My mom and I went for pedicures. Maybe the best pedicures weve ever had. We got the deluxe and it was worth it. The ladies who did our pedis were funny and personable. They took their time (my biggest issue with most places). We got there at the perfect time (around 3 pm on Sunday) and it wasnt busy. Ill definitely be back.

They always do a good job on my nails. They listen to what I want and they are warm and inviting. Some of the guys dont speak very good English but they try and they are still nice. One time a nail tech was speaking poorly of the boss and the shop in front of customers I thought that was very poor taste on her part. And I think they since then got rid of that nail

I was referred to a by a friend and I really enjoyed my overall experience. The staff was very professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the establishment. My wait time was only about 10 to 15 mins. Amy took care of my pedicure and manicure needs plus she did my eyebrows. Thank you Amy for the great experience!

The establishment is beautiful, exercise safety guidelines and provide you with drink as well, very nice. The nail technician made my hands and feet look and feel like a million bucks, great experience. I am definitely coming back soon.

I came in last week and got a dip polish manicure and pedicure. Already, two of my fingers have had the polish pop right off. The experience was pretty terrible, too. I was there over two and a half hours and most of that was spent waiting. I had called ahead and they said I could come on in, but other appts. were getting to go ahead of me. It would have been nice to know that I would be waiting so long; I could have come in later or scheduled another time. To top that off the “manicure” cost $10 extra (which was not disclosed to me until I was finished) and it consisted of trimming and removing cuticles....no lotion, massage, hot towels, nothing that I usually receive in other salons. I wasn’t going to post anything until today when my $48 manicure, I’ve had for only a week, starts coming off as easily as glue-on nails. Such a waste of money and time.

Usually good but this time service was awful. People with no appointments came in and got served before me. Su lied and said a group had an appointment. And I asked the young lady ahe said no

The nail tech was nice in speech but inexperienced.. She couldnt polish my nails with nail polish without a machine or a full manicure. The owner defended this mess on my nails and continued to put more thick polish on this mess. I complained she tried to make me think I just needed a manicure. How can you be a nail business and you cant polish nails. I called back to express how I felt. The ownertold the same story. Why do offer a polish change? I told her I do this all the time somewhere else. She recommend I go back there, and I will do that. I told her that is so sad this is a nail business an she could not polish nails WITHOUT AN UPCHARGE. THE Place was filthy, I will never go back there ever.

One nail broke off within a week with no force. The nail polish looks like it has two layers on the big toe there is like a crack. The guy didn’t do my cuticle or anything. Big space between my nail and my skin on both my thumb nails. Nails aren’t even on the sides

Maturity of your employees also plays a factor.This was My 1st time going to this establishment and even tho it looks pretty there are some internal flaws.*****On a positive note: I would like to thank EBONY for stepping in and trying fix the situation when she didnt have to. I now can see why your customers will find ways to seek your services. But after my experience I will NEVER spend my money and come there again!

First time here to get a manicure. Very nice place and they greeted me nicely when I first step in. My tech was super nice, she helped me to choose new color and the have great selection to choose from. I had great experience and love the quality work. The spa chairs are super comfy and I love the extra touch of the lotus picture at the head. Goes with their name. I felt well cared for and relaxed by the end on my service and my nails came out wonderfully!

I got a pedicure and a sns manicure. The pedicure was amazing the lady did great. My manicure was very bad, I told the lady that I wanted tips on my nails because some of mine were were broken and the lady said she only wanted to do one of my nails with the tip. I also told the lady one of my nails were broken really low and she said I know and did nothing to fix it also my nails came out to be very lumpy. I could tell the lady did not know what she was doing. She barely used the e file and nails came out very sharp also they were uneven. I do not recommend

My nails and toes look amazing! Lotus has a bubbly person that just brightens up my day with fun conversations. Everyone here is kind and diligent. Always a joy to relax and come out looking good and feeling better.

I called and made a reservation a week in advance for my granddaughter my daughter and myself when we got there it was very busy and no one took my reservation. So they hurried through my granddaughter and my daughter. At this point an older gentleman came over to do mine he didnt know much about pedicures he cut two toes and then proceeded to finish my deluxe without my deluxe. At the his point we decided not to get our manicures and I told him I didnt want my toes polished as he was getting it all over my toes and he just kept going. Finally the owner came to finish my color. At this point they had already taken and almost done with seven other women that walked in. Its the worst experience Ive ever had. Then still charged me for the manicures. I will never go back there again.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I came here to get my nails done for a wedding in which Im a bridesmaid. Im glad I took her recommendation, the nails came out beautiful. It goes with my dress very well. The service was also very friendly!

This was by far the most painful nail experience to date. Ive had hundreds of acrylics put on and filled. I got a gel fill in here and I have 4 bloody cuts, my pinkies swelled up after the appointment (Im sure they are bruised on the nail) and my finger tips are so sore I struggle buttoning my shirt the day after. FIRST RED FLAGAlso on the menu it says a gel fill in is $20, nail shape $3 and long nails $3 but me and the other person I was with were charged $33 dollars. Not sure whats going on here but this seems to be a very concerning business and I would advise others to stay far away.

The technicians are awesome and professional. So far my nails feel stronger and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to this place next time you need your nails handled by someone who knows what their doing. Thank you Lotus Nails!

I was charged for a deluxe pedicure but did not receive a deluxe pedicure. When I asked the nail tech about the hot rocks that go with the deluxe pedicure he said you got the hot towel.

Hate the fact that it takes a while for someone to start working on your nails, but other than that I have no problem. The staff is nice and for the most part is very professional.

I will never go back there I went in with full hair of eyebrows the guy wax them then use a razor and cut just about all my hair off I told him this mess is f up. And I told him I didnt like it I still had to pay $10. Run far away from this place.

I met a young lady and her nails where beautiful she recommended this place. I went to this nail salon two weeks ago and although the customer service was good the nail service was not. My nails where done wrong and almost immediately after the visit my nails started peeling. I will not recommend this place .

After cutting my daughters cuticle, He told me that the total was $46. But when my boyfriend paid he tried to charge $75 but he talked him into $65. They only got a full set and a fill in. I do not recommend this crooked greedy nail salon. They will rip u off n they do a messy job.
