I called a few companies and none of them answered the phone. The one that did told me $150 for a 2 mile tow. I called them they gave me a better price and they were there in 10 minutes! Excellent service and highly recommend. Thank you so much to Brandon!

The man (Brandon I believe) was super helpful, and I trusted my daughter riding back with him. Saved me a trip down, thanks again.

Tried to get a car towed that was on private property and crystal wrecker service has a sign posted they will tow and i called them and was told to call a cell number and if they didnt answer send a text of location and they would send the closest driver well they didnt answer or reapond to text or show up

They didnt show up in 4 hours. When I called them they lied and said my insurance company canceled.

Passed a young lady in a parking lot that locked her keys in her trunk of her car.Im not from the area,Googled the closest place which popped up Crystal towing.They were super friendly, answered the phone right away on a Sunday evening. Was at the site within 20min to unlock her car.I asked that someone call me to settle up the bill and they did so.Great service!!!

Got to me fairly quickly for the time of day it was (after 10 pm) driver was courteous and friendly. Got me from A to B in a great amount of time. Cost 300$ to go about 50 miles which is more than fair because that’s another 50 back for them and again, it was after 10 pm. Very grateful they answered the phone and didn’t send me to voicemail like the first company I called.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Their business is a SCAM. This service told us Best Western had called them to tow our car however the hotel staff said no such call was ever made. We had paid for parking and there was no reason to tow our car. The machine in the lot also said there was no enforcement in the parking lot from midnight to 6 am, and they towed our car at 1 am. We had to call the police to figure out where our car was. When we finally got a hold of someone from the service, they told us someone would be there in an hour. We waited 3 hours outside the building for someone to come. We had medicine in the car for allergy attacks and they were still hesitant to give us our car. The person told us “we were lucky they even came in on a Sunday” when Google says they’re open everyday. The person we dealt with was VERY rude. This company is a sham.

Compared to other places I am happy with the service I have got. During this epidemic they were efficient and kind. Not all towing company can be that. That is why I gave them tis review.

Mr. Leo, was on time and he knew a lot about my infinity M35 that I didnt know; cause the battery was dead, he was still able to put it in neutral, etc. He got my car to Uhaul storage undamaged! 💯

Apparently they had my review removed or hidden, a company that runs towing scams out of parking lots in Savannah. They scratched my truck years ago when we went down for my cousins wedding. A very shady group of individuals who enjoy screwing people over.Im honestly surprised they havent been shut down yet.

Charged us 175$ for a 1 mile tow tall guy was rude and didnt have change for 200. Had to wait 3 hours for them to come unlock the gate. Awful seevice!

Unlawfully towed car. Proceeded to be hours late and yelled at us afterwards. Avoid this business at all cost.

This was by far the WORST towing company that I have ever seen. I called after 1pm to find out if the company had my car, and the woman on the phone told me that they did not have it. I called again around 3pm and was told that my car was there.The lady told me that the fee would be $75 before 12pm the next day but when I arrived to pick up my car (11am next day) I was told that it would be an additional $15 because it had been after 10:30am, which the lady on the phone did not mention. The lady and guy that was there apologized for their coworkers mistake( not genuine at all) but still did not attempt to fix the problem. After picking up my car, and heading to work, i started to receive many concerns from my co workers about my tail lights being on. I went to my car and tried to fix the issue, and could not get them to go off. At this moment i then noticed that one of the panels underneath my car was hanging( my car was not in this condition prior to being towed).So I immediately called the company to try to find out what all I could do to get these problems fixed. And the so called manager started to give me sarcastic remarks and laughing. He told me to call 911 and hung up in my face. I called back multiple times and he continued to hang up in my face. This is a very unprofessional and crooked company here in Savannah and i am pretty sure im not the only person that has encountered this type of issue.

Despite my car breaking down, this was the best towing service we ever received. Fast service, young man by the name of Brandon, came in 20 min, just like he stated, excellent driving skills..lol. I highly recommend this company if u ever need a towing service. Thanks Brandon, we really appreciate it! !

My car broke down on the side of I-16 and I had an awesome previous experience with this company so I gave them a call and they were there in 20 minutes. They also tow for our doctors office and they are a great company. I highly recommend them!! Great job crystal wrecker!

I’m a SCAD student from New Jersey and I had a flat tire on my bmw. Very unprofessional guy from another company came out and didn’t know what he was doing, damaged my car and had to make a police report. Called Crystal which should’ve been my first call because they sent out a very professional young driver (Brandon) which I was a bit nervous about being that he was young, but he knew what he was doing and got my car loaded in no time to take to the dealer. Thank you so much!

All Im going to say is your company will be getting reported to the BBB. Im not in the business to entertain foolery Ill deal with them accordingly!

This facility towed my car. It stated on there website to be open today. But not. Had to get back to town and no vehicle No answer after several attempts to contact this company and no emergency number. Did not get my car until i called the police. Very poor management!!! 0 is the rating i give.

Other then us getting the car towed by parking in a reserved area (didnt see it oops), the process of getting the car back was fast. Just gave them 100 bucks and got the car back. Nothing is wrong. Maybe except our hurt pride lol.

Had a car stuck in downtown Savannah a couple of nights ago, and called around to several towing companies. Most were a no-go, and finally one quoted us an inflated price and said that they could show up within an hour and a half. So we waited. More time than that passed, we called them for an update, and they said sorry, they werent coming. Called Crystal (which should have been our first call) and in comes Brandon within 20 minutes (less than his quote time), like the super hero that he is. He had the car docked within seconds and we were home free in less than twenty minutes. A forty minute turnaround for a towing call? Are you kidding me? This company is awesome, and Brandon is the man. Would recommend to anyone.

Never do what they say

My sons car broke down and after 9hrs of waiting on AAA we called them and they where there within 30 min. I would highly recommend Crystal Wrecker. I would like to thank the young guy that came and helped us last night.

Not good at all

There is a set-up at the old Firestone on MLK where a 5 dollar parking sign is posted with assigned spots, where you put five dollars into the honor box. The sign says that AAA owns the parking spot, which leads me to believe that crystal towing owns it. Anyways, I parked in a spot and paid the 5 dollars, later that night my car, along with the rest of the cars in the lot (around 30 cars) was towed to crystal towing. We called and asked why this happened, and they said that we were not parked in the spot correctly. We definitely were following the pattern of how the rest of the cars were parked. They said to meet them at 10 AM the next day to pick up the car. We got there, and nobody was there. We called and the owner, who was terribly rude and was basically doing a power play, saying that he wasnt going to come to give us the car unless we stopped giving attitude to him (which we were not) and we had to wait two hours for him to show up. We had to pay 75 dollars to get the car back after we had paid 5 dollars to park, we did nothing wrong. This is a scam and should be investigated with someone with authority.

Not only are these people so rude, they threatened to hold my vehicle ILLEGALLY till after the weekend. They tow vehicles with no remorse. They charge whatever they want based on your appearance. This company has zero people skills. Dont trust them with your vehicle, much less a tricycle.People who justify doing wrong, by saying its just doing a job is just like Hitler saying he was just helping Germany by killing Jews. Wrong is wrong. Period. This company is horrific. Do NOT give them 1 penny, there is way more professional companies in Savannah who treat you like humans, not dollar signs.

Crystal Towing towed my daughters car with all wheel drive with the front wheels up and rear wheels on the pavement which it a real no no. Car is at the Nissan dealer and the bill for repair is $2500. Nissan said this is a common repair and has provided me documentation stating this is the result of the tow. Turns out Crystal hired a subcontractor named Frank and Crystal videos all of the tows. The owner, Brad said he would review the tape and send it to me by 10:30 AM and we were to have a call. I called at 10:30 and got no answer. I left a message and will try again at 3PM and keep the thread current.I really hope Crystal Towing does the right thing and for now I am giving a medium rating.Most recent update was not good. The video that documented how my daughters car was towed has been deleted. I was told there is a 10 day retention period on the video. When I called the video was available, the request to view however was executed after the retention ended. I was then told that the dealer was charging to much and they would provide me a used rear end from LKQ Liquidators and install it for a fee. They would help me financially by reducing my bill by an undisclosed amount. In the event of a problem I was told I would have to follow up with LKQ.So my daughters car is towed, Nissan says this was due to the vehicle not being towed on a flatbed which Crystal admits they did not do, Crystal says I do not understand and they died not ruin the read end, and then turned this into a sales call.Net Net I am going to pay Nissan to fix the car with new warrantied parts and labor, serviceable at any Nissan dealer in the US and put my daughter back in a safe car.Nest step is legal action and I will update the post with the continuing saga. In my opinion, you should think twice before calling Crystal or Ever Ready towing. Not a good experience form us.

Got my car towed and i was so pissed off. but a super nice man with a southern accent answered the phone and told me where to get my car. i showed up and the guy cut me a deal and didnt charge max like the sign stated! family ran business :). so glad those sketchy people at hook didnt get my car!!!

They damaged my dually tried to cover it up and not tell me!! I noticed the damage as soon I pulled up to the shop they had towed my truck to. Upon further notice the damage was so bad it bent the lower core support. I called to report it to the owner and he basically denied it all while they were the only people to touch my truck. I have full pics and documentation from the diesel repair shop it was towed to. The owner definitely does not feel like he owes anyone anything. 1st time ever writing a review and Im going to write a million bad reviews for this company. I am in the auto transport business and I know things happen. Document everything when dealing with this company!!

Called These People For Service, Gave All The Info They Needed... They Quoted Me 30 Mins... They Said I Wouldnt Need To be With Car For It To Be Towed So I Left... Called Back 2 Hours Later, They Reassured Me That The Driver Would Call Me... The Next Morning I Blew Up Their Phone Thinking They Had My Car Towed To The Destination Requested But My Car IS STILL On The Side Of The Road And They Arent Answering The Phone. I Do Not Know Why I Was Selected To Be Treated Like This But This Is Very Unprofessional & I Dont Recommend Anyone To Use Them. I Am Now Starting From Square One. This Is Very Fustrating, Especially Since I Spun In The Ditch 6x And Almost Flipped My Car When Someone Ran Me Off The Road.....

Unprofessional. I called to ask a question and was hung up on, when I called back they said that they would call me back. I waited 20 minutes and received no call I was then sent to voicemail twice when I called back. I finally get to their location and it says its open 24/7 but the door was locked so I called back AGAIN to figure out if they were open and was AGAIN sent to voicemail twice, they finally picked up and said theyd let me in soon. I waited 10 minutes in an unsafe part of town and was finally let in the office to only have an issue with the type of payment theyd accept. Funny how theyd accept my payment once I got mad. Also the guy who ran the place was filthy, and I know how mechanics get dirty, my boyfriend is one, but the whole business including the owner were unkept and unprofessional.

This place is disgusting & they blocked me on Facebook because of the review I gave them Ive reported them to the bbb & I suggest other do as well. They towed my car from in front of my apartment even with a resident decal but why? I called and asked question and got hung up on twice and cursed at. They told me maintenance called to have my car towed so I simply asked which maintenance man called so I can have the front office deal with it the next morning I didnt get a clear answer he totally beat around the bush and told me the maintenance man was sleep and hung up laughing in my face. They deserve 0 stars. I spoke with my front office today and they cant seem to find the maintenance man that called. Just disguising company and workers. I sincerely hope you get closed down! Also blocking me on fb will not help Im reporting and reposting !

Extremely rude and grimey people. I arrived with a prior notice and the door was locked. Afte numerous knocks, the door was unlocked and they let it shut in my face. Inside the facility was disgusting and dogs were literally peeing on the floor. After my payment he opened the gate ever so slightly despite me being in a vehicle and just stared at me until I had to realize that he wanted me to walk inside the junk yard. Then he gave me no insight that my steering wheel would be locked and how to undo that. He was extremely reluctant to help and this place had horrible customer experience. I hope they go out of business.
