San Paloma is a wonderful community with a great location close to everything I need. Very centrally located and has gorgeous pools and amenities. The service team is also notch. I have also had a wonderful experience with the office staff.

I just moved here from Chicago and the location is so central to many places and roads, yet not on a busy street. The management and service team are super responsive, friendly and timely in responding to any questions/issues that arise. The grounds and apartments are beautiful and maintained consistently. So nice to have such professional management, service support and features to enjoy! My last place had an owner who said he was a handyman...not. Any level request resulted in an attitude and took a lot of time to get a response. At San Paloma, the staff are friendly, ask about convenient time to show up, and even exceed my expectations.

Great overall experience at San Paloma from the initial tour to application, to move in. The staff is friendly and helpful, the property is very well maintained, and very close to shopping and dining. Im very happy with my decision to move here.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with the team here at San Paloma. I felt it necessary to put in a review even though I am not a resident as the Way I was treated deserves a 10 in my book! I literally just stopped by the office without an appointment and was greeted with a friendly smile and the willingness to help me find a home for a friend that was moving to the area. They are remodeling these apartments and they look fantastic! The craftsmanship is wonderful and the grounds are sparkling clean. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking in the central Scottsdale area.

I don’t currently reside here but have friends that do. This place is absolutely gorgeous and feels like a resort. The staff I have come in contact with has been so nice and always say hello when you see them out and about. I love the pool especially with the waterfall it’s super relaxing and I love coming to visit. Anyways I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something new to call home. I heard they are starting to remodel and can’t wait to see the end result.

My experience with Camden Apartments includes two daughters who have lived at Camden both as college students and after college. I have found Camden to be a very safe and secure place to live -- especially for young adults. The team at Camden San Paloma Apartments ranging from the management team to the maintenance staff has always been helpful, courteous and professional. Thank you Camden for being a great place to live!

I love living here at San Paloma. Since the Pandemic, they have made it very easy for me working from home. Their staff are very friendly and professional. Any service request I made, the maintenance men were very respectful and worked quietly.

I just wanted to jump on here and say ho blown away I am by the beautiful renovations happening at this complex. I lived here a long time ago and heard they were remodeling so I had to check it out for myself. The finishes are beautiful, current with today’s decor, and great quality. They knocked it out of the park with all of the great changes at this place. Also if you’re not into the newer construction cookie cutter complexes this might be right up your alley. It feels like you are at a resort and the property is spread out over a lot of land.I can’t say enough great things about this place you definitely should check it out if you are looking to move.

I cannot recommend Camden San Paloma in Scottsdale enough (and Camden in general...see below). They go out of their way to make sure you have a great living experience in every way. Plus (and maybe most importantly) their maintenance and the staff is top notch. If you dont have that in an apartment you will regret it. They always fix and rectify issues in a timely manner. (trust me, things will break in an apartment...just the nature of the beast)Who offers to help with rent when Covid hit and people were forced out of work? Camden did!This is the SECOND time Ive moved in to Camden San Paloma and the 4th Camden overall. I will NOT live in another apartment, period.Arent these enough reasons to at least strongly consider them?So many businesses now dont give a rats A about their customers. Camden is one of the real deals left.Stop looking at other apt companies, seriously. Just go see them.Ken Holland

My husband and I love our home at Camden San Paloma Apartments. The grounds are stunning and impeccably maintained. The waterfalls and palm trees make us feel like we are on vacation. Our apartment is spacious with a well thought out floor plan that includes plenty of storage. The apartments are well insulated so you wont be hearing your neighbors conversations, tv, music, etc. We spend many nights on our patio listening and watching the waterfall which is extremely relaxing and peaceful. The pool is gorgeous and quite large and has a large area off to the side with tables and chairs that we use quite a bit. The gym is always clean and has a variety of equipment and machines to use. I spend alot of time in the business center that is very large and includes a kitchen. The amenities at Camden cover many of our interests and needs and we take full advantage of them. The maintenance team is superior. They are responsive, professional, friendly and get the job done! The management team is incredible. Ive worked directly with Allison and Nicole and both have gone above and beyond to answer any questions we have and made sure we had everything we needed on move in day and every day since. We definitely would recommend Camden San Paloma Apartments to anyone that is looking for an apartment in the Scottsdale area!

As an employee of Camden San Paloma I not only work here but also call this place home. I have enjoyed my stay thus far and look forward to years to come. The service I have received even before moving in was exceptional and the entire team strives for excellence. They just raised the rent by at least $400, depending on which option I choose. So what was a $1365 apartment that was costing almost $1672 (fees, forced tv package, inflated common utilities, etc.) will now cost $2100-ish. Or drastically more if I opt for a slightly shorter term. Same very old apartment with poor insulation, a tiny kitchen, no security, and a lot of auto theft, but now at a significantly higher price. And of course, I have just a few days to renew or start packing literally right now and not have enough time to find a new place. The manager is nice, but one can only sugar coat this so much. Its a huge rip-off.

I have visited many apartment complexes recently while I was shopping around and I must say hands-down had the best customer service at San Paloma. They were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I will highly be considering this place and my decision process. You can’t beat the location and the grounds are gorgeous.

Allison Razza, the apartment manager, tthad to have an associate apologize to me for her lack of professionalism and disrespect to me and my boyfriend. From day one, this woman belittled me and made the moving in experience a nightmare. She called my latino boyfriend a criminal and wrongly accused him of drinking and driving. She will make you rent not worth paying for. Watch out for her unnecessary attitude.

My Daughter has lived at Camden San Paloma for years & believed in the company so much that she now works for them.In spending time at her place, meeting the staff & experiencing their response & professionalism, I chose to move to a Camden Community myself and I am so happy!!

The entire Camden team is great from the people in the office to the maintenance team. They are all very responsive and helpful. The community is quiet and is landscapes beautifully. It’s nice to be able to walk to many restaurants. I would recommend Camden San Paloma!

Both my son and daughter lived at Camden Apartments. They made the decision to live at Camden because of the surrounding neighborhood and the great living environment. The staff is very professional and responsive to the needs of the tenant.

Me and my wife lived here for 4 years at Camden San paloma. We were charged like 2000$ dollars when we moved out from the apartment which is ridiculously high. We were already charged with pre move out fee of 250 something dollar before vacating the apartment. And still they charged us with additional 2000$ for carpet cleaning and wall paint. We were not charged that money when we moved from one building to another in the same apartment.I would say that staying at San paloma for 4 years was amazing and all of our maintenance was taken care of. Great place to live in and the neighborhood is great as well. Lots of facilities and cleanliness through out the community.The downfall is they charge you ridiculous amount when u leave them. Ive never been charged with this money in my entire stay here in USA. So be aware if you chosing to stay for longer years.

Camden San Paloma is an excellent community to live in. Allison D made the transition for me moving across the country to AZ extremely easy and quickly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process. Maintenance here is great and usually fixes any issues the following day a request is submitted. They keep the community clean and looking great as well. Never had any issues with sound either.

This is a very nice property, well-located, nice amenities - and Allison and the rest of the management and leasing staff are terrific.

I was really hesitant to make this review but here we go:Pros- The outside of the complex is beautiful. The staff is pretty friendly. There are spacious areas in between each building for taking your dog out and walking and it’s well kept.Cons- so I should mention we aren’t in an updated floor plan, but everything down to the counters looks and feels cheap. Upon moving in, our dishwasher didn’t work, there were drinks left over in the fridge, several of the counters are scratched and discolored, and every drain was clogged. They were very quick to fix everything in a very timely manner and very pleasant when I addressed these issues.In addition, this place is just loud. We’ve had upstairs neighbors before and I’m sure these guys are just living their lives but I’m pretty sure it’s just down to the construction of the apartment itself as to why we can hear literally every step they take. Some of the construction is just laughable. So many crooked electrical sockets and light switches. Lastly, the overwhelming amount of windows is pretty on the outside but just allows us to hear every single car start and dog bark with clarity.

First off, I want to state that I have lived at 4 different Camden communities here in Arizona. Each one has their own unique style. One thing they all have in common is their great customer service. Camden San Paloma is definitely my favorite community of all, that’s why I chose to not only live here but to make a career out of it as well.

Camden San Paloma is one of the best properties I’ve ever lived at. Everyone here is super friendly and I enjoy everything they have to offer. I feel like the staff really takes care of their tenants.

I have been looking at many apartments and don’t normally leave reviews but felt that I needed to this time. The service I received compared to other complexes I visited was so professional and personal. Everybody I came in contact with was very friendly as well as completely knowledgeable of both the apartment and the surrounding area. This visit definitely stood out as my too choice.

I had a very positive experience with Camden San Paloma. I was looking for a place for my parents to call home and stumbled across this gem of a place. Although we ended up putting them in a retirement community I would still like to talk about all of the positive attributes of San Paloma.Let me start by saying how beautiful the grounds are. The landscaping is lush and beautiful and makes you feel like you were on vacation. The apartments are very spacious as well as perfectly laid out. They have fireplaces, built-in bookshelves and there was even a built in desk on the floor plan that I was interested in. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking to be in the perfect Central Scottsdale location.All of the staff that I came in contact with her very professional, helpful, and friendly. I can see why people move here and call this home.

I had the pleasure of contacting this apartment complex during my search. I came across Allison R she was very professional and knowledgeable. I received all of the information I requested very quickly and was very impressed. The grounds are beautiful the cat and it feels like a resort. I also liked but they included the Internet and cable at such a reasonable price with your rent. Well I had a wonderful experience.

What a very pleasurable experience I had with the staff at San Paloma. Due to everything going on in the world I decided to do a online tour versus coming in person. The person who I worked with was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was able to provide a great tour even though it wasn’t in person. She did not miss a beat and made the process very simple and was also very professional. I wasn’t able to tour the entire complex however from what I could see online and also based off of other peoples reviews the grounds sound absolutely beautiful and well-kept. I will definitely be considering this place when I decide to move.

Living at Camden San Paloma is great! I have lived at other communities and the difference is huge. They have a great team who is always wiling to go the extra mile.

The process from first tour of the apartment complex to move in and beyond has been superb. Emily is fantastic: she’s a pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable, straightforward, responsive, and made the entire process so easy. Plus, she took social distancing and mask- wearing seriously, a huge plus. The apartments themselves are lovely, the complex is beautiful, and maintenance was super quick about getting to my initial requests. All in all, I couldn’t ask for more, and am proud to call Camden San Paloma home.

I was approached by Emily in leasing about something in regards to my lease, which turned into a conversation about something traumatic I had experienced during the week. The conversation turned extremely emotional for me. To my surprise, as I was leaving my apartment to run an errand, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers at my doorstep and a voicemail on my phone from Emily hoping my week got better and she was sorry for what happened. Wow. Talk about going above and beyond. I was not expecting that but I am so grateful for the gesture, and can honestly say these are good people and am proud to be apart of this community.

As a employee of Camden I’m very pleased to say living here at San Paloma has been an amazing experience. I’ve lived in 2 apartments here and both of them were in different locations on the property so I can say that I’m living in a safe and healthy environment. I’m looking forward to the schools around here to start up so I can have my daughter attend school in a Scottsdale district cause all I’ve heard were good things about the schools around the community!!!

Absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service that I’ve received while apartment hunting but also with the level of the attention to detail regarding how beautifully kept the grounds are. The location is perfect and very centrally located making it easy to get anywhere plus there is so much to do within the neighborhood and very walkable to restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. Also the pool area looks very inviting with a really cool water feature. I had an all-around wonderful experience.

I recently just toured this beautiful apartment community and was absolutely wowed by the excellent customer service I received. Both Alisons in the office treated me so kindly and with great knowledge of the community and the surrounding area. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the apartment community was very very clean.I have seen many apartment communities in the past and this by far was the best I have seen. They may not be brand new but the floor plans and grounds as well as the amenities were by far the best!Thank you San Paloma for making us feel right at home

Camden San Paloma is by far one off the nicest apartment communities I have had the pleasure of touring. The apartments are not new however they have been maintained extremely well over the years. You can tell the company cares about the community and how it looks. The apartments are clean, well kept, and have a very homey comfortable feel. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This place is in the perfect location for me as it is close to everything.

Nice and quite apartment. Maintenance has resolved my reports within a very reasonable window and are pleasant when I see them around the property. The gym is normally occupied when I go, but everyone is very nice and normally there is equipment available. During tolerable weather I walk to the nearby restaurants and shops which was not something I was comfortable doing with other apartments.

I truly adore this community! It has been such a joy to reside in this beautifully kept property. The lovely ladies in the leasing office are caring, polite, and professional. Not only do they show kindness and concern, they are ever so helpful. The maintenance staff is exceptional! I have never come across a more superior team of gentlemen. These men, especially the maintenance supervisor, excel in all they do. Their diligence and knowledge are a wonderful respite from the maintenance staff that was at my previous abode. The abounding character of this team is absolutely astonishing in this day and age of self. It is my pleasure to recommend this splendid community to any one who would like to be able to say of their living space, This is my home sweet home.

I enjoy living here. This is by far one of the most amazing complexes I have ever lived at. It is very well kept, the grounds are so beautiful and the scenery is very tropical. I feel like I am living in paradise. One thing I truly appreciate is Emily in the office. Anytime I have a concern or question, she always has an answer for me. Camden San Paloma I’m in such a great community!It’s so close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It’s also conveniently located between the 101 and 51, close to major hospitals and malls. We love heading up to the Quarter, down to Fashion Square Mall and over to Biltmore.The staff is pleasant to work with as well as efficient. Management keeps the community up to date doing property improvements left and right and if there are any issues they are quick to let the community know ASAP.Units themselves are spacious and upgraded nicely! They even give a gift at the time of renewal so that my home is always looking as good as possible even after living here for years.

I just rented a casita here and its gorgeous! Like owning your own home, but with all amenities of a large apartment complex! Included in your rent are high speed internet, cable with HBO and valet trash service every evening! Manager Allison Raza and Asst. Manager, Allison Dollmeyer are fantastic! I would highly recommend the Camden San Paloma and all its amenities to anyone looking to live in luxury in Scottsdale, AZ!🤩

I highly recommend Camden San Paloma as a place to live. When I walked into the leasing office Allison greeted me with a big smile. The entire team was polite, welcoming, warm, and genuinely cared about my needs and well being. I would be comfortable living at this community. Parking is amazing there they have open space parking so there is never an issue finding a spot for friends and family. The area looked well maintained, dog park is great, multiple pools, and grills.

Excellent staff. Devin has especially brought professionalism, a relaxed demeanor, and a smile to all my interactions with him. I would hire him to my own business.

Sadly my family & I had to move but Camden San Paloma is probably one of the best places I have ever lived in the Arizona valley that I have called home for 41 yrs. If we ever had to move back in that area San Paloma Id love to call home again.

I love this community because the environment here as well as the staff is amazing! What I really like is its very near to Old Town Scottsdale as well as all the wonderful shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. We are also very close to Costco, Target, Walmart, Staples and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. The Manager is very kind and helpful as is the rest of the team. I recently had a request with the refrigerator, and maintenance quickly came to check fixed it for me.Thanks you for being so quick to solve the mystery! I would highly recommend Camden San Paloma. The service is outstanding!

I had an outstanding experience at Camden San Paloma. I was treated like family and very much enjoyed my tour. The complex was immaculate and the landscaping was like a resort. I must also say the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Beautiful place with wonderful customer service.

This apartment is located very close to all the best places in Scottsdale, and only a short drive to Old Town or Paradise Valley. The office staff are very friendly and want to make sure youre satisfied with your stay here. The shining star to me are the maintenance staff, they are friendly and work so hard to fix whatever needs fixing asap. Not a day goes by that I dont see Joshua and Kris driving around and they always make sure to wave and smile and ask how my day is going. I highly recommend Camden San Paloma, its truly a great place to live in a great location with great amenities and friendly staff!

The maintenance guys are good. Devin goes above and beyond for any request that is out in as well as going above and beyond to keep this complex prestigious.

I absolutely LOVE calling this AMAZING property home! It is so clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and helpful, which is sometimes hard to find when searching for a new place to live. The maintenance team is AWESOME! They have been on top of all of the work orders (very few) that I have put in. Not only are they lightning fast to respond, but they are courteous, knowledgeable, and VERY respectful and trustworthy. I am elated to call this place home for years to come!

This property is amazing! Jerry, the maintenance guy is always smiling and friendly when he is seen about the property. I really like Camden San Paloma so far! My family and I moved in almost a month ago. The property is well maintained and looks lovely. We had some issues with the apartment when we moved in but they were dealt with right away. The maintenance crew is phenomenal; they are professional and friendly, and I really appreciate how hard those guys work! Problems get fixed right away! Emily DuVall is also amazing! She showed us around when we were thinking about moving in, and she was very professional and a genuinely caring person. She also went above and beyond to make sure the issues were dealt with after we moved in and made sure we were happy. I appreciate the kindness shown by the employees of Camden San Paloma and I LOVE that its a non-smoking property as well- providing living excellence indeed! I would recommend living here to anyone!

This apartment complex is poorly managed by rude and condescending staff, particularly Allison at the front office. At many times it feels less well managed than college dorms. During our time here they have removed key amenities that we chose to live in this complex for. Rent has stayed the same with these reduction of amenities. Ongoing issues with laminates of the showers and countertops chipping. Ongoing noise issues from repairs next door or upstairs that take over a week to address each time. The location is really well situated in Scottsdale. Great access to parks, grocery stores, and freeways. Live in the area for sure but in another community.

My experience at San Paloma has been wonderful. I had an accident which has taken me approximately two years to recover from and Just as I was to go to rehab, COVID 19 hit. To my rescue came the Camden San Paloma Team:Allison Razza, Allison Dollmeyer, Emily DuVall, Jerry Towner, Justin Collins, J Lopez, & Devin McPhersonBeing very self-sufficient (at least I thought I was), I thought I could take care of my own business—not really! Here and there, I called Allison Razza, Allison Dollmeyer and Emily DuVall and asked for their help in picking up my mail from the mailbox as it was too far to walk, dropping things off at my home, and doing an occasional nice gesture for me. My recuperation, at home, was mainly due to their kindness in helping me out. I am almost ready to do my pirouettes down Scottsdale Road.Thank you everyone for all of your thoughtfulness and compassion during this time in my life.

Kris is an awesome technician we have in our Camden San Paloma community. He always tries to make sure that service requests are perfectly fulfilled. Last time we had problem in AC and he came almost within an hour and fixed the issue. He also fixed another side issue. Nice guy who whenever meets, greets us. Thanks for helping camden neighborhood. Ive had a great time living at San Paloma. Its a very dog friendly community which is a huge plus for me. Also, whenever there has been a maintenance issue, Ive gotten help and gotten it fixed incredibly quickly. Definitely planning on renewing my lease.

I have had great experiences with all 3 of our fantastic maintenance guys. Jerry, Kris and Josh are all great at what they do and will do their best to get to your maintenance issue as quickly as they can...even when they are swamped. And you can count on them to always be friendly and have a great attitude...again, even when they are swamped.

Thank you Emily for helping answer questions and keeping us up to date with procedures and making our day to day living as easy and care free as possible. We’ve had questions and concerns regarding Covid-19 news and rules going forward like many people and Emily has been on the ball. It’s nice to feel the care and help from the the first face we saw when we originally looked at a unit her at San Paloma.

Camden San Paloma is one of the most beautiful, resort-style apartment complexes I have seen. I toured San Paloma with my mother and we both had a great experience! Emily gave us a wonderful tour and was kind and enjoyable to interact with! She was patient and answered every question we had (we had a lot of questions!). The property has the best amenities of any other place I have seen in the surrounding area, including two pools, a sand volleyball court, tennis court, and a fitness center with dry sauna! The apartment we looked at was spacious and updated! Thank you to the Camden San Paloma staff (especially Emily) for a wonderful experience!Update: I have been living in Camden San Paloma for about 5 months and I am most impressed by the maintenance team. Kris is helpful, friendly, hard working, and professional. Whenever I have a maintenance issue he is at my apartment quickly and has the issue fixed in a timely and efficient manner! I have spoken to other tenets and Kris is a favorite of everyone at Camden!

Very nice apartment complex in convenient area of Scottsdale. Property management personnel are helpful and quick with repairs needed (one of the grills wasn’t working and it was fixed that afternoon).Pools, fitness room and coffee bar are clean and very well maintained.Totally enjoyed staying at this property.

San Paloma is amazing! The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Maintenance personnel are always around to make this place look absolutely beautiful and any repairs if needed are done efficiently and on time (Erin is my man!) Allison in the office is very helpful! Amenities are awesome too.

Living at Camden is the best.. the way the staff treats you is so wonderful always professional when you put in a Service Request they fix it so quickly!!! I love how the grounds and amenities are keep up so well. Also my neighbors are wonderful. It feels like living in a resort it is perfect !!!

Camden is a great community. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. Most keep to themselves but those that socialize are pleasant. Whenever anything goes wrong maintenance is always quick to fix it. I never have any worries with them in my home while i am away which takes stress off of me. Thanks kris and team keep doing an excellent job!

Camden San Paloma staff been very awesome. In particular Lonnie the assistant manager at Camden Sam Paloma. He makes our short stay with the apartment complex pleasant. His quickness providing any assistant with the tenant needs helped us decreased our moving out less stressful.

I’ve lived in many apartments (specifically 8) and this is by far my favorite one!! The maintenance staff here is phenomenal and make sure to always be there when you need them.

We only rented at Camden for a short while but they were always quick to help when we needed something fixed or serviced. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the office and the maintenance staff are always waving and smiling. Camden is very central and located around everything we liked, and it was nice to be able to walk to dinner or surrounding stores. We ran into a few problems however, some things are very cheaply renovated and the wall outlets rarely held our cords. I was able to walk through our neighbors apartment who had a more updated kitchen and bathrooms with granite counters that I probably would have been happy to pay more for. The moving out process was a little disorganized as well, a walk through would have been nice with an employee but we simply handed over our keys and that was it. Two weeks later we were charged a hefty fine, almost the amount of our rent, for carpet replacement from the odor. We never had a pet, but we did potty train our son in the apartment and two young kids can be messy. We understood that it could have been a bit abused, but my mother in law and I scrubbed the carpet and cleaned it well before leaving, even to the point where we made sure to put carpet freshener in every room. In the last few weeks of our stay there were also many weekend/week renters which made us feel a little on edge as the police were called to an altercation right next door to us. With two young children I wanted us to feel safe, but a week after that my husband was followed home from a walk with the kids, right up to the door and when I brought it up to Camden they weren’t able to do anything because it wasn’t caught on camera. We ended up leaving the week before our rent was up so we didn’t have to face more problems like that. Nonetheless, Camden was a good place to stay for us but we probably would look elsewhere if we decide to rent again. For that kind of money I’m sure we could find something a little more kid friendly but it was a good starter apartment.

The maintenance staff is very friendly and prompt. If the problem isnt fixed right the first time, they always come back until it is done. Neighbors and office staff are friendly as well. The grounds are great. I love taking a walk around the complex to enjoy the rock pools and fountains. One negative, they paint the tubs and tile instead of re-glazing them so now I have paint peeling off my bath tub.

Ive been a resident for 3 years and I love living here. The properly is beautiful and well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. My personal favorite employee is Allison at the front desk. Im always welcomed in the office and taken care of with a smile, efficiency and concern. I dont have any trouble with maintenance in my apartment. I would suggest living here to anyone whos looking for a place to call home. #teamcamdensanpaloma

I have been a resident of Camden San Paloma for 2 years. I love living here and when family comes to visit they always comment on how the community looks like a resort! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and when I have had problems they resolved it immediately. They even came by and cleaned my doorway and welcome mat as a thank you for living in the community for a while! It was such a sweet surprise to come home to. I am an employee of Camden but I have chosen to stay at Camden San Paloma so long because I know I wouldnt get everything I need somewhere else. The community is so close to everything I need, it is well taken care of and my neighbors are quiet and respectful.

Beautiful place to live and wonderful friendly staff. Kris V is my favorite, always waves and chats with me when we can. Hes done some service on my unit and was really professional and efficient. Makes you feel really comfortable at home.

Very much appreciated the AC help 7/22 given by Kris and Josh. They kept us informed along the way and fixed the problem. Appreciated their people skills also.

The place itself is nice to live in but it’s becoming old and every other week I need to call in for another issue with the sink, the toilet etc With how much they charge now they could at least renew the sink, but when I’ve asked for it they said no, of course.BUT that’s not the hard part- watch out your bills!!! Every other month they’re adding another thing to your bill without letting anyone know, “ohhh yes, that was added to our services here and then” and my bill on water and waste was 45$ couple yrs ago and now it’s 75$! And I’m home WAY less because I travel for work now! Also, just couple months ago they raised my rate by over 150$ and had no one to talk to so it felt like “it is what it is”!!! And when I signed the renewing of that last lease the “manager” told me “what you’re signing on right now is including EVERYTHING!” So I asked “water and waste too?” She said Yes, guess what happened when I got my bill? It didn’t!!! But I don’t have the energy for those wars, go prove what she said... So BE CAREFUL when u sign in for all their “additions”.Lived here almost 4 years, it was really great at the first couple years! There was manager here named Jeff, he was great and u could always feel like u have someone to talk to with any problem, then Sara replaced him, she was amazing too! Now there’s this “manager” that is really cold and not helpful AT ALL!!! When I was renewing my lease the last time because I had NO OTHER CHOICE, out of location reasons, she was really short and rude and like using the fact I had no choice but to renew my lease, she helped with NOTHING but pushing me to “sign it and that’s it”! Of course she’ll be nice when u come in, but don’t let it confuse u, I got REALLY disappointed when I needed to take a sec and decide, it was like “it is what it is” kinda feeling! When u deal with people u gotta be patient and have a sort of relationship with your clients, I don’t like going to that office even if I have a problem I need to solve because I don’t want my day to be ruined by her vibes. If I had more time and location wasn’t my 1st priority I wouldn’t stay here another sec...

I just want to give a shout out to a few of the maintenance Techs, Josh & Kris! I had been having issues with our refrigerator. They came out the day after I put the service request in. Replaced a few parts, I was still having issues shortly after. So they replaced the fridge with a new one. Got rid of the old one. & even helped me move over our perishable foods to the new refrigerator! Thank you both for all you do always great service!

We moved in a little over a month ago and absolutely are enjoying our new home! Everyone is fabulous! Leasing agent Emily is awesome! Manager Alison is wonderful! Maintenance Tech Kris is super friendly and helpful!Since moving in, the outside was being painted, turned out so beautiful! The carport was painted to match, and even as other repairs are happening it is only a minor inconvienence. The staff make sure to notify you of the happenings.Events are hosted and all residents are welcomed.Toured, saw the apartment we would be renting, and absolutely felt at home. From a very helpful and friendly Emily to anyone we met, we felt right at home. The ammenities are incredible! Cannot wait to move into our new home this week!

Had an amazing experience with Camden! Jeff and Christina in the office were always so helpful and cheery! Zero problems with maintenance requests and any complaints were taken care of promptly. Beautiful, spacious apartments... stunning kitchens for a great cost, especially for the Scottsdale area!! I would definitely recommend Camden to a friend!

The maintenance team at Camden San Paloma is awesome! They are very friendly and timely. Special shout out to Eric Blair who has gone above and beyond for us this past month. He fixed our air conditioning and ice maker. He even took extra time out of his day to jump start our car when the battery died. Thank you Eric for coming to our rescue!

One of the nicest properties Ive ever been to. The amenities were great and the landscaping is beautiful. The staff was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend Camden San Paloma to anyone looking for a home.

The culture of cleanliness, kindness, and attention to detail by the staff for the residents is impeccable. In specific, employee Emily Duvall is always attentive, friendly, and even brings residents popsicles on hot days! Love being a part of this community.

We are happy with how swiftly Camden and Joshua Gomez attended to our complaint of broken microwave door. We have an upgraded oven now and it was fixed on the same day. Thank you so much !

Not a great place to live. They are older apartments and they have been cheaply renovated. There has been a lot of turn over in management staff so there is no continuity when it comes to service. In a span of just a few months my garbage disposal, washer, dryer and toilet all broke. The water is constantly being shut off. At least once a month the water is shut off for repairs. They no longer accept packages at the main office so if you order anything larger than your mailbox you will have to go to the PO to pick up any packages. I even requested and paid to have to club house rented for my sisters baby shower. The management team did not prep it and I had to personally ask residents to leave as my party guest arrived. I paid a premium to not have privacy. This place is inconvenient and over priced. I had a 15 month lease and made other arrangements to live elsewhere my last 5 months because the apartments are so bad.

Very much satisfied by the service of Camden and also happy with the service from maintenance specially Kris who has been very friendly and quick to respond.very much appreciate the effort. Thanks again
