Literally didn’t even pick up the car they were supposed to tow. They had all day and they didn’t even pick up the car.

Repo my car at 5am without notice from financing company during holiday time. Cant get a hold of anyone on phone, really had an issue with getting my items from the car such as plating, car hitch, and items under back hatch. Lady explained she couldnt give me my items with paperwork from financing office which was already sent 1 hour earlier. Really heartless company.

They picked up my car from my apartment building because it “was in one place too long” while I was with my mom who was ill long term out of state, my car was gone when I got home from being with her and we had a new property manager. New property manager had no idea who the previous property manager had used for towing and took a few months to find out, called Panic today and was told that they had “disposed” of my car- along with all of my things that were inside of it. my child’s bike, my ultra sound pictures, my clothes that were in the back and all kinds of other sentimental things- they could have kept the car. The things inside mattered to me. I didn’t get a note or a call or a single thing from them.

They will destroy your property. Failed to make load safe. Highly recommend using anybody other than panic. Its all in the name youre going to panic when they take your stuff theres such a poor company with dangerous drivers

I had a blowout on the way home from work late night Saturday. after an hour of my man trying to get the one last lug nut off I started calling tow companies. I called panic recovery and a lady answered then begin to snore in my ear. After I said hello quite a few times she finally woke up and hung up the phone on me. What I thought was just assistance changing a tire turned into a tow and a big tip for Tims towing. I would recommend Tims towing if you need assistance. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and timely.Panic recovery was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Thieves! They will violate state laws on retrieving personnel property from vehicles. Rude everyone of them! They said they did inventory on property hours after towing vehicle. They did proved inventory sheet and didnt return all items. DONT TRUST THESE BACKWOODS PEOPLE

As the daughter of an owner of an auto body shop to say the least I am beyond Unpleased. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My boyfriends car was towed here by the city, of which I cannot believe this is where the city of Savannah has cars towed. It’s not a secure place, not 24 hours like they claim and it is sketchy as anything. I would never feel comfortable leaving my car there. We pulled up yesterday seeing it was 24 hours to find out it wasn’t. We still had to pay for a night because of there having wrong hours on the Internet. Finally today we get the car. Greeted in the office by cats everywhere. If you are allergic stay away. Highly unprofessional and disgusting. I would not recommend this place it’s not cheap, it’s not a good location/safe and there was not a single good thing outnof this experience. As someone who has seen towing and the car industry for many years, STAY AWAY!

Inconvenient office hours; office was closed by the time I was off work so I could not pick up my car. It took a long time to find the office, and when I finally arrive 40 minutes after the office was supposed to open so I could get my vehicle back, it was still closed. Dont go into the office to claim your vehicle if youre allergic to cats. Charged me an extra $20 in person than what was stated over the phone. And I got my white car back covered in dirt. Hook Towing is a much better company in the Savannah area.

These guys really work with you. The mangment is first class and they seem to actually want to help. They are top of my list.

SCAMMERS!!!!!... my car was towed there... I was told on the phone one price then when I got there I was told $15 more... then i was told my car wouldn’t crank, and that my battery was dead. I literally had my car serviced the day before... LITERALLY!!!!... so they played as if they were trying to jumpstart the car... came to tell me you might need another battery or whatever... I said “there’s nothing wrong with my car, I’ll just have my insurance company tow it”... I FINALLY get home... the tow truck guy from MY INSURANCE COMPANY.... JUMPSTART MY CAR with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!!!! They (PANIC RECOVERY) wanted me to PAY THEM AGAIN TO TOW MY CAR HOME... NOT!

This place should be avoided at all cost. Rude employees who yelled the whole time I was there. Their parking lot will make you feel like youre in the movie Deliverance. I think I even heard a banjo!

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. Used their service through AAA and the first person who arrived left as soon as he didn’t see me ( I took an Uber home where they were suppose to drop off my vehicle.) I called again to see what was taking so long, they told me what happened so they sent another person. This person arrived 2 hours late and parked my car in my neighbors driveway!! He didnt knock on the door to ask for a signature or to let me know they brought my car. I found out they came when I took my dog out to use the bathroom. I called them back and they returned to move it. Not only did it take the guy two times to get it right, he almost took my whole front bumper off trying to hook it up!!! I had to yell at him and HELP HIM MYSELF!!! I am a petit 20 year old woman helping a grown “professional” DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

Do not use this business! The owners Randall and Casey Knowles of 106 North Sheftall Circle are careless and lack regard to the general public. While responding to a tire service, their Tow Truck struck a parked vehicle. They refuse communication and their office on Ogeechee is vacant.
