I have seen several different people for a haircut here, and so far as long as I have explained exactly what I want I have not been disappointed!

Love getting my haircuts here. I always get the MVP. They also keep a record of what style you want on file. The wait time if you are a walk-in can be hit or miss, 1 minute to 1&1/2 hours. Its best to get your place on the list by going online. Also, Tina does a great job, shes friendly, and knowledgeable.

Online check-in means nothing. App said 54 minutes, showed up on time, waited 30+ more. Didn’t check us in when we got there, they kept calling people in the order they arrived. Happens every time

Has a time slot of 1220. At 1230 pizza arrives ordered for the stylist. They all go on break at the same time. 1 o’clock still waiting. Save your time for people that respect it these are not those people.

I went in for a haircut a month or so ago, and I was one of four clients in the building at the time. None of the other clients had on masks, so I removed mine as well. But I was told I had to put it back on at the “discretion of the stylist.” I got a ridiculously shoddy haircut around the edges of a mask that was ultimately sprayed with water and hairspray and rendered useless upon my exit. Now that it’s time for another haircut, I’m wondering if this location still has a different set of rules for every client? I’d just like to know ahead of time. There are lots of places that cut hair — places that treat all customers equally.

There’s no reason anyone should have to wait 2 hours for a haircut and it take an entire hour to perform a trim. Get more efficient employees and fix your point of sale systems. We won’t be back. Will not refer.

The woman who cut my hair was fantastic and the whole massage and all that was just perfect. However, I got home and took a close look and not only is the haircut uneven but its not even a fade. As nice as the people were and everything I will not be back and sadly will advise others to stay away.

The early check in process is worthless if they are only going to have 2 stylists working and then those stylists are going to take 45 minutes to cut each guy’s hair.

My most favorite place to get my haircut. I always get the MVP. The only one thing I wish they would do is input into their system what style of haircut a customer normally wants. For example I always get mine cut with a number 3 guard on the sides and scissor cut the top. If they inputted that into the system then the next lady who cut my hair wouldnt have to ask or could double check if Im going to get my haircut with a number 3 guard and scissor cut the top. Because sometimes I forget what guard number I use. Because in the winter time I use a bigger guard in the summertime I use a smaller guard.

I normally only let my cousin who is a barber cut my hair, but I only see him a few times a year, my hair had gotten really long and I needed a good hair cut.Im thankful that Val was the stylist I was paired with because she knew exactly what I wanted. I told her I wanted it pretty short, and when she asked if I wanted a fade I knew I was in good hands.Val took her time to make sure the cut was exactly how I wanted it. She wouldnt let me out of the chair till I was completely satisfied.If I dont see my cousin again before I need another haircut, I will definitely be going back to see Val !!!Thanks again for the fresh fade!

Not impressed, me and another guy were outside they waited till 9 exactly to open the door. That’s the new age customer service though.2 out of 3 haircuts I had to touch up when I got home and got a closer look it in the mirror. The other one haircut was really nice that’s why I went back the 3rd time. I won’t be going back.

Horrible experience. FIRST and LAST time I take my boys! Unprofessional, inexperienced, and way way way overpriced! I had to take my boys to another shop to fix theyre so called haircut! The online check-in is bogus too! Just a bunch of ladies wearing yoga pants trying to make tips! If you want a good quality haircut take your business elsewhere!

3 people working, 2 people in front of me, waited 40 minutes as employees spoke casually to one another as the waiting area with me filled. Then, I find out the cost of a simple hair cut was $20! The lady who cut my hair was nice, but I AINT going back

Haircut was fine. Ladies are pretty friendly although the woman who cut my hair seemed as though she was ready for the day to be over and never attempted to make small talk while cutting my hair. A bit of an awkward silence the entire time.

I have been a loyal customer of here for 6 years. I always get a great haircut and the best MVP every time. My advice is to get a double MVP. Lindsey and Constance have the best MVPS imho.

My husband was given a coupon from Val ( who by the way is awesome !!!!! ) He is a fireman and I would like to think she gave him a coupon for all he does 😊 However when he went in to use it Friday the manager Meagan wouldnt let him use the coupon saying that those are not to be given out in the store. When I called to ask she wasnt very nice about it 😑So needless to say we wont be back. If you go see Val though cause she is awesome !!!! Sports Clips you should be kinder to Police and Firemen .

It is a very good haircut, I think its a little overpriced, for a simple mens haircut, but Ive never been disappointed with the quality.I understand there are additional services that I hear advertised, but theyve never been offered to me.

This place is awful! The lady that cut my hair messed it all up I asked her to trim my goatee and she messed it up to but then I got charged $25 for something I could have messed up myself at home I will not be back

Last 2 visits was rushed, they wasnt busy at all. Came in 2 hrs before closed. both ladies had attitudes when told the hair was uneven. After shampoo, she dried my hair with the wet towel she put on my face lol. Not giving them a 3rd chance. Never coming back again
