Got my nails done for a dinner date that turned to be more special than I thought. 💕absolutely happy. Will be returning with my bridesmaids :)

First time ever coming to this place and when i tell you i am very pleased.. Between the greeting, the service, and overall the atmosphere. I didnt get the gals name that did my nails, waxing and pedicure, but she did an AMAZING job.

Decided to try something new and get my lashes done. The first experience didnt go well. Because the very next day part of my false left lash was missing. I let it slide because I went swimming. A week later I went back to have them redone. This time the same thing happened the very next day and I hadnt done anything at all. No swimming. Not even work. I went back the next day in uniform before work, to have them fix the problem. I was told it was my fault and after paying $35 just the day before I now would have to pay $12 more for her to fix it. Im a chef and again in uniform. She looked at my work clothes and told me I mustve steamed my eyelash. But I hadnt even been to work in 2 days. And even if I was, I cook with 2 eyes. The other lash was perfect. I disputed the balance. She (so called) fixed it and told me she would not service me again. I told her she was absolutely right. Moving forward I now go to Princess Nails on Montgomery Crossroads and they do a wonderful job for $10 cheaper.

I booked a appointment for my birthday Days ahead of time an It took 30 minutes for someone to even sit down with me an she was extremely rough an barley spoke English so if I had complained she wouldnt have understood she smacked my hands hard many times an held on to my fingers very hard and took her shoes off underneath the desk and put her feet right next to mine but those are not the worst things I went 1 day with them An the gloss washed off so it was just powder an they broke an they are even uglier an bubbleier now then before it wasnt worth $50 let alone $10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER COMES HERE

Christine did a really good job on my nails. After I experienced a bad nail job from US nails several times I gave Tip Top nails a chance and I’m glad I did.

Very false advertising. I took my best friend for a girls day and we told the front desk that we were here for the advertised Full set and pedicure for $53. We consistently told every employee that worked with us, and somehow the bill came to $85 a piece. The service was good and the people are kind, however the false advertising was very hurtful. We are on a budget, and this was my best friends birthday, and now we have to cut corners for the rest of the trip.

Terrible service my nails looked like PRESS ONS. And they popped off so easily they might as well have been PRESSED ON. Will not go back.

I love this nail salon. The atmosphere is quiet for it to be located in a mall setting, the staff is friendly. My Mani and pedi always on point.

Loved my pedicure and nails

I have been going there for over 6 months and I was satisfied but 3 weeks ago I went in for an overlay and the lady refused to give me one .I went in again and told the lady at chair 3 I needed an overlay and she wouldnt give me one. She put gel polish on my nails and polished my toenails . I am never going there again. There are too many nail shops in Savannah to waste my time on poor service. They want even give the customer what they ask for. If I could give them a zero I would.

I got my nails done 2 days ago & one broke at the stress area. I went back and told the lady at the front & she fixed no problem. She fixed the janky polish job the guy did last time as well. 2 hours after I got them fixed IT BROKE AGAIN. I called this morning to let them know & the man was so rude. He told me it was MY fault even though I told him I didn’t even do anything with the nails for them to break. He told me I was a liar. that is NOT how you speak to a customer. This place is rude & unprofessional!

I really like the deluxe pedicure sometimes theres a bit of a wait but they are really good. I usually get the same 2 people and the manager is excellent.

Initially pedicure was good, she did a really nice job painting them. The next day I noticed part of my toenail was cracking on the edge from where they had filed/cut it, causing some of the toenail polish to come off naturally, because I had to peel the extra nail off. So somehow she must not have cut it or filed it right since it was chipping on the edges, which ended up making it a waste of money because my two big toes are ruined because of this. My fill-in was completely fine for my nails, so I will probably continue going here just for nails and fill-ins but not for a pedicure.

The only reason I rated this place with 1 star is because I had to select a star in order to write a review. Nevertheless I completely understand why this place is never crowded. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality, poor polish selection. It would probably be easier to name whats not wrong with this place...Ive got nothing.

Nice place, Did not like the fact they charge for different things that should be standard with pedicures. Took my daughter and their little princess chairs looks a hot mess. This would be a last resort spot to come to.

I wanted coffin nails. I got them but they’re different lengths and on my left hand way smaller than the ones on my right hand. Hated it. Not worth the money

My sister and I came to get pedicures and they rushed so much. No massage, no setting time with the moisturizer, lackluster overall pedicure.the guy I had was very heavy handed and hurt me while using that cheese grater tool. If you need a quick pedi, with little to no massage and/or relaxing time, go here. If you actually enjoy spending money on worthwhile services, find a different spot.

I traveled an hour for a pedicure. Paid 30 dollars and all I got was my feet washed. It might have lasted 10 minutes. I think they are racist . Don’t spend your money here.

First off they dont use the disposable plastic lining in the pedicure bowls and I never saw them clean one after use! My pedicure lasted all of 7 mins because the tech rushed through it as quickly as possible. She started on my nails where she cut me with the cuticle nipper (again because she was in such a rush) she totally ignored the fact my finger was bleeding and continued on with the manicure. As my nails are drying I watch her get up and start a new clients pedicure with the same cuticle nipper she just cut me with that she did not clean. I literally just reported this salon for this. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Unsanitary!!

I love all of the employees there... they greet me with a big smile every visit. They treat my nails with care. They always make me feel comfortable and satisfied.

WASTE OF MONEY.Absolute worst manicure Ive had in my life. I picked a color and asked for a matte topcoat. I get almost done (I had a wedding to go to, and gave myself plenty of time to get a mani-pedi beforehand.) and then the lady was told that she was using the gel matte topcoat. So, in an effort to not have to start over, the uv light was put on my hands and toes to try to get the gel topcoat to set. It looked terrible. It didnt even work, and she sat the uv light down ON TOP of my wet nails TWICE. So, i had to have my right hand repainted twice. Then, i had to go, because at this point i was going to be late for the wedding. So, my end result was. left hand polish was darker than the right, my toenails were sticky because of the gel topcoat that didnt get the alcohol wipe after to get the stickiness off. Also, DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE. Before painting my nails, she suggested I pay. Made sense, didnt want to go digging through my stuff with wet nails to get my card out. I went ahead and tipped 12.00. my out the door payment was 60.00. I wish i hadnt paid before, because there would have been no tip and i would have probably argued about the quality of what i was getting. This was a waste of 60.00. I was so mad, and my manicure looked TERRIBLE!

Okay so let me start this off i paid $28 for a coffin set and they didn’t come out the best like there cute but the lady uses nails that were to small for my nails and now my coffin nails look messed up but my friend got the same nails and hers looked better then mines but hers were the shape i wanted and now that you look at them none of my nails are the same shape and i feel like i was charged way to much for this set and the lady wouldn’t even let me tell her i how i wanted it like if you had a bad day please tell me and not mess up my nails man

Went to get my set taken off & another put on. The nail tech had someone else help her take off my set. Both were extremely rough. One ended up ripping my real nail some causing me to bleed a little. My nail is sore. Poorly shaped coffin nails. Polish selection was very poor as well. The polish isn’t even..the sides have polish built up on them, causing them to look rounded around the edges. Won’t be letting them touch my nails again.

Always a great experience here, whenever Im in Savannah this is my go to nail salon for girls days with my niece. Kids mani-pedis in a special kids chair for only $30 and they always give her cute designs. Never any issues with my gel manicures and always a great price and quick service!

Absolutely horrible. Female was so rude, pedicure was so subpar, place is filthy and never saw them clean the tubs, and refused to do a french manicure (though listed on their sign). Save your money! Anywhere is better than this place.

This place does not care about customer service. I got my nails done here yesterday for the first and last time ever. I get my nails done every two weeks and I’ve never had such a disappointing experience. I had to go back today for them to fix the horrible job that was done only for them to be rude and do another horrible job. What a waste of time and money. I would suggest any other nail shop in Savannah.

This can get 5 stars bc they are nice and ever polite....They are not talking while you are in there chair so you dont feel uncomfortable bc they speak another language

Awful service. Mindy did a gel nail set and the gel is so thick it’s ridiculous & painful. There’s so much tension on my nails, she didn’t clean under my nails & I didn’t realize it until someone pointed it out after I left bc you can see dirt under my nails. Don’t go here.

Dont use your debit card!!!! I took my daughter Saturday to get a full set for her birthday, regular polish, the lady said $25, ok, I signed my receipt put a slashed 0 on the tip line so that they couldnt just write in one. Now MY account has been charged $35 instead of $25. The lady tells me I need my receipt, which I wasnt given and I stay an hour away from Savannah so I cant go give them a real piece of mind!!!! Now im waiting on the owner to call me back, which will probably never happen, so Im gone have to make a trip all the way up there! They added their own tip, I know because my account said $25 until this morning when it cleared with a nice tip bonus of $10!!! First of all, most people dont even charge the full amount to do a full set for a child, but it was my daughters birthday so I went ahead and paid it, now theyre stealing $10 from me for a tip that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!!! I know they keep signed receipts for accounting records and theyre going to have to come up with it soon cuz I dont play about my money and I damn sure dont like to be stolen from!!! $10 might seem petty, but its mine and maybe if I wasnt over charged to begin with, I would have left a tip, but not $10!!!!!

Worst nails salon I have ever been too and I have been to several nail salons. My boyfriend and I got pedicures ..it was extremely hard to even get my boyfriend to get a pedicure; the nail tech cut his skin several times and made him bleed. My French polish on my toes was not even in comparison to my other toes some French was thicker than others. On top of it all the dead skin on my boyfriends feet was not removed and he has overall baby feet he doesnt wear sandals. The massage was 15 seconds on each leg and rushed and vigorous.This was the beginning of the horrible experience. I had told them I wanted a full set as well. Ok for full set started the tech over applied the powder and liquid on my nails and my nails were burning; staff said it ok..no its no ok its been almost two weeks and my nails are finally starting not to hurt. Ok back to the horrible service I received I told the tech I wanted light pink and a simple design. Ok it was going ok the uv light cure lamp was so small it was impossible to not bump the polish.. I told the tech and she refused to fix it ... I am upset... they knew we were on vacation and not coming back so they did a horrible job. I am currently walking around with 10 fingers all with a bad polish job. A woman told me its nice you let your kids do your nails... thats how bad it is. The service cost me 88 dollars and it was the biggest waste of money I got cruddy nails cruddy toes and my boyfriend bleeding..bottom line DONT go to this establishment...complete waste of time and money.. the state board needs to investigate them..the salon was filthy as well.. keep in mind I seldom complain or give anyone a bad review but these people definitely earned it!!

Good place to get ur nails done

Very bad experience. I didnt feel welcome AT ALL! I came with a friend and her 4 year old daughter. They didnt seat us together as i asked and waited for. When my friend requested she wanted her daughter to get a pedicure it was an obvious problem. I wanted gel polish on my toes along with the pedicure they reminded me twice of the price as if i couldnt afford it. My friend wanted to look at the gel colors and the man who runs the place told her she needed to wipe her hands with napkins first. My spa chair wouldnt recline back so my legs were dangling or up to my chest. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will never come here again. Beautiful place horrible customer service. However if you just have to go i do recommend a lady named ms. Lou, she was wonderful inside and out.
