but the people there. Next time Im here i will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service and flexibility. This is one of the few car rental outlets on the Phoenix area that acts as if customers have choices. We needed to rent during the college bowl game rush, so we checked out a lot of local rental locations. This one offered by far the best customer service -- oh, and they had the best selection of cars that were in the best condition, as well.

I called the Exotic Car staff at the Sky Harbor Airport to make a reservation for a car for my recent visit to Scottsdale. It was a very frustrating experience. Even after three tries I could not get what I wanted. Then, I called the Exotic Car location on N. Hayden in Scottsdale. The call was answered by Jamie Coz. What a difference!! She knew exactly what type of cars were available and for how long. Within 5 minutes I was able to make a reservation and soon thereafter received the confirmation email. On the day of the pick-up I arrived an hour before the scheduled pickup time. The car was ready to go. The paperwork process was quick and easy. After returning the car, I got a phone call from Jamie letting me know that the reservation was closed and that I will be receiving the receipt. It was delight to work with Jamie. For future reservations, I plan on calling the Jamie at the Hayden Road location even though I have to pay for a taxi fare from the airport to pick up my car. Very impressive service. Thank you.

Rented an Audi R8 for the day from Jaime with a flawless experience. She was very responsive to get the car reserved up front, it was in great condition, and there werent any hidden surprises. I definitely recommend this place for renting a higher caliber car!

Great service, had a Camaro SS for a wekend to Vegas. After I returned the car they happily took me to the airport for free (30 min drive). A perfect experience.
