I am SO glad that I chose to live at Camden Old Town Scottsdale. Jeff, the Community Manager, does a great job of communicating with residents regularly if anything is happening at the property. The rest of the office staff always make the residents feel at home. The maintenance team is friendly and respond to service requests in a timely manner. I have had a great experience living here and I am proud to say that I live and work for a company that cares so much about their customers.

BE AWARE OF LOUD NOISE BEFORE RENTING. I FEEL TRAPPED HERE.This rating is due to the extreme amounts of noise in apartment due to the neighborhood bars . No reviews mention it anywhere for some reason and I want to make everyone very much aware on what you are signing up for. Forget your sleep till 2AM pretty much the whole week.Other than noise, I do like my apartment. The whole staff is amazing and very helpful and amenities are good, no complaints about that. But due to noise, this place is not livable.I moved from east coast and did not know how noisy it can get here, my leasing agent said it is mild, but dont trust it!!!!! Its super loud, specially if you are facing all the clubs (Maya etc) or Boondocks, hot chick side. It gets prettyyy loud. The make you sign a waiver that its entertainment district, so its all on you.

Pictures tell you how it looks and the amenities are listed. In both cases, the website is accurate but what you dont know until you get here is that the staff are all amazing. Weve had storms recently that caused some issues in the penthouse and the office answered my call quickly and had maintenance come out in less than two hours. Impressive when you consider the size of the place and that my unit isnt the only one having issues during a monsoon. Nate the maintenance supervisor and Miguel, his assistant, came out personally and did a great job fixing the issues. Afterwards, the helped me install a new shower head that I diddnt have the right tools for. Going above and beyond is an understatement.

Great place to rent- Office staff is always prompt, professional, and helpful. Tomas always goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of which is most appreciated.Maintenance wise when things rarely malfunction or break they always have someone over same day to fix it. Jay has fixed a few things and always provides updates when things are multi visit fixes.

Kourtney has went above and beyond to help me. She gave great customer service and I really appreciated her help!

I loved living at Camden Old Town. Located right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale right next to the Entertainment district, amazing restaurants, and shopping you couldn’t ask for a place with a better location. Everything is within walking distance. Special shoutout to the entire office and maintenance team who go above and beyond for their residents daily. If you need anything they will be there to take care of it for you very promptly. They are all very hard-working and respectful, and truly care about their residents. The amenities are all amazing, and the interior of the building is very modern, well-kept, and clean. The Luxer locker boxes are convenient for packages, and valet waste (the trash pick up service) couldn’t make life any more convenient as well. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is it! I wouldn’t have moved if I didn’t have to relocate out of state. If I ever go back to AZ I will for sure live here again! Look no further, you have found the best place to live!

Renewed my lease for a second year here. Right in the heart of downtown Scottsdale with a variety of place to out to around. The community is well maintained and offers all the amenities, the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The service requests are handled promptly and efficiently. It might get a little crowded and loud on some sides of the complex over the weekends but you can always find a unit which would be insulated from the noise.

This is an amazing team. I am relocating from the east coast to Scottsdale, the team at Camden has been nothing but attentive and accommodating.They were able to coordinate both my car arriving from out of state and my shipping container arriving from out of state. Both of them arrived before I was in the city and they helped to coordinate the safe storage of my car and receipt of my shipping container.The entire time theyve been supportive, helpful and have communicated important details throughout. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to assist you. I cannot recommend this property enough!Its very rare a property gets highly reviewed, often times it takes dedicated staff going above an beyond, Camden at Old Town Scottsdale is one of those very unique and amazing properties, you get more than what you pay for and the team is 100% behind you.Update Post Move In:The pictures online do not do the property justice, I repeat the pictures/videos online do not do the property justice. This place and surrounding area is a vacation destination, everything is walking distance and you just have to step outside to have fun. The other residents are friendly and will invite you to hangout, youll quickly make friends and find your groove. My move in was hassle free, the staff was there to greet me, assist with getting me up to speed and answer all questions. When I moved in there was a small maintenance issue that I had with the apartment, but the staff was able to deal with it within 4 hours of reporting.If I could Id give more credit to this amazing company and team, I am happy living here and having a great time.

Great apartment right in the heart of old town scottsdale. I lived here for a year and loved every minute of it. Moved out just after management changed from Stetson to Camden, Pros: Location, luxury amenities and gym with small towels, one garage parking per unit. You can pay for a second one. Great times. Cons: pricey, but you get what you pay for!

I have lived at Camden Old Town Scottsdale since April 2019 and just recently renewed my lease. As a Camden employee, my expectations seem to be even higher as I know the value of our brand. Camden Old Town Scottsdale continues to raise the level of service and maintains the community in the greatest way. Anytime I see the team on the property or in the office, they are welcoming and kind, always asking about our stay and if there is anything we need. I even get communication when I have a package that I need to pick up. Most of all you cannot beat the location. Everything is walkable and convenient. Not to mention the views, from a 4th floor apartment home you can get panoramic views from east to west. Absolutely gorgeous and you’ll want to keep your roller shades up to enjoy! Over the last few months the area has been really quiet with reduced foot traffic, most of the year it is full of nightlife. This is the place to be if you want a beautiful home, can walk to brunch or dinner and save an Uber by being steps away from entertainment row.

Tiana, Tomas from the beginning and Jeff recently have been professional, kind, accommodating... I can go on and on. Moving here was odd for me, a difficult time in my life. This team and the way they run this place made my transition easier, its been a pleasure living here. The team is really good people. Id recommend Camden to anybody beyond that due to the location, modern and clean feel and great amenities.

Best apartment I have ever lived in. Property managers are very polite and kind. Service is professional with quick turnaround. Very satisfied. Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, it gets a little noisy during weekend nights (depends on your apartments location, mine faces boondocks) but I don’t mind, really. Overall, deserves more than 5 stars.Things to note - ample free parking space outside, operational locker boxes for delivery, and valet trash. Sometimes lifts have to go under service but it’s understandable as this is a new management which took over this property.

I just wanna say hands down to the best professional staff at Camden Old Town Scottsdale. Any issue i face, they fix it right away. Nicole from the front dest is always helpful, smiles and goes out of her way to assist me in every single detail. Its a 5 diamond service in a best apartment complex in the heart of old Town.

This place has the nicest staff of any place Ive ever lived at. Tiana, Amanda, Nicole, Glenn and Joey are always so helpful with whatever I need. They treat you like you are living in a high end resort. Thank you guys for making this such a great place to live.Edit: I recently moved out of Camden because I moved to a different city, but after living there for more than 2 years, I can say that the apartment staff is absolutely amazing. Tomas, Tiana, Nicole and Glenn were the Camden staff I had the most contact with and they always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Thank you to all of the Camden staff for making my stay in Old Town Scottsdale absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend renting through Camden.

I’m looking for a new place, I’m currently at the Camden Copper Square in Downtown Phoenix but I’m moving to Scottsdale hopefully either this Camden or San Paloma. haven’t taking a tour yet but from the reviews and picture it’s a nice place

We love this place mostly because of its staff. Bruce is one of the most polite and hard working handy man that we ever encountered. He came in and fixed all the problems we had in under an hour.

Building allows random people to enter and do as they want. Security is non existent. Most residents don’t even use the pool because of the sketchy crowds or the overcrowding from bringing in 15+ people at a time. I highly doubt most of the people that come in are actually residents and it seems the staff does not care. You don’t see this happening with other buildings in the area. If your looking to move to old town I would suggest looking elsewhere.

We have lived here almost 6 months. Very positive changes with the new ownership. Can’t beat the location and I think the rent is good for the area.

I moved to what was known as the “Stetson” back in 2015. I was new to Arizona and looked for an apartment in just about every area, until I came across Old Town- I was sold- not necessarily in regard to the proximity to the bars, (although that was a plus to saving on uber costs,) but the convenience of the location to just about everything and anything someone would need. The building went through two or three owners until Camden took over and let me tell you, they are a special team. Camden and the staff are doing a great job making the property more beautiful- they’re renovating it to its full potential. Shoutout to Tomas, Nicole and Tiana- they are quick to respond to requests and questions, efficient problem solvers and truly care about their residents. Also, shoutout to the entire maintenance team as well, they work so hard to keep that place up and running and beautiful. It’s refreshing when you can visibly notice that people enjoy what they do and are happy to work as a team. I recently moved to be closer to work, but stayed in the Camden family, and the A+ experience I had at Camden Old Town followed to Camden Legacy. I have to say that if you do plan to move to this location, be prepared for a lively building and social life!
