This was the only place I used to get my nails done since 2015 I stopped coming years ago because they kept switching people so I never kept a regular tech. I gave them a shot today because I was desperate but I regret it. I picked out the color I wanted for my hands & feet i always get regular on my feet & just find a matching color but today they did my feet 1st & when it came time to do my hands i couldnt get the matching color cause it didnt have a number or whatever so i had to go pick a color that was close but it was nothing to choose from. Im not one to give someone a hard time so Im quiet. During my deluxe pedicure i feel like the lady did not take her time & she didnt even massage me well & I asked her about it her response was i did it already you dont remember? After that i left her alone i already had it in my mind i just wasnt going to return. As for the guy who did my hands he was ok he lacked customer service he was 1. On his phone 2. Would barely open his mouth when i had questions 3. Didnt even clean up my nails, there is dry paint all over my fingers my they just did not look freshly done. Im highly disappointed with what this place has become.

The section where u get ur pedicure and toes polished, there is one young lady who cant speak English and dont follow directions. Twice I tried giving her a chance, but her service is horrible. There prices are high, but good service the price

Overall I had a good experience. Guy who did my nails did an excellent job of doing my nails. But when it came time to decorate them I had a hard time explaining to him what I wanted. I like a lot of bling and sparkle he kind of didnt get it so I ended up painting them myself when I got home.

I’ve visited Posh before but it’s been years since I’ve been back. And I won’t after this visit. I’ve gotten my nail treated and done to know how I and my nails operate. The fill-in set was fine -but not apparently. My nails were so brittle and my nails with the acrylic lifting you can tell my nails were bad or had fungi. I’ve never had fungus grow under my nails and it’s more than one!!! My nails were long, strong and healthy before this visit and I definitely know it had to been the bad equipment or poor quality in acrylic that affected my nails! Definitely not going back even for a fillin or full set!

I went in on Sunday afternoon around 12:30, their sign said they opened at 12:00. there were several people getting their nails done when i walked in. one of the girls looked up at me and said Im sorry we are closed while she was doing someone nails.

The woman who did my toes was very sweet and gentle! I did not get her name, however the space where my manicure was done was very close to several people. Less than half the staff were properly wearing a mask. The gentleman who did my nails was rough, rude and basically man-handled me the entire time. My nails looked nothing like I asked for. When I told him he was hurting me he shrugged his shoulders. It was an awful experience for this reason. If you go here I suggest asking for a female employee and double masking.

Cut my toenails off without asking they were uneven just just never out sandals on for me to dry or anything

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went a month ago, environment was clean and nice, my nails are looking good. But it took several phone calls to book an appointment, the calls kept dropping. Just tried to call and make another appointment and went to straight to voicemail. I won’t be returning.

I came here as a walk in to get my lashes done. I got the feeling that the young lady was upset because I didnt make an appointment (I didnt know that was their policy being that Im not from Savannah). After conferring with her boss in the next room she came out walked to the back and the boss had to tell me to follow her and she would do my lashes. So, customer service is poor and needs improvement. Moving on, the decor was beautiful, lush and posh. And service was quick maybe too quick since my lashes started falling off 2 days later.

Customer service was at an all time low. I walked in on May 7th for a full set and peidcure at 10:09am. The establishment was already packed so I asked the young asian female wearing glasses how long the wait would be. She had a smart mouth and said, Cant you see non of the techs are here. To be clear if people of color did not patronize this place they wouldnt have any business. The young girl was so disrespectful she spoke in her native language to the other people working there when I asked. So RUDE. They only care about money. It is also culturally insensitive to ay music with the n word with no regard for the customers.

Went today for the first time and paid $45 dollars for some horrible nails ! Came here after going to 3 other places and now I wish I never did! My nail is bleeding and my nails look a mess!! I’m so disappointed in my nails. She re did certain ones 2/3 times and they still are horrible! 3/16 horrible horrible ! Now I have to find someone to re do them ! Asked for coffin and got square !!!

I had an excellent nail technician. He stepped in to help someone who started on my nails. My nails were detailed according to my desire. The results are beautiful!

Woman who did the manicure did a poor job. Just cut the tips of my nails off. There are human hairs on both of my big toes. She kept trying to up charge everything and was pushy. Would not recommend.

They treated me like a King. Pedicure by a guy who wasnt afraid to touch a guys foot and a manicure at the same time by a dedicated lady. 50 minutes.

I went here to celebrate my little sister for her birthday. We both got mani-pedi’s. The tech’s were kind and efficient. When someone was doing our feet, someone else was doing our nails. This significantly cut down the time we had to be in the shop, which I appreciate. Our manicures came out great and the deluxe pedicure was worth every penny. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they came came out the perfect shape, which can be tough since my eyebrows are so thick. I will definitely visit again.

They definitely do great work but they dont work with you when you have a very hectic work schedule and you go on Sundays in which they are open. You cant schedule an appointment and when I go I spend over $100 but it doesnt even matter. They dont really do designs either but I love the service.

Went here in the past as a paying customer and had quite a few bad and good experiences. The bad out weighs the bad. Decided not to come again after my last horrible experience on a Sunday back at the end of February. I came for a lash service & they had close earlier than their business hour advertised .. I knocked and the short older guy came to the door. I insisted I needed service. I will never forget the two young Korean girls in the back speaking their language tease as he asked who would be the technician for me. As I picked up the vibe, I expressed how I felt at the moment and never returned.You gotta be careful how you treat people. Now with this whole pandemic and shelter in mandate, I pray most of our black community find better ways to pamper themselves vs these nail shops!

They were all very professional, their prices were reasonable, & they tried there best to give me what I wanted. They did an amazing job. I will be returning to them whenever I get my nails done.

I love the Posh on Eisenhower! It looks upscale, they are quick to get you serviced, and they play great music! I mainly go to Alex when I have time to book an appointment (because she only takes appointments) for full sets, but for manicures I go to Sarah. Sarah works part time so you may or may not see her as much. I love them both! However, everyone at Posh are very professional and kind, and they shape your nails to perfection (which is a big deal for me). Their prices are a little expensive, but you literally get what you pay for so its worth it! I highly recommend Posh on Eisenhower. Also, Tina is another great nail tech too, but shes only booked by appointments only!

Awful experience! I wanted to have a relaxing girls day with my daughters and Posh ruined that for us! They were playing loud explicit rap music while my young children and others were present. When I asked the lady to please change the music because it was not appropriate for children, she replied, you dont like? Uh ...no, whole point of me asking. Would you let your children listen to that kind of garbage? So, the music stopped for about 20 mins. As I move to another station its back on again! You all have no respect for your clients with children and have poor taste to play filthy music in a professional nail salon! To make matters worse my young daughter was cut with a drill during her manicure. I was given the worst facial wax ever! The lady was so rough. She slapped the wax on my face and she did not do a thorough job. I let her know, maam you are hurting me. That was obviously ignored because I left the shop in pain. Requested to speak to manager and was only given $10 off my services that were close to $200! Really?! I am very unsatisfied with their services and I will not return. If you are looking for a relaxing salon experience, find another salon who has class and treats their customers with dignity and respect.

BAD NAIL JOB . I was charged an additional $10 because as I was getting a fill-in after only 2weeks the nails were falling off as if they had not been done correctly by the previous technician.This is not my first bad experience and customer service means making the customer happy not charging additional for bad nail jobs.

Definitely loved my experience each time I was there and on 2/16 was my second visit and V was my nail tech on that day. Also it was my Birthday my nails were EVERYTHING and still. It feels good when all you have to furnish to your nail tech the color of your polish. She did everything perfectly I didnt have to say anything. Ill be back and I want V each time. P.S. All of the Techs are good Im just a little spoiled lol. Posh is officially now my New Home for my Grooming services.

Over charged me. I got full set with gel polish, they told me $35, okay that’s normal. Then I got a pedicure they told me it was $40 with gel. They charged me $100 for both. I told them I wasn’t paying it and they kept going down $5. Paid $85 for what should’ve been only $75. Then they rushed the whole process. Not impressed.

Would not go for cluster lashes, the next day my eyes were irritated due to not properly aligninytye lashes. In general, not professionally done at all. Great job on nails though.

Enjoyed my experience

The shop is clean, inviting and organized. I love the new renovations, however, I was not totally pleased with my service. I got a full set with chrome polish and the acrylic is very thick and warped on my nails. Theyre passable but I got them done for my birthday and was really looking for something more exceptional especially for the price for the chrome style and even after showing my nail tech, Rose, a picture of the color chrome I wanted, she gave me the wrong color. Also, chrome should have a mirror like finish whereas this look is more glittery than mirror. I believe they may use a less expensive brand of the chrome. Overall I wasnt very happy but didnt see any use in complaining but I likely will not return for services.

Ask for Justice! She always gets me right. What I ask for it get or allow her art work speak through my nails.

Overall not a very good experience... I got a pedicure and had my feet shoved into boiling hot water. The lady then got to the part of scrubbing the dead skin off of your foot and paid no attention to what she was doing and scrubbed off side of my toe until it started profusely bleeding and then looked at it and then looked at me and said, “ oh sorry..” and carried on scrubbing away. I then has my nails painted as well and I left very unsatisfied. The paint was all over my fingers and parts of the actual nail weren’t even painted, honestly I could’ve done a better job myself. There was no refund or discount for having part of my toe scrubbed off, and then the lady gave me attitude when I tipped her $1, which I felt was very fair after my experience. I highly recommend going somewhere else and really asking around before choosing a nail salon.

If I could review without giving a star I would. I was overcharged purposely. I got a deluxe pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. I was charged $80. The inexperienced tech tore my cuticles. I tried not to jump or react because she got nervous. I tipped her well because she’s just starting out. Encouragement. She asked the guy assigning techs to clients how much and they conversed in their language. Then she said,$80. I thought that was high but everyone said it was a bit more expensive than other salons. When my family and I got in the car and compared prices. I paid more than my daughters that got fill-in and deluxe pedicure with gel polish. I called and asked for price for the service I received the person said deluxe pedi w/ gel polish $35 manicure w/gel polish $25. What the H€££!! I will never patronize a thief again.

They were very unprofessional, customer service was extremely rude. The nail tech was annoyed by the request I wanted for my nails, guess she didnt feel like doing HER JOB. she rolled her eyes and was pissed the entire time she did my nails. When she finished, I loved my nails. Then overcharged me, I got a fill in with the chrome powder metallic gold, she charges me $60 for a simple FILL IN!

I go there for regular manicures and pedicures. I often get ingrown nails on my big toes due to wearing closed shoes daily. Mai is a godsend when it comes to this. She takes her time and makes sure everything is out of there. She also does my manicure. I chose a basic manicure to keep my nails healthy. I see Hai for eyebrow waxing. My daughter and I call her the Eyebrow Whisperer. My eyebrows are on fleek each and every time she does them. Those two are truly my go to people at Posh on Eisenhower.

Nice atmosphere but I wasn’t impressed with the work they did especially on my toes. The lady kept pushing me to get a gel manicure when I repeatedly said just a regular. It honestly looks like one of my kids did my toes. #annoyed

If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Had an appointment with Vee (the first one that sits on the left) today and to say the customer service was HORRIBLE is an understatement. She had an attitude throughout the entire appointment. I couldn’t get my nails done like how I wanted to because she huffed every time I asked her a question. At the end while I was paying, I put my credit card in her hand but in return she slammed my card down waiting for me to sign my receipt. At that point, I looked at her and said “my hand is out waiting for you to put my card back in my hand like I politely put it in yours” and she just looked at me. Needless to say, this will be my LAST time supporting a business that’s disrespectful towards customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Great customer service from my nail tech Carrie Talmadge. Carrie is so welcoming polite and did my name just the way i like, She is very warm and wanted my nails to be perfect. I will certainly come back when im in the area. It would be nice if other staff smiled more :) :) :) Also everyone was nice dressed in black. Very professional atmosphere, Very stunning in the inside. Continued Success. Carrie is keeper.
